Victorville VA Outpatient Clinic

Fantastic experience: They opened 3 days late I was there &told come back, I did and I was the 1st.Vet and patient in the place on the 1st.day that it opened. They really care Dr's are Great I have had 7 in 13yrs.I'm 62 3mo.hit 63 my life has been saved by that clinic and Staff 3X and I am there 1x a mo.or more & Proud to say that I know them well and they keep me that way..

Positive experience: Does anyone know how to get in contact with Dr. Andres De La Llana out of Victorville?

Positive experience: I've never had a problem with this clinic. There is one lady at the front desk that is rude. My only problem is that normally I have to wait on hold for 45 minutes. Sometimes it is better to just drive to the office to speak to someone. I'm 100% service connected.

Positive experience: Very friendly staff. They are small staff tho, and demand seems to exceed capacity. But they do work hard to meet the need, and beats going to Loma Linda. Hard to find as there is no suite number on the entrance. It is on the side closest to La Paz Dr. Hopefully VA will add more staff.

Fantastic experience: Mostly pleasant, there's always that 10%, Dr. Whitehead is the best.

Positive experience: New offices on 7th is doing better now that it's been open for a little while.

Fantastic experience: This new location is wonderful.....large lobby with plenty of seating. The appointment line has plenty of staffing to allow for quick check-ins. It is very convenient that I can now do all my labs at this clinic without having to drive down to the Loma Linda VA Hospital.

Fantastic experience: Despite the negative reviews, they just saved a veteran's life...mine. I was going through some bad times with my pain, PTSD, mental issues, and the team was there to help right away! Thank you for your services and Bravo Zulu

Positive experience: THIS CLINIC IS NOT AT THE LOCATION STATED. EVEN THE CLINIC WEBSITE IS INCORRECT. 14598 7th Street in Victorville. If you are going for a blood draw, allow for at least an hour to have it done, they are short staffed in the lab.

Positive experience: Nice new facility, understaffed, but still really friendly and nice staff

Fantastic experience: It’s the VA what can you do, but they do a pretty good job here. New facility, very nice people. Dr. DePriest has been my favorite psych I’ve had so far. Very kind and listens to his patients and supports them, hard to find nowadays.

Fantastic experience: After 9 years of being helped by the Victorville VA clinic I have to admit they have been a real blessing. It’s never easy for a military minded person to admit we need help and it feels like the personnel here get that. I used to hold off getting medical issues checked thinking I’ll just head to Loma Linda if things get bad... I recommend just giving Victorville VA a call and see how amazing they really can be.
