Carbon Health Urgent Care Vallejo

Fantastic experience: I have never been to this urgent care before. I was greeted with kindness and treated with gentleness. The doctors and the MA’s will make you feel very comfortable they will take care of your needs , and if I lived in the area I will make it my regular doctors office just because of the comfort If your in the area and not sure where to to go, I highly recommend this urgent care.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are traveling and I rolled my ankle in a parking lot, I ended up in the Vallejo office and was seen by a nurse practitioner but they had no radiologist on duty today. They asked me to stop in the Martinez office in our way through. Both visits were fast and the staff was so helpful and thoughtful. The offices were impeccably clean. I wish I lived close to a Carbon Health clinic! This was a fortuitous find. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and amazing staff! Front desk is always friendly and welcoming. The Medical Assistants are always kind and friendly as well. My appointments are always on time, if not earlier! Physicians actually listen to my concerns and follow through with a great care plan. Carbon Health definitely delivers quality patient care and standards.

Fantastic experience: All the staff were so friendly and helpful! The person at the front desk was awesome, I had made the appointment for myself instead of my son so they fixed my mistake. The nurse was so sweet and explained everything to my son, especially because the x-rays were kind of confusing to him. The doctor was great and so kind!!! Thank you for taking care of my child.
