Fantastic experience: Had a Car Accident back in April and been coming almost everyday and it’s a great experience but when I come I feel a little better everyday , Great place to come if you want to get better, the front desk Neshel and Chasity are awesome if I need they will get me together, Quanita is wonderful at message therapy I go two days a week and I be leaving out every appointment better and better. These people are wonderful some take a look

Fantastic experience: I have been in the Spinal Recovery Family for two years. And during this time staff such as Nesheil and Chasity have always been the keys to making this hard medical experience, seem easy. From the open comfort of there greeting me when I walk through there doors, to be understanding of me when I become a difficult client/family member. They are the ones who go above and beyond for us all and make me look forward to my next visit. The mind set of all the many staff named and those that are net create what we all need in our period of pain, fear of the unknown.

Fantastic experience: My experience so far what the front desk has been delightful one person in particular if I had an issue, she resolved it in Expedia manner. Her name is Chasity. The adjusters and the doctors have been very polite to me and have encouraged me that I am a moving in the right path of recovery time will tell

Fantastic experience: How lucky to find a place like this! The ladies as I call them Nichelle and Chasity always give me what I need. They keep that front desk running smooth. If you are in need of SRC services don't hesitate to go there or call. They have the best staff hands down.

Fantastic experience: If you’re experiencing any back or neck pain and want great service this is the best place to go. From the doctors Dr Ruiz and Dr P to front desk receptionist, Nechelle and if you need assistance with paperwork, Dawn always comes through. The Nurses, Kiara, Danasha, just to name a few are great . This facility treats you like family they are always following up after any procedures as well as contacting you via phone call, text and even emails to remind you of your appointments. By the way they have a phenomenal physical therapy department as well if you need treatment. Go stop by for an evaluation/consultation ask for Nechelle she’ll get you set up for an appointment tell her I sent you, thank me later. Bye

Fantastic experience: Nechelle is an awesome front desk face to the business. Friendly, helpful and down to earth. Over the 11 months so far I have been coming I am very happy with the way things are done in a progressive way to heal the patients. Patients are treated with respect and care.

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident on 6/28 and was referred to Spinal Recovery Center and all of the doctors and staff I have seen have done a wonderful job helping me recover. Everyone is always so nice NeSheil and Chasity were the first people that I met on first visit at the front desk and both ladies are doing an awesome job along with the all the other staff.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Spinal Recovery for 12 years now and Dr. P is the best! He has fixed my back when I initially went to see him and as I’ve gotten older everything he has suggested has worked but he never pushes anything that I don’t need. And as far as the staff goes, they are the most wonderful people in any doctors office I’ve ever been to!! I drive 40 minutes just to go to this office because of the wonderful treatment that I get there all the time! I HIGHLY recommend this office for your chiropractic needs!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for 4 years now and have received excellent care. They have greatly improved the pain in my back due to an injury that I will suffer with for the rest of my life but they have made the pain much more tolerable. They have also helped with my arthritic knee pain. Spinal Recovery Center is a great place to go if you have any type of back injury but they are not limited to the spine. They also treat most types of joint injury and/or pain. This is a full service facility that covers everything from pain management to physical therapy and chiropractic care. They do tend to get busy here but Nesheil at the front desk is awesome and can take care of any scheduling or billing issue you have. If you have any questions about Spinal Recovery Center, she can answer it.

Fantastic experience: One of the best facilities I’ve been to out of my 4 years of surgery after surgery after an awful car accident that left me with several back surgeries. Haven’t been able to get my on my feet and I’m confident they can help because they’ve already have. Dr Ruiz and Dr P and David are just amazing and make me so comfortable. David makes the jokes and pokes light fun before giving IVs pre injections and just makes me so comfortable and confident during a high anxiety time. So far I absolutely love the place. And the ladies up staff are on their GAME! They’ll go out of their way to step outside into the waiting room and check on every single waiting patient to make sure everything is ready for them to go back. Absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: When I first came I was not sure that SRC would be to help me, to my amazement I got the help that I had been looking for. Please if you're in pain and nothing is happening. I really recommend this place just give them a call. The atmosphere by itself is healing, I have no more back pain from the sciatica nerve in my back or leg. Fantastic experience: Spinal recovery is the best place to go there chiropractor and a therapy department is the best ever I wouldn’t go nowhere else every time I have problems off and on I always go back to them they are very nice, they will listen to your problems and do everything they can do to try to help you I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else because I guarantee you that they will get the job done get you on your way and get you feeling much better because they have done it for me several times all the staff there is really nice respectful understanding take time to listen to you Dr. PISPIDEIKIS and NESHEIL are the best ever all the staff is wonderful and the therapy department is great as well I have never went there and came out disappointed but I have went there and came out feeling like a new woman thank you spinal recovery to all the staff thank you, you are a true blessing I would give them 10 stars if I could ⭐️❤️

