Fantastic experience: From Dr Daniels and the entire surgical team, the nursing staff, everyone, I was so impressed with the care and concern they had for me. They all made a scary experience for an 82 year old a more than bearable experience.

Fantastic experience: Entire surgery process was attended by professional and caring staff. They really listened to my fears, and helped ease those fears with compassion. Everyone, from nurses to interns to doctors, kept me informed on each step of the process. They treated me as a person rather than just another patient.

Fantastic experience: Very caring overall it took a while but we all got taken care of but we had a very very long wait the chairs hurt like heck. Not all of us need to be just seeing a hard chair specially, with severe pain in your legs. And back.

Fantastic experience: Got my pre admit lab, EKG done one day and had to come back and do Pre admit. Was able to coordinate with Dr appt and do all one day since I don’t live in Visalia…Admit to Short stay Surg. Very clean waiting room, efficient courteous staff both front and back. Nursing a Dr all very courteous and explained all procedures and answers any questions …. Experience was GREAT throughout my surgical procedure…

Fantastic experience: I went in for eye surgery and from the moment I walked in I was treated very well. I wasn’t afraid to touch anything being that the entire hospital was spotless. The staff really calmed my nerves with their explanations of the process and even had me laughing. Thank You everyone in the surgery department

Fantastic experience: Edit- revisit 10-01-23. Went back because again I was passing kidney stones and this is the only place that correctly diagnosed me the first visit. And I know if needed I would get a contrast ct that would show the stones. Complete 180 from previous visits. Nurses were alot more attentive, doctor was much more knowledgeable. Visit did not las 8 hours this time. Got seen quickly after arrival, the only thing that took long was waiting for labs. Much better experience. The person that took my blood created a clot in one arm, and then when I asked for it to be replaced went through my vein. Had no idea what she was doing. Nurses are barely any help, had my paperwork sitting for an entire hour on the counter. No hospitality skills. Treated every other patient with care, dismissed the fact I was there for 8 hours and not once offered me food. Dr completely ignored me while waiting to be discharged. Very poor management and hospitality skills.

Fantastic experience: My husband was in the hospital due to a staph infection in his blood. The bacteria was coming from an earlier surgery site. He was there on 3 south for a week and a half. His nursing staff was top notch, they were very caring and attentive to his needs. One night my husband was experiencing extreme pain from a neck injury. One of the nurses, her name is Chun, went out of her way to find ways to try to alleviate the pain my husband was experiencing. At one point, medication was not taking care of the pain he was experiencing. So, Chun decided to heat up a blanket and put it around his head and neck. It really helped a lot! When it was her shift even though he wasn’t one her patients that night she would come in and check on him. Thank you, everyone for taking such good care my husband. Janis Giotta

Fantastic experience: Went in recently for a blood test as part of an annual physical, and everyone was very friendly and put me at ease. The person drawing the blood was quick, gentle, and made it virtually a painless process.

Fantastic experience: My name is Karen, I went in having a severe asthma attack, as soon as the severity was made known they immediately responded, the ER doctors and nurses all the techs, were quick to do all they could to help, the staff on iccu and 2 north were top knotch and went above and beyond to help me, care for me and reassure me, Anyone who ends up in the hospital is lucky if any of the staff who cared for me cares for them. They exceed what is expected and they do it in a kind, generous ,caring manner. They are top of the line. I will always remember how they helped me.

Fantastic experience: Even though this hospital is two towns and an hour drive away it's for sure where I prefer to take my entire family for quick adequate and competent care the doctors and nurses are awesome and super nice and calming thank you to all the staff at kaweah delta

Fantastic experience: Yesterday(July 12) I had a procedure done at the Cath Lab. I cannot say enough good words about this place. From beginning to end all staff members were kind,helpful and efficient

Positive experience: I had my son here earlier this month and I loved my nurse (Sarah Rea)! I was there all day so I had several different nurses, which they all were nice, but there was one nurse who was the best. That was Sarah. Luckily she came in right when I began getting induced and I got lucky to have her up until my son was born. She was supportive of my birth plan and even spoke up for me when I was too nervous to voice my concerns. She was caring, gentle, and well informed. Aside from my labor nurse, the nurses and meal coordinator I had while in the recovery wing were also very kind. Only reason why I did not give this hospital a 5 star was because the two restrooms I had weren’t so clean.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish the staff was awesome and the hospital appeared to be clean and in order. I have used this hospital several times now and would highly recommend this facility and the staff.

