Fantastic experience: My son was seen for his first assessment today, and we are confident we are in the right place. Bryan Pacillas was thorough and right to the core of what is going on. Even with a busy schedule they are working him in to help get him healed and out of pain. We are so thankful! Staff have all been friendly, and the helpful!

Fantastic experience: Bryan has been with my family since his time back with his first gig with Kaweah Delta (20+years). Now that he has his own practice he is still our goto family PT. His staff is first class when it comes to all aspects of the job. His admin staff is as organized as it comes when you need answers. Fantastic experience: I came to Bryan after an arthroscopic shoulder surgery. I was also suffering from a neck and back pain after a whiplash. He and his team did a great job on my shoulder recovery, and pointed me in a right direction with my neck problem. I have been to other PT places, and they only made my injuries worse. I am beyond grateful for Bryan and his team!

Fantastic experience: I was sent to Brian after a rotator cuff injury sustained in an accident. This was my first experience with physical therapy and frankly I was skeptical it would help. From my first appointment on, Brian and his entire staff made me feel confident and comfortable coming back and putting my faith in the process. While not every moment was painless, it was definitely made better by the patient and understanding staff that never failed to brighten my day. I am incredibly grateful for the full recovery!!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! I first came here to relieve hip pain that I had had for five years. Bryan was the first person to give me any sort of relief! I then had surgery to fix a torn labrum and have been seeing him for my post-op therapy. It’s been going great - he listens to my concerns and works with me to make sure the treatment truly fits my needs and not just marking off a protocol. Even though they were swamped, he made sure I could get in post-op. All of his assistants are extremely pleasant and helpful. I have recommended others here for their long-term pain and they have also felt relief. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My daughter & I had a pretty bad car accident. Bryan scheduled us as soon as I explained our situation. He was very busy but made time for us any ways. He and his amazing team took care of us with physical therapy, scheduling, and insurance billing. This was a few years ago but I had to share. Nothing but good things to say even a few years later
