Fantastic experience: Pro-PT has a great environment all around and educated therapists. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming. For my first experience with an injury needing physical therapy, it was great. My therapist Tanner made the experience a lot better than I thought it would be before coming and took his time to get me recovering properly at a steady pace. Couldn’t have been a better first experience, highly recommend this location and Tanner!

Positive experience: I get physical therapy here twice a week. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They actually make it somewhat easier to enjoy the workout lol.

Fantastic experience: Had my right knee dislocated in November of 2020, and my doctor advised I should get physical therapy and was recommended here. Been coming here for the last 2 months. Let me tell you the staff is incredible! Everyone treats you great. They're also very motivating. They work around your needs. For me, I love hiking so they started using exercises focused on getting me back to doing that. I 100% recommend coming here for your rehab needs.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I chose PRO-PT for my post surgery physical therapy. 5 years ago I did my research and drove to several physical therapists in Visalia to walk in and evaluate their environments and ask some simple questions of each. I chose PRO-PT and after each surgery they have taken such good care in helping me recover and improve my situation. I have experienced treatments for post cervical fusion, rotator cuff surgery, and now, lumbar laminectomy. Each time they demonstrate deep personal care for my individual needs. I very much appreciate that each person at PRO-PT, from all at the reception desk, to each of the therapists, has always shown an upbeat and positive disposition, making for a great environment to get treatment at. I could not be happier with what they do for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to PRO-PT for about 3 weeks. The office staff has been wonderful and very helpful. I have Sciatica and have been in a lot of pain. I was assigned to Rocky and he has been wonderful!! He has been very kind, patient and understanding about my pain level. He always explains to me what he is going to do and why on each visit. I can’t belive how much better I feel after only three weeks. Thanks Rocky and PRO-PT!

Fantastic experience: I went to Pro-PT about 3 years ago to treat tendinitis in my wrist. The entire staff was very kind and made each visit enjoyable. To this day, I still use techniques and knowledge I gained from my visits. I would definitely recommend Pro-PT. They put you at ease, both physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: Honestly words would not explain how much of a great experience i had here. I was bummed out about my knee and being away from work. but i gained some good group of friends in the time i was going here. today was my last day. and not only is this crew a great group of professionals. they helped me get back in shape 4 months after surgery(ACL tear), I can walk, run and i feel great! i would highly recommend them.

The PT’s and the Aides are excellent! Rocky was the first PT that helped me at my first injury. Cynthia, Carley, Alma, Jennifer, Candace, Eric, and the rest of the staff are great and very nice!!! I would recommend this place for Physical Therapy!!

Fantastic experience: Over the past 2 years I have had major surgeries on my back and knee. I couldn't have asked for better care than I received. My therapist Elisa Zapata, who came highly recommended, is fantastic. She is highly knowledgeable and professional . Her goals for my rehabilitation are attainable and relevant to my personal timeline. Elisa is thoughtful of each patient's pain tolerance and how to manage each exercise plan accordingly. I am thoroughly happy with PRO PT. From the staff at the front to the therapists and aids, everyone makes you feel like family. I will recommend PRO PT to anyone who needs professional physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding staff of physical therapists. It was obvious that everyone went out of their way to help their patients. They were friendly, attentive and professional at all times. Rocky ... my lead therapist set up a rehab program that really worked for me! He was a great teacher...the old saying that you can give a man a fish and you feed him for a day - teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime! I learned the importance of taking care of myself thru exercise and stretching! Thanks Rocky...for teaching me how to fight off "Father Time".

Fantastic experience: I chose this physical therapy site based on my husband's success with his physical therapy. The ladies in the front are very nice and helpful. They always welcome one with a friendly greeting and a smile. Now, for the actual physical therapy party. My PT Andrew was/is great. He was my initial PT earlier this year at initial contact for my shoulder. It just so happens my PT again after Rotator Cuff surgery. He showed me a modified way to complete the exercises my doctor wanted me to complete which made a huge difference and alleviated pain. Any question or concerns I had he was able to address it or explain it. Overall I love that you are not rushed in your progress. The entire PT staff is friendly. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have to say Pro-Pt has been amazing. I went to Pro-Pt to help with my knee pain due to having no Cartlidge plus a torn meniscus. I had been working with the staff at California Fitness Academy (love Kyle!!) And they referred me to the wonderful Mr. ROCKY!!!! ROCKY HAS BEEN AMAZING!!! My pain level has leveled out and I am now able to be more active which s my overall goal. ROCKY even took time to meet with my trainer at CFA to ensure my overall care. I would give Pro-pt ten stars!!!!!!!!!!