Fantastic experience: I had a mastectomy at Kaweah Delta. The whole experience from beginning to end was a wonderful experience. All of the Staff listen to my concerns and did what they could to make a difficult situation better. The surgical team made me laugh which put me at ease just before I went under. My Anesthesiologist Amber asked me questions and listened carefully so I felt protected by her. I felt like all the staff enjoyed their job and put their whole heart into it. They definitely deserve all the benefits that the Administration should be giving them. My surgeon Dr Potts does an outstanding job of explaining things so I understood what was happening to me. I could say many more nice things about all of those I encountered before and after surgery. Kaweah is a great choice for medical care.

Fantastic experience: I took my baby in to the ER today for a very high fever (104) and all the staff took really good care of her. They went above and beyond. Extremely helpful, answered all my questions and even got me something to eat while I waited with my baby. Thank you so so much for helping my baby girl feel better. You guys are angels on earth. You're amazing.

Fantastic experience: I’m appreciative of the wonderful staff that helped me during labor. The mother and baby board were fantastic as well. I was admitted back due to preeclampsia and am grateful for the support I received during both my stays. I don’t remember all of their names unfortunately but they know who they are and the wonderful work and effort they provided to me ❤️ Ginger, Thank you for being awesome during my last day as well!!

Fantastic experience: Every single staff member but especially the charge nurse Candice was amazing. I’m also a charge rn at an er (stroke/stemi/trauma center) in another county & I was having an ingestion/mental health crisis and she treated me & my family with respect. She was calm & made me feel safe. I will forever be grateful for the treatment I received there. It is as an all time low & it inspired me to treat my own community & patients as such.

Fantastic experience: I just had a full knee replacement with Doctor Kim, he was awesome from beginning to end. I just spent 1 night in the hospital and the nurses there were incredible, but the one that really took care of me on the graveyard shift was Michelle. She was so nice, very informative and just a sweet person. I usually don't leave reviews, but the care there was over the top! A special thank you to Dr. Kim and Michelle, but the entire staff there were awesome! Thank you so much for the great care! Ed Catuto

Fantastic experience: My baby boy Sebastian was in the NICU for a month, the nurses there were Amazing, very caring and loving towards myself and my baby boy. Thank you Alicia, Hope, Jenna and all the nurses who cared for my baby. Sebastian and I made some friends. ❤️ But I must a t add, the lady who helps post partum moms, Melissa,or Amanda was her name, was Very rude.! I was venting my issues to her, and she responded" well how's that working out for you"? With a tone of voice so cocky, attitude wise. I was about to ask her to leave my room but I didn't want to cause a scene. She should think 2x about her attitude or go work at a Corrections center. !!

Fantastic experience: I really hope this will reach out to the Resident at the ER. I am not sure but I do not believe they do not get enough recognition like they should. I met Dr. William Pho, the Attending of the ER no offense great doctor. The Resident Dr. Willie ( I hope I got that right ). This doctor went above and beyond to help me. I have seen a lot of doctors over the years not just my own but for my family. He made a phone call just to let me know what was in the findings on my ultrasound. To me, that means a great deal. Some people sit around waiting and never received a phone call. But this doctor did and I heard from him myself. I hope he will remain humble and kind. Don't let the bad side of the healthcare ever change him. For all the Residents, you guys give me so much hope in this world to help make it a better place. Thank you. Kathy Saefong.

Fantastic experience: Grateful and thankful to the entire ER staff on Thursday night 10-27-2022. Medical director Dr. TU and Rachel in the ER and Jose in X-ray worked liked a well oiled machine and seamlessly provided the best care possible for my shoulder dislocation. I was in unimaginable pain and they worked tirelessly to assist me through my pain and anguish. They are true angels. Professionalism and kindness at the forefront of the care I recieved.10 out of 10 best care in the valley!! Keep up the outstanding work! Forever grateful! Thank you all!!

