Ms. Nelson and her assistant took exceptional care of me. I love the location with east parking, and the facility is clean and bright! My neck pain is gone, and I have developed healthier habits to keep it that way, thanks to Pam!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few different physical therapy sites over the years and found this one to be the most accessible, easier to make appointments, quieter (less industrial) setting, and less crowded with staff and patients. There is a personal/professional approach to therapy with a focus on accomplishing increased healing. Will definitely go back if needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Very professional; from the office staff to my PT Greg. I looked forward to going! I had torn meniscus surgery about 6 weeks ago on my right knee. I just ended my time on Friday, 12/16. From the time I started to now, my knee and range of motion has greatly improved and is just about 100%. Greg was my PT and he was awesome! He provided a home routine to keep me working. I definitely recommend this company for PT!

Fantastic experience: I have used SBSM on 3 occasions: 1st in 2003 for a serious right rotator cuff surgery rehab: Mike F. Got me back in shape and back to full recovery in a short time (my coworkers thought I had suffered a career ending injury). 2nd in 2007 a left rotator cuff surgery rehab: I was back to work even quicker ( hard work and great therapy again). 3rd in 2015 a life altering spinal cord injury major surgery and rehab: I cannot say enough about the care and training I have received over the last 3 years. I had no strength when I started, and needed 24 hour care. I now have the strength and independence to to care of myself most of each day. I cannot thank Mike and the staff enough for what they have gone through to get me to this point. Outstanding office and staff!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd time to South Bay Sports Medicine (last time ~7 years ago). I have been to other PT groups over the years and SB Sports Medicine was hands down superior. I worked with Alan DeWitt this time and I appreciated the time he took to always explain the physiology. I felt the exercises he gave were right on point, and the staff in the exercise area always had eyes on and corrected as needed. Front desk staff was always pleasant and efficient.

Fantastic experience: South Bay Sports Medicine continues to be my "go to" place as I have experienced continual success over the years, with rehab for two knee replacements and a hip replacement. Gary and Allen have each put me through "boot camp" pushing & encouraging along the way, which has ultimately enabled me to continue to engage in my passion for surfing at sixty-eight years young. The whole staff at SBSM is friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and professional in every way!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care received at South Bay Sports Medicine. I was referred to address a pinched nerve between 4th and 5th vertebra. The numbness in my arm has completely been addressed, and I now have more knowledge of posture and exercises to help keep future issues that are common in the office work / desk job environment from occurring

Fantastic experience: My time with my therapist at South Bay was very helpful. I learned stretches and exercises that helped my issue. I went in with extreme pain and if a few weeks i felt so much better. I would recommend them and I'm very grateful to learn new techniques that will keep me fit.

Fantastic experience: Michael, 1 of the owners, & a Physical Therapist, was responsible for reducing my back pain level from an 8-10 rating down to a 5. His crew is knowledgeable and friendly. I went to South Bay Sports Medicine after each one of my 2 total knee replacements and they, Michael, got me completely mobile in 3 months.

Fantastic experience: Can't say thanks enough for PT Gary Coleman. Had major neck surgery w/excruciating pain and Gary within a few visits relieved all the pain and strengthened my neck shoulders arms beyond all expectations. All of the support staff were very professional knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Excellent experience.
