Fantastic experience: I went for a follow up after hand surgery. I saw Dr. Smith. At first I was discouraged because I wasn't able to see my Dr. But after seeing Dr. Smith I changed my mind. He knew exactly what condition was before I told. Smith explained what I needed to do in order to help myself. I would refer him to anybody. And the office staff was amazing.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ghazal is an expert at what he does and very fun to talk to. Overall the staff is friendly and professional. I was really impressed with the PT staff, especially Afonso. Alfonso gladly answered all my questions and took genuine interest in my recovery. He was really good at identifying the cause of misalignment or discomfort as I gained more mobility and was a big part in helping me heal correctly. I noticed other PT specialists asking for Alfonso's opinion a lot, he is full of knowledge and exceedingly patient with everyone.

Fantastic experience: I've had the opportunity to use the services of Arrowhead Orthopedics for many aspects of medical problems. The surgeons have done total hip replacements on both hips. The results exceeded my expectations. Besides surgery,they have pain management doctors and physical therapy. I have always been treated with dignity and in a professional manner. I most certainly would recommend them. And they have a number of locations in the Inland Empire and the High Desert. Good people and good medicine.

As a doctor he is steadfast in his mannerism.Because of that you feel confident in the knowledge he share with you.Dr.Ghazal is always courteous and respectful.When in the office for an appointment Dr.Ghazal was always pleasant and displayed empathy when we discussed my injuries and pain.He is professional and a credit to the field of medicine.Foremost to me was that he showed “patience and listened”.Not once did I feel rushed.

Positive experience: My husband had the appointment and I waited with him. The two negatives about the experience was the waiting room is very small for the number if appointments booked. We honestly don’t know how many patients they book every 20 or 15 minutes but our appointment was for 2:40 pm and we waited until 5:45 pm to actually see the doctor. Dr Elsissy was wonderful to talk to but we have to admit the experience was rather exhausting for us since we didn’t get back home til 7:00 pm. (We do not live in Victorville.) For the future appointments, we will schedule the first appointment of the day.

Fantastic experience: My first doctor (surgeon) visit was nasty! He came in, sure we made greetings. But he didn’t do much more. I get into nervous chatter easily, and did so. I told him what had been going on with my shoulder. What I had been doing for it, pain wise (anti-inflammatory ie:Ibuprofen) I had also been doing normal tasks as much as possible. When there was no pain relief, I had consulted my GP doc and asked for referral and the insurance sent me to him… about that time he got in my face and loudly saying “Shut Up!” Then proceeded to tell the course of action for this injury. Injections of cortisone, and physical therapy. I told him I thought Cortisone shots were dangerous to joints. He lay into me, my thoughts were rubbish. He was the doctor, a shot was in order. I was also sent to twelve sessions of the most painful therapy session I have ever had in my life! My son kept asking “isn’t therapy supposed to help you get better?” And I’d tell him, “Yes, something has gone wrong somewhere in the translation. It’s getting worse!” And indeed it has. I now have pain radiating out from my shoulder down along the middle of my arm towards my elbow, and pain that catches me when I apply deodorant under my arm from my shoulder blade down through my arm-pit to the front of my shoulder, I have pain that radiates from mid shoulder down my back and up to my neck. Something I didn’t get to tell my doctor was I have degenerative joint disease, bad enough they wanted to do immediate surgery on my neck and upper back. That was 18 months ago it’s gotten worse since then. I have also increased in having nerve issues, stemming from my neck, most likely connected to physical therapy done for my shoulder, without regard for my neck, until I complained and told them doctor didn’t know about DJD! So did follow up. Didn’t see surgeon, saw a “physician assistant.”He heard what happened about the “shut up” incident. And promptly changed my surgeon! Okay I like this guy! Maybe I can give this place a chance after all. He also listened to my nightmare PT, and the increased pain I had. I really like this gentleman his name Anthony not certain of last name (Smith?) Will see when I see new surgeon.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this facility which was very clean and well managed by the staff. Each one of the four representatives I dealt with from the beginning to the end were very kind and attentive to my needs. Each one was very professional in answering the questions I had for them. I would recommend this facility to anyone that has need to go there.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my visit at this location. The whole staff all seemed to be super friendly. I will the best part of the visit was working with Dr. Krystian Szczesik. I’m used to most doctors being in such a hurry to get through with the appointment so they can get to their next patient. Dr. Krystian sat with me, ran me through several different test making sure he had the best understanding possible of my condition, and was super informative about everything he was doing and what was going on with me. I honestly felt like he cared from the start of the appointment and even though I left sore from all the tests we did, I was happy that I came in.

He provided me with options for how I wanted to proceed with my care, instead of being told what was going to happen. I wasn't rushed through my appointment as though i was on a timer. Daniel Patton the doctor that took care of me since the beginning and also performed the surgery. He's a straight up real good MD.