Fantastic experience: Came in after falling and hitting my head. ER eas busy but my wait time wasn't all that bad. Admit, vitals then a saw resident ordered some pain reliever a trip to get a Cat Scan then the ok to be discharged with instructions. About 4 hours. Everyone was nice explained what I needed to do and apologize for the wait but at capacity. This visit was needed instead of waiting for Urgent Care.

Fantastic experience: Jan. 19 2022 at 11pm I was admitted from Kaweah Health Urgent Care (Court Street) until January 24, 2022 & then I went by Ambulance to Westgate Gardens Care Center from January 25, 2022 to February 11, 2022 for physical therapy & rehabilitation to get much better & stronger. I just wanted to say thank you to all of the Doctors & Caregivers & staff members that saved my life! Those days I was here because of all their hard work & everyone running so many tests & checking what was going on with me so at the end my oxygen levels was so low & I had pneumonia on top of that & at sometime I had gotten COVID-19 to & I have a bad heart already but my heart is failing & I have blood clots in my lungs . But if it wasn't for Kaweah Health Medical Center & everyone that works there I wouldn't be here today so thank you & "God Bless" to everyone. Stanley Ochoa

Fantastic experience: I can not begin to express my gratitude toward the medical staff in the ER, the Surgeons and those in the Recovery Department. They took a terrible situation in which I lost my pre-term baby and created such a sweet and kind experience for both myself and my husband. Every single person who worked with me went above and beyond. They never made me feel like just another patient but their highest priority. I have hospitals closer to my home but drove to Kaweah Delta because of their exceptional care.

Fantastic experience: Mother Baby Room 1362 Scott Ginger was my nurse and she was wonderful. She was always checking on me and making sure i had everything i needed and more. She had me laughing she was so funny. Best experience ive had. Thank you Ginger

Fantastic experience: The Dr I saw I think her name was Julia she was fast very comforting and she made sure I wasn't in pain and that I was comfortable. It's probably one of the more positive experiences I've had at the ER and I've been to the ER many times. She also sent me home with medications so that I would be comfortable and I wasn't in pain and I really appreciated that also in the emergency room waiting room there was a technician named I believe Greg or Gary he was a very special person I kind of had a little emotional breakdown and he took you know time away to comfort me and to just use his own time to make sure I was okay and that really meant a lot to me that was really awesome he is a special person and has a gift in this profession..this was one of the best experiences I've had in the ER and I don't say that much and I go to the er alot. This Dr and this Ed tech really made my visit a pleasant one and I just would like to say THANK YOU so much I'm glad Julia was my Dr and that Greg or Gary was in the waiting room. Overall the entire staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have been to the ER a few times in the last year, a couple of times for me and a couple of times for my kids. The ER itself could use improvement but the impact the hospital gets from other cities is crazy! Everyone comes to this hospital and it is no wonder there are no beds and the ER is so busy! They absolutely do their best though every time I have been there they do the most they can to accommodate all of our needs. I had a wonderful experience as a new mom when delivering my twins recently here and I also had my son hospitalized on the pedes floor for a few days, both experiences were good. The doctors, nurses and nurse assistants were all amazing. Everyone was so kind and attentive, I am glad to have a great hospital near us!

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience all the way from ED to the 4 South wing. My husband also needed a neurosurgeon and through our stay ended up meeting all the surgeons in the practice. We would have felt comfortable with any of them preforming the surgery. We ended up with Dr. Oh and he was fantastic. So thankful for this amazing hospital.

Fantastic experience: My husband has been in and out of Kaweah health hospital the past two months and have had experience with most departments from ER, radiology, ICU, respiratory and physical therapy, case management/social workers and inpatient care. Even with covid issues stretching the staff thin we were treated with respect and always felt like we were getting the best care possible. Both doctors and nurses spent the time to make sure we understood what was going on and answered any questions we had. Always was given the feeling that each person there truly cared about both of us and was empathetic to our situation.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I went to the ER since I was having a miscarriage.they only had me in the waiting room for about 15 minutes. The nurses were AMAZING. Really thankful for the nurses and medical student who were there for me. They made me feel so comfortable. Before I went in I felt so upset about my baby. I asked for an ultrasound since we didn't get a chance to see our baby and they brought in everything into the room so we could have the chance to experience seeing our baby. I left feeling better about this whole situation thanks to those nurses and student. ❤️