Fantastic experience: This place is the best I’ve ever been to, took me a while to find a place I liked before I started going here and after coming here I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I’ve been coming here for 7 years now on and off. The staff is really good and I’ve had all the 4 chiropractors give me adjustments and there all very good at what they do but Michael grinder is my favorite.

Positive experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Ruiz for years and she is a wonderful doctor who continues to help me. The front desk girls and MAs are also wonderful. However, the Office Manager, Angela needs lessons in customer service and how to speak to people. I had an emergency arise and drove an hour to the office. She is rude and curt, especially speaking that way to a patient in the tone she does to a patient in the waiting room. If it was not an emergency and I need to get back home (I drive an hour each way to see Dr. Ruiz). This does not matter to Angela. I've never been spoken to by a professional as I have been spoken to by her. I'm currently in the office waiting to get my situation resolved and something that could take five minutes to resolve (when I have done all the leg work) is now taking hours where I will also end up losing a day of work. Very unprofessional, Angela.

Fantastic experience: This is an update to a previous post,,,, After 10 months of different types of treatment, physical therapy, decompression therapy, and a couple different types of shots,l feel comfortable and not in any pain.They were professional and knew what they were doing, scheduling was easy and worked well with my availability. Fantastic experience: I’ve been in a car accident and had 5 surgeries they are doing everything they can and treating me to get my condition better. I thank them for all the help and support. Dr John Pispidikis and Dr Maria Ruiz are both great and friendly professional doctors and listen to your problems and do everything they can for you to fell better. From the moment you go in to the moment you leave very friendly people work here and they work with you and listen to you. I’ve been treating with them since 2018. God bless them all and thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with severe foot pain since 2015. I've been to numerous foot doctors and tried surgeries, over the counter products and who knows what else. Finally, a foot doctor told me I didn't have a foot problem - I had a back problem. I was referred to a pain clinic and that didn't sit well with me. I called SPC and she was able to get me IN THE NEXT DAY!!! I was impressed with that. Dr P examined me and came up immediately with a plan. I finally had a doctor listen to me. I had one chiropractic appointment and I'm sore, but I feel better. The pain isn't gone by any means, but boy do I feel a difference. I finally have hope. And hope isn't something I've had in a long time.

Fantastic experience: I had many issues that needed attention such as lower back pains that bothered me for some time. But showed me many types of exercises to do to ease the problem. I also had problems raising my right arm so they showed me what to do to help my arm get back to where I can use it with out much pain. It's all done just with exercises. Fantastic experience: O.M.G when I tell you my first visit here was amazing the staff are very friendly and happy individuals. Dr. P really listen to me had me to stand up to show him exactly where the pain was, for him to point out I been getting the wrong kinda injections from Dr. Radden office, has woken me up about how ppl are in it just for the money.. I have received my first chiropractor care today which was great cant wait to received the rest of my treatments and hopefully be relieved from this back knee and neck pain forever. The best place to be HANDS DOWN wish I would've found this place when I first had my 1st car accident in 2020.

Fantastic experience: I am 56 years old and about two years ago I started experiencing debilitating problems with my bladder and bowels. Over the past two years I’ve been seen by specialist from Beaumont, U of M, DMC and Providence. No one could tell me what was wrong. About two months ago, my back went out. My general practitioner recommended Dr. P. I never considered chiropractic care and none of the specialists even suggested it. Spinal decompression has changed my life. I’m about 90% better after 24 treatments.

From the second you walk in the doors you are welcomed by friendly and courteous staff. The care they provide from start to finish is amazing.
