Kinesio Physical Therapy and Performance

Fantastic experience: Everyone was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had some other issues that kept me from coming some of those days.

Fantastic experience: Didnt know how to feel about Physical therapy at first, But this place is actually pretty cool they help out ask you about what you do for work and hobbies to see where your underlying pain is from and how to fix it. like any time trying to fix something you have your bad days and good but they treat you the same and understand youre trying. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is the first and only physical therapy office I have ever loved in my lifetime. The staff is so friendly and helpful plus it is phenomenally clean. I like being able to listen to music and also watching some sports at the time. I hate that I don’t go anymore, but if I ever have to go, this is the only place I would ever go.

Positive experience: This is a good place to get back to how you where before you got hurt. You will get therapy to get rid of your problems so you can get back to how you where before.

Positive experience: Matt and his team made a profoundly positive impact with my recovery from a reconstructed clavicle, broken scapula and several broken ribs. With his help and direction I recovered basically full range of motion and almost full return of use. There are some things that just can't be fixed to the way they were though. I wish I could spend more time working out with a coach like Matt and his gym, it's a very personal space and I always saw people advancing towards their goals. Thanks is an understatement!

Fantastic experience: Great Physical Therapy group. Very understanding of the reasons you are there. Understanding the pain you are in. They don't push you to do something that is uncomfortable to you. They take it slow and easy. Working up to the full potential of the necessary exercises needed to make you feel better. Fantastic experience: After having a major surgery to my back I started looking for a place to do rehab. Kinesio P.T. was recommended by a friend and a family member. I discovered this with my surgeron and I was able to go there for six weeks . I was very impressed with the staff and Matt the owner. The were caring, knowledgeable had a positive atmosphere other clients were also happy withKinesio. I was a coach for 42 yrs. At the high school level and would recommend this place to anyone. I will be returning again after I'm cleared from my third surgery to further my rehab.

Matt will discuss the therapy in any level of detail you like. I got great results with Matt and enjoyed working with him. And he plays great background music!
