Fantastic experience: Dr Ellis was fantastic. She treated my asthma exacerbation in a prompt manner. Staff was kind and friendly. Kaweah Health truly cares. I would recommend this urgent care to all my family and friends

Fantastic experience: Either in person or over the phone, I always feel taken care of, from the person setting up the visit, to the nurse and than the Dr. Or practitioner, they listen, they help and advise you of what’s best. And the appointments are always done timely no wait no back ups! I’ve had no problems at all with this location!! Thank you so much to all!!

Fantastic experience: Even though nobody really wants to go to Urgent Care, this is the place to go if you needed to. Very capable staff, and when they are busy they let you get in line, go back home, and then go back to the clinic when your turn is near.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Kaweah Health Urgent Care (Demaree) from the r moment we walked in on Sunday all the employees (ladies) super nice. There was a bit of a wait 1 hour to be exact. They all work very professionally fast. Just wanted to say how very polite and respectful everyone was to us.

Fantastic experience: The staff and nurse practitioner were super nice and made my daughter feel comfortable. She had a huge piece of glass in foot she was being silly and they was talking to her on her level just super sweet and kind. As a parent I was at peace a wonderful experience for a the situation. 2nd time this week... Regular Dr cancelled, had to come to urgent care.. the pa so kind. Was in and out.

Fantastic experience: It’s always fast and every one who works there is nice from the moment you walk in! Respectful and kind! I’ve gone there and have taken my children. My 5 year old son was having an airway reactive issue and they were very comforting to him.

Fantastic experience: I needed to be evaluated for a possible fracture in my right foot. The registration process was not difficult. I was called back to an examination room within a few minutes. A doctor examined my foot and ordered an X-ray. He later informed me the results of the X-ray. There were no fractures in my foot. This Urgent Care I like much more than other Urgent Cares I have been to.

Fantastic experience: My 16 yr old son had a bad ingrown toe nail. And the nurses and NP treated him with the best care. Explained everything step by step to make him feel more at ease. I highly recommend them so nice sweet and very hospitable

Fantastic experience: I just had a telehealth with Kaweah urgent care on Demaree. I must say this was the best experience I’ve had going to the doctor in a long time. It was fast, it was efficient everybody was very professional and polite. The doctor listen to me, he was able to take his time. I didn’t have to get exposed to anything , they didn’t have to get exposed anything. If this is the new era of healthcare I loved it for non-emergency situation this is the best experience you could have. I would recommend Kaweah Delta’s telehealth to everyone

Fantastic experience: I waited a while , but it was all worth it..they call me in and it was like they knew me forever. They got me in a room rite away and started treating me with a smile. The staff was really nice and Dr knew what was wrong with me and started treatment rite away. Thank you Urgent Care . I like that Dr took all the time I needed and she explained everything very well. Fantastic experience: Went in a little past 8 and my apt was only an hour later, I got to leave for a bit, have breakfast and returned to my secure spot (made sure to ask that if I drive off I won't get taken off the list) . I didn't feel rushed at all while in my apt. Staff was very attentive and all very nice. Definitely will return to this particular location (if I ever need to be back).

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. First time I have ever used an urgent care. Made an appointment online for 1030 in the morning they told us to arrive there about 10 minutes before Appointment time. And this was on a Saturday morning.They took us right in very polite very professional we saw the physicians assistant within 20 minutes and we were on our way and out of there within an hour and they were busy but it was a great experience and I will definitely go back before I would go to an emergency room unless it was absolutely necessary.

Fantastic experience: Kaweah Delta Urgent Care on Demaree is the best anywhere if not the world. I'm not exaggerating because I'm been to my share in a myriad of places because of my military experience. The level of superior customer service truly reflects the overall leadership. All the ladies that work in the front/lobby area significantly add to the overall patient level of care because they are so helpful in creating a stress-free environment. They make the check-in process very easy. I have used this Urgent Care a few times with equal high level of care from those helping you in the front to nurses, and finally to doctors

Fantastic experience: Hands down best experience I've ever had, of any Healthcare facility, anywhere. They're caring, easy to talk to, and put their patient's FIRST. A thesaurus doesn't contain enough nice adjectives to describe the providers here. Fantastic experience: Dr. Timothy Shortnacy is a great doctor and made a painful experience less painful and scary. He was funny and educated and proficient! He was very fast and made the procedure quick and less painful! Just wanted to share how great of a doctor I think he is! The staff is nice and it is always quick!

