Kaiser Permanente Victorville Medical Offices

Fantastic experience: Kaiser has long been my Families go to spot for healthcare.. so much so my dad married a Kaiser nurse. This by no means sways my opinion when i say ive had nothing but efficient, proffesional care from every Kaiser i have been to. Victorville definitely has the friendliest of them all in my opinion. Thanks for always being there Kaiser!!

Fantastic experience: Part of the Kaiser hospital family. This particular group of offices is well run and efficient. Doctors and staff all use computers and digital equipment so they have all your information when it's needed. I thought the X-rays were particularly cool. No film. So when I broke my foot, the Dr. ordered X-rays and he had them on his screen before I got back to his office.

Fantastic experience: Love Kaiser. Only problems I've had are slight ones. Happens everywhere. My whole family goes to kaiser, my kids are taken there and they are always professional and respectful. Granted there is not an OBGYN there but that's not this locations fault. I had my son in Fontana and was just fine. Love this place, love the people.

Fantastic experience: We just moved to the area so I had to switch doctors and Pharmacies. I needed my medication the first week we moved. I called and told them the situation and they got it taken care of within the same day. Great service. Everyone is so nice inside the clinic. Im actually looking forward to meeting my new doctor. 100%

Fantastic experience: The staff in urgent care (Maria and doctor) allowed me to Tell them why I was there without interrupting me, provided timely efficient service, with a pleasant attitude. Maria was so kind and patient. Really warmed my heart. This was the best I’ve been treated since first coming here in 2000.

Fantastic experience: Is a bit crowded but organized and efficient in getting orders placed in a timely manor. However other clinics are not enforcing mask wearing into the facility. Just inside the clinical rooms. Kaiser needs to back off a bit from forcing mask wearing since it's not been an issue anywhere else. It should be a choice not a command.

Fantastic experience: Except for the long wait for urgent care during flu season I love Kaiser. You can get all your needs taken care of at one place. They have saved my wife from breast cancer and given me neurosurgery on my neck. Without them I would be bankrupt and homeless. They are the best senior advantage plan around.

Fantastic experience: So glad I made the choice a year ago to change from united healthcare to Kaiser. I was taking a chance postponing breast cancer treatment a few weeks but HD care was so poor I felt I really had no choice. Kaiser moved quickly and I was in Fontana one week later than I would have been . Dr. CHAN, LAB DEPARTMENT HERE , CHEMO DEPARTMENT, DR.MORTON AND DR.K in radiation were all amazing. HD provided transportation so I didnt have to drive to Ontario daily for over six weeks. You saved my life and I am so grateful.

Fantastic experience: I love Kaiser! Their use of technology and up to the minute updates are so appreciated. I feel I can contact and communicate with my doctors whenever I need care. I’m very happy there’s going to be a new Hesperia location se the high dessert needs it with such a large population growth! I’m hoping more speciality care and eventually another hospital come to the high desert.

Once I went kaiser I would never go back to any other insurance.I’ve always been pleased nice doctors quick service to be seen and than they take their time with ur visit and answer any questions or concerns u may have and with my doctor and staff whenever I email them I get response within a day or two real fast

Fantastic experience: Not a fan of the new health care protocols in the last 10 years ( I remember the “good ol days) but Kaiser is the only affordable option through my work, and they rarely disappoint - the people working there are under a lot of pressure and yet they work hard to keep cheerful and helpful. This particular office is run well...I’ve used the urgent care several times and my wait was minimal considering the amount of people. I like my doctor - she tries hard to keep it personal. Give these healthcare pros a break, people...it’s not an easy environment to work in.

Fantastic experience: Mondays and Fridays are the most busy with urgent care, but if you call early in the morning chances are you can get a same day appointment.

Fantastic experience: We have been members of Kaiser for about 40 years. Usually get care at Fontana or Ontario. I recently visited the Urgent Care at Victorville. Received excellent care from Dr. Owen, and professional interactions from all the nurses and clerks. The facility is new, clean and the pharmacy sped us through like a well oiled machine. Glad to have a clinic so close to home.

Fantastic experience: I been with kasier for years and I am with kasier now but my only concern is a obygn at parks victorville instead of driving to fontana or further and not everyday people will have a smile on thier face so just don't think it is about you but check in and go about your appt

Fantastic experience: I have been a Kaiser Member since August 1986. Kaiser Permanente has taken care of my daughter during college and her daughter from infancy. The doctors are caring and understanding, answer questions you can understand without the medical jargon. The nurses care and some show and treat you like family. I learned about Kaiser Permanente through my mom and dad, and they enrolled in the year 1960. My eldest son was born at the Sunset Facility in 1965. I want to move to Atlanta Georgia very soon so I am looking forward to meeting my new Physician.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very kind, willing to assist you with any questions you may have. The facilities are well kept and the bathrooms are clean. The service can be slow if you don't have a prefilled prescription. I would advise you to call in or go online to fill your prescription 24 hours before you arrive.

Fantastic experience: I've been with Kaiser most of my life, I'm 63. I've always been treated fairly, with respect and in a timely manner. I'm always confident with the treatment I've received.

Fantastic experience: I come here often. I have never had a bad experience coming to this office and I have been coming to the Victorville office for 7 years. The staff is always friendly. Don't have to wait too long to be seen. The doctors I've met are very nice and listen to your complaints and health problems. I can't remember the name of the radiologist but she made me feel very comfortable. The pharmacy doesn't have a long wait either. The most I've waited to get my medications was 15 minutes where as other kaiser pharmacies have longer waits. I really like that doctors have easy access to your records to see what happened during your last visit or check labs and xray results. Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: Urgent care closes at 9 pm .I went in at 8 :30pm and was out by 9pm. They seen me right away didnt even sit down for a minute in the lobby when they called my name. I Even had time to get my medication from the pharmacy .

Fantastic experience: I went in to cardiac arrest in the lobby. The members of the staff who sprang in to action and performed CPR on me were a critical link in the chain of survival and were instrumental in saving my life. It is a debt that I can never repay, but my 3 children still have a father because of them. Thank you and God bless you and all of the people out there who make the care of other people's health their profession.
