Fantastic experience: Carlo was a great help! I called the office just to make a general inquiry. Explained I was looking for a physical therapy office for my daughter who plays sports. Although our conversation did not end with an appointment he did take his time to answer all of my questions he also made suggestions On a sports program I can find online and YouTube for my daughter. Customer service and client relations is definitely a priority and it’s hard to find these days! Based on my Phone conversation With Carlo I would say you can definitely find it here!

Fantastic experience: Ive been coming here for maybe a month or so, I have to say I personally enjoy coming to physical therapy! I had an accident in April and couldn’t walk for 3 months maybe it was 4, but seeing Carlo helped me tremendously. He truly focuses on you and what will help you heal properly and accurately. I’ve never had to Do Physical Therapy , so for the first time patients I highly recommend this place. Again the focus is on you and you only , totally personable and I’m walking again!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Carlo by a dear friend whom I called in my time of need. I had some bulging discs in my thoracic spine that had developed into chronic pain. I had been through physical therapy many times all just didn't seem to stick. My friend informed me that Carlo had helped her and countless others with his approach to physical therapy. He has helped me to navigate my pain in ways I had never thought possible. He has given me the practical tools to address my pain as it comes up and not just throw some exercises at me and say good luck, like many physical therapists have done in the past with me. He made name feel right at home and has always treated me like a friend that is always there to help. I have recovered immensely since starting with him and he has become one of my best resources in my road to recovery and I am so grateful for Carlo and his team! I would recommend him to my loved ones and anyone who has an issue that they just can't seem to shake!

Fantastic experience: Incredible staff! Very polite and professional! I highly recommend that anyone in need of physical therapy give them a call. My mom had a right total knee replacement surgery. After almost five weeks and a lot of pain, she walked out her last day with a pain level of one. Thank you Carlo. You are the best.

Fantastic experience: Carlo might be the both the kindest and most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with- he understands how your body works and the way it wants to move, thus being able to cater to each patient as an individual. Fantastic experience: Going to PT Concepts has been the most helpful experience for me getting my knee feeling better. What makes this PT office different than the several other offices I have tried before is the personal attention and holistic, creative approach that Carlo takes with addressing my pain. Carlo really embodies the idea of "working smarter, not harder." He recommended exercises and lifestyle changes that have been simple, effective and easy to remember for the rest of my life. Carlo and his staff are very courteous; the office has a great local, inviting feel to it. Plus, they offer yoga!

Fantastic experience: 5*++ I’ve worked with several physical therapists in the past, and I can honestly say, CARLO is the BEST! He provided videos at the onset to aid me in working from home. Because of Carlo, I was able to quickly taper off of the pain meds and prednisone. What impressed me the most, however, was how he is definitely NOT about the money and prolonging unnecessary treatments to get more out of the health insurance company! Thank You so much, CARLO!

Fantastic experience: I've been waiting to write a review for PT Concepts since midway through my treatment but Carlo said to wait until the process was all done. Thats something to be respected to begin with and it's what drew me to Physical Therapy Concepts; honesty and genuine dedication to getting the patient better no matter that extra mile. I was struggling from tendinitis in my hip and as my job is to stand all day, you can imagine not only the pain but the panic of my situation! The tendinitis in my hip gave me constant pain. The only relief was laying down as even driving aggravated it. I called around with first priority being the price. Lets face it, most of us are looking for quality but will take a bit of a sacrifice if it's too expensive. Itd be a lie if I said I wasnt trying to find the cheapest PT to fix my problem. After many doctors and non sense, I went what the heck, ill take the extra step. Carlo said to come in for a FREE consult to see if he could help. Wait...what? You care about me? I slept in and missed my first appointment, typical me, and he said no problem lets start with a video. A what? He records a video of a few simple exercises to start with and emails them to me to work on before next week. When I come in, mind you, he has no idea if I even need the appointment yet, still decides to see if he can help hands on. Most places would begin charging at that moment! I also notice there is no-one else there but him when I walk in. I was confused as I'm use to not even seeing the doctor half the time but the trainees in a room of many patients. That first session we did alot of hands on muscle relief treatment and he set me up a exercise schedule to begin. As the time came to a close though, I felt that there was still more to be done. Without saying anything at all he continued for an extra hour because he felt I needed it too! This quality of care continued throughout my rehabilitation process. He was always ready to answer questions on the phone, send a video, modify an exercise; he cared about me and my rehabilitation. Thats priceless. Now I'm pain free!!! My life has returned to normal. I can stand, drive, JOG! Yes, I can jog again! And I always know that as life progresses, if I need him, I can leave a message and he will get back to me ASAP. You aren't just another patient at PT Concepts, youre a friend who Carlo wants to see thrive. Five stars to rate is just the beginning

Fantastic experience: Carlo was great! I injured my shoulder on a Sunday and he was able to see me on Monday right away. I felt a lot better after the session. Really thankful to get in to see him.

Fantastic experience: Carlo and his staff are great! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. They take their time with each patient. Already after just three visits, I'm experiencing a significant reduction in my lower back pain and have been taught new ways to support my pain reduction and back health! I highly recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: What differentiates PT concept from the other PT centers is their personalized concierge treatments to PT. Carlo, the owner, will spend the entire time doing treatments, stretches, massages, and education. Other PT's take treatment time warming you up on a heat pad but Carlo warms you with massages and other physical treatments. Another important benefit is he will send you personalized videos that you can do at home or at the gym rather than trying to follow it on paper instructions. Their holistic approach to PT is unique and I find it very effective. I highly recommend Carlo.

Fantastic experience: My shoulder and back had been bothering me for awhile and when I finally had the time to manage it, it had become pretty uncomfortable. I had heard about PT Concepts from some people at the gym, so I decided to check it out. Within a few sessions, I was going to work and hanging out with my son pain free.