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience!! from the Dr So Yun to the assistants/ nurses and the front desk! My wait time was like 5 minutes.. just fabulous! I had gone to another ER at 8am and they said will see you at 1:50pm. Like seriously. When i arrive at this facility I told the front desk i was having a hard time breathing and if they take walk in and she said yes.. i highly recommend this Urgent Care facility just wonderful! Fantastic experience: The weight was long I was sent back to my house for about two hours and I had to come back and wait in my car and called them to let them know I’m here but honestly so worth the wait they are so professional and so clean and they tell you and explain to you everything in details. My daughter came out positive for RSV she is two years old and honestly couldn’t have had better care elsewhere the nurse practitioner was very polite and the medical assistance were also polite and professional. Definitely recommend this place and definitely worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: A great big thank you to all the staff at Kaweah Urgent Care on Demaree. It was nice to able to take our grandson there when he hurt his wrist. They were very professional and quick to address his injury. He felt very comfortable with their attention and their concern for him. I was only able to get the name of one staff member - the PA Ben. Thanks to Ben. He is super !!

Fantastic experience: Scheduled my appointment online from home. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and registered over the phone from my car. Waited about 10-15 min in my car until they had a room ready and saw the provider not long after that. He was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor! I hope they always keep the option to wait in your car. Way better than sitting in the waiting room!

Fantastic experience: Great service. Best urgent care I have ever been too! The staff is so friendly caring and communicates often. The wait time flies by because of the great service they provide and they have TVs in each exam room to make the wait to go by faster. I wish I would have started taking my family to this place a long time ago. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both came down with something. We spent 2 days at home with fevers and decided to go to urgent care. The online reviews here were promising and we were happy with the service. The appointment was a little long as far as wait times but we felt they were thorough in their exams and diagnosis. Would definitely come back if needed.

Fantastic experience: Since COVID-19 started you want to be safe and keep your distance and this office did just that. I reserved a spot on line for a walk in. They took all my information over the phone called me when they had a room available for me so I walked right in. The Dr. and LVN who assisted me today were AMAZING!! Had no complaints at all.

Fantastic experience: Great experience as far as setting an appointment and coming in when they are ready to see you. XRay tech was quick, helpful, and pleasant. All of the medical assistants were sweet and understanding about getting patients in and out. Overall a great experience compared to the traditional Urgent Care experience

Fantastic experience: I was seen, received meds, and was discharged all within an hour. Chris at Registration was very friendly. Mariana MA and Valerie LVN were prompt and super friendly. Ying NP listened to my health concerns, was very thorough, but still got me in and out very quickly. I received excellent care in a quick timeframe and it was VERY busy. Excellent experience! This is why Kaweah Delta Urgent Cares are my #1 choice for my family’s and my health when our primary doctor is closed.

Fantastic experience: I had an unusual situation of needing to get a rapid response COVID-19 test for a medical procedure due to miscommunication from the doctor’s office. After explaining the situation they went out of their way to check with the manager to see if they could accommodate my need. I know they were super busy but were professional and very nice. My thanks to a great staff.

Fantastic experience: Best service of all time. The front desk got all my information fast no having to fill out all kinds of papers. The nurse got my vitals fast did not have to wait long to see the health care provider Carla and wow did she do a great job asked what was wrong and solved my problem and gave me the right meds to take. Fantastic experience: My experience at the Kaweah Delta Urgent Care Demeree location was excellent! The front desk receptionist was polite, kind and friendly. The 2 medical assistants were also very kind and professional; they introduced themselves and keep me updated. They used hand sanitizer before and after. The nurse practitioner was wonderful; very kind, gentle and professional. The staff gets it and truly embodies Kaweah Care! Thank you for a rather quick visit during this very busy season.

Fantastic experience: I used this facility for the first time this morning. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out quickly and felt my medical needs were well met. It's nice to have an Urgent Care within a few miles of our home so we do not have to overcrowd the hospital emergency room with none-emergencies.

