Fantastic experience: Prime TMS has been beyond amazing to work with!! The staff that I have worked with on the phone, were above and beyond in answering questions and responding quickly to all things that I needed. They had me scheduled for a consultation within 48 hours of me just sending an inquiry! They worked with me and it truly felt like they wanted me to feel better and they wanted to help! The staff knows me by name from the first time I called and it feels like they are invested in helping me! I haven't been in the Lawrence office, but the Topeka office is calming, clean and welcoming! I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in the door!
