New Heights Physical Therapy Plus

Fantastic experience: I spent the past 3.5 months working with Erik on rehabbing a foot and ankle injury that had been causing pain for nearly 3 months before that. To be honest, when I first started, I wasn’t sure anything would help. Thankfully, I was quickly proven wrong! Over the months, Erik not only taught me a variety of stretches and exercises to build strength and stability, but he also educated me (with books and visuals) about my injury, muscles, and tendons, to help me better understand exactly what we were working on and why it would help. I really appreciated this level of detail. Erik is extremely knowledgeable and committed to providing a high level of care to get you back to normal (I’m feeling great now!). Jessica took care of setup and scheduling and made sure everything ran super smoothly! I 100% recommend New Heights!

Fantastic experience: Erik is wonderful to work with and very helpful during the individual assessment and workouts. He is excellent in providing detailed direction for follow up exercises for home. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After my Car accident in June I went to New Heights Physical Therapy. I've seen both Mallorie and Erik and they have been nothing short of amazing. They truly take pride in making sure every appointment I leave feeling better than when I arrived. If I ever need to reschedule they have always taken care to make sure I could get in that day or the next day. PT has truly helped in my recovery and I'm so glad I found this clinic.

Positive experience: This clinic is AMAZING!! I feel like a part of their little family. I've been lucky enough to see several therapists and they've all been great! Maureen is my current therapist and she is outstanding. She gets my issues and knows my spine and my pain so well! My back "broke" almost a year ago and after a spinal fusion I now live in chronic terrible pain. She has helped me get back to a new normal-ish life. Her heart is so big and she loves her patients. Judy is also amazing! She is accepting new patients and is so sweet and focuses on the structural issues as well as gets you moving. Taylor and Amy at the front desk are always so helpful and Malorie is a breath of fresh air. Like I said they are my "family" and love me and encourage me so well!