Fantastic experience: Best urgent care around!!! The staff is great! Easy to follow check in. Very organized and clean! I felt the comfort of being cared for by a hospital but with the convenance and friendliness of being at my family physician! When I left I asked, “what just happened” I had a good time getting 2 shots, abscess lanced and drained. I was asked to come back within 3 days under certain conditions and 2 days later I was back and same atmosphere with some new faces. The staff that was there Saturday remembered me and made me feel comfortable immediately! I honestly wish every dr appointment had the compassion this urgent care does, who wants to make a bad time worse? I’m already worried about something otherwise I wouldn’t have been at an urgent care

Fantastic experience: The visit was fast and efficient, Made my appointment online due to a car accident last night, called to check in (as text message instructed) and the women on the line was friend and easy to talk to! I was able to wait in my car And the nurse called me to get all my info over the phone. Once I entered the building I was taken directly back and was seen by the nurse practitioner with in a few minutes! He was friendly and thorough, ordered X-rays which were done with in a few mins and the X-ray tech was fast and professional! Returned for an injection for pain with the medical assistant, xrays read and discharge paper work given! I would definitely recommend the urgent care and come back if need be! The whole team as awesome today, Thank your all your help and being so sweet and caring!

Fantastic experience: The wait time was minimal. The staff and providers were very nice and helpful. My daughter was examined, X-rated, and splinted within a reasonable amount of time. We came from Hanford and will again if we need to. The facilities are very nice as well! Thank you for taking care of my daughter!!

Fantastic experience: Urgent Care on Demaree was great! The staff was super friendly and took care of me very quickly. There were not a lot of patients there so it did not take long to be seen by the doctor. I will go there again for sure.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff! Polite and helpful, was in and out in a timely manner. Not long at all. Went in for my son who needed a couple of staples, the doctor was very kid friendly and made sure my son was comfortable. They were everything you would want and hope when going to the doctors office. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. They also have TVs in the waiting room as well as the back rooms with the remote on stand by, very convenient with little ones who get impatient. Five starssssss

Fantastic experience: They are always friendly when you first walk in to door. They have always been great with my kids and my self when we where sick. Its also super clean compared to other urgent cares that we have visited due to sports injuries. I will always come here first!

Fantastic experience: Scheduling the appointment on-line was easy and minimized the wait once arriving. Everyone from intake to the doctor were efficient and kind. The whole visit lasted less then 45 minutes and that included administration of medications. Would definitely utilize this urgent care when needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had to make two visits in the past few months, both times were nice experiences, but today the staff definitely went above and beyond their job description. I brought my 5 year old in to see if he broke his foot after a fall yesterday since he still refuses to walk on it. I had my 3 year old and 8 month old with me and since my 5 year old needed xrays the doctors and nurses at the charting station watched and played with my two youngest children while I helped keep my eldest still for his X-ray. My 3 year old had so much fun talking with the nurses and getting so many stickers and my baby easily convinced one of the nurses to pick him up out of his car seat and hold him. Thanks to the caring staff, this is definitely my favorite urgent care now.

Fantastic experience: The employees are very courteous, friendly, helpful and go out of their way. The place is always clean, convenient location, and hours. I especially like that they offer lab draw. Overall I would highly recommend this Urgent Care Center

Fantastic experience: Great urgent care the wait time was very minimum and was in and out in less than 30 mins! Definitely coming back for those urgent medical needs if my primary care physician is unavailable. Great service, and great experience overall the medical provider answered all my questions and did a quick exam and gave me an accurate diagnosis along with medical advice.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many urgent care centers, because of chronic migraine. My experience at this one, was wonderful, from the moment I called to confirm that they did accept my health insurance. Such helpful and caring people. They did everything possible to make sure I was cared for, and were genuine. Visalia is blessed to have such a wonderful facility.

Fantastic experience: Took my son in for high fevers and cough and was swabbed for RSV, Strep and influenza right away. He ended up having the flu and was given medications to help with the symptoms for home. I really had a good experience with everyone in the office the LVN and CNA were both great and the provider Carla was very kind and thorough. They all took good care of my son and the wait time was minimal.
