Fantastic experience: Waited a while to be seen but once I was the doctors that have attended me have all been very attentive and courteous. It’s also a clean facility and once you’re in it’s a quick process! Appreciate it

I was very skeptical at first. Cuz I'm not a Urgent Care type of person. But I'm so glad i came here. Very Outstanding Customer Service from the staff and doctor. They heard all my concerns and got me treated in a timely manner. So thankful...to be on my way to getting well soon. Thanks again!!!!

Fantastic experience: I met with Dr De la Llana for a follow-up appointment. He has one of the best bedside manners I have ever experienced. He is knowledgeable and seems to have real concern for his patients and their health. If I could, I would give him 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jose de la Llana is one of the best doctors I have come across in recent years. His compassionate attitude, professionalism in his job and expertise are a credit to him along with his staff at the Bear Valley Urgent Care Center. They are a credit to the medical community and should be used as a benchmark for other Urgent Cares in the High Desert that lack professionalism, compassion and support for patients whom are seeking medical treatment. I have found my "Go To" Urgent Care for future medical treatments if needed. Highly recommend this Urgent Care Clinic!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both needed to be seen, both were treated with great respect and care. The staff in front went out of their way to help when I lacked some paperwork I needed. The doctor listened to all of our health complaints and checked out everything needed. We not only felt well cared for, we felt like we were important to them. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Went here for the first time on my way home. The place is pretty clean and the wait was way faster then any Urgent Care I've been too. My main focus is on Dr. Yohannes, he did a more thorough job than my primary Dr does. You can tell he truly cares what he's doing which is lacking in this day and age with most lazy practitioners. Dr. Yohannes you should try for a University Medical Center I know they'd be pleased to hire you.

Fantastic experience: I Went there Saturday 2/4/17 with a URI and in upper respiratory distress - Non emergency but, feeling pretty aweful, which is the only thing that will get me to actually GO to an Urgent Care office or a hospital! I have to be down to that "feel like I'm guna Die" level or I'll just try to suck it up and wait(..and wait!) for things to resolve on their own..because I'm stubborn and Dred going anywhere when I don't feel good. The recptionist was polite,communicative and quick. Dr. D. Was very nice and quickly assessed what would help my breathing. He prescribed what I needed and was polite, professional and I didnt feel like I was less than human because I have IEHP! Some places or Doctors treat you like you're an inconvenience or don't matter as much as the "richer" customers with "good" insurance. I WAS one of the better off patients with good insurance a few years ago and will be again! and I will still come here unless something dramatic happens to the staff. Also, this office I believe is pretty new as I didn't even know it existed before yesterday. So it's still clean and nice and smells good. Please,please. If you go here, don't ruin it with food and gum and spilled beverages and boogers. Don't participate in the behaviors expected of us in the lower/no-er income bracket. Be dignified and thoughtful and lets keep this place a good and pleasant resource for us to go to when when need it! ☺ TY.
