Positive experience: The evening staff of nurses are very special. On two separate occasions, they sat with me at 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. to dispel and soothe me from nightmares. They pay attention. For family members of residents: It would have been helpful to have a basic sketch of the premises so various places could be found rather than disturb the nursing staff.

Fantastic experience: My mama been here since August the staff n nurses are great with her I know all of them including staff patients and the therapist, social workers and the whole staff some time the patient and nurses ask where I'm at today I love them all and care about the patients they became my friends and I love that

Fantastic experience: Good morning I have been a resident of mission point of Warren for six months my experience here at the facility has been very good staff has been very helpful in all of the departments and I plan on making this my permanent home.

Positive experience: I have been a resident here at the facility since October 2022 my stay has been great from all staff and departments rehab has very good not sure yet on what my plans are for going back out to the community but I will say it's not been bad at all for my stay here.

Fantastic experience: Warren woods is a comforting atmosphere, the staff are nice, I get a warm welcoming feeling. Food is ok. Staff responds fast. Sleeping arrangements are good. If someone needed a facility as welcoming and homely as a home warren woods would be a place to recommend for housing. Great medical assistance.

Positive experience: To whom it may concern, My care is okay. The ownership/cooperative needs to the staffing issue, especially A Wing. Residents need more aides for the 11PM to 7 AM. The residents must have more than three aides. As it is now, I have been told that they, the aides, will get to me when they can because they are short-staffed. There have been several times that I have been changed once for the entire shift. When they do change me, they start at 4:00 AM. There are three hours to go. They won’t change me again unless I require a complete bed change. It’s very unfair that A Wing is told to send workers home. They should stay, because the help is needed desperately. Many residents are up all night and they don’t sleep. In another situation, the day manager has it written in her book that I can’t have Nagogee (I wrote her name as it sounds), because she hurts me by crossing my legs. This is dangerous, because both of my kneecaps can dislocate. This is one part of my Cerebral Palsy from birth. I don’t have her in the daytime, but I’m still having her at 11 PM sometimes. Therefore, I’m requesting that she is banned from being my aide, because she hurts me. I would appreciate a quick resolution to my situation. Tom and/or DON nurse, please place in my care plan file. Positive experience: When I came to visit my uncle the staff was very polite and helpful. My uncle he seemed to be in good spirits. The Dinning room was clean and food looked good. We headed back to his room after dinner, they aren’t very big and could use some updating. Other than that, I think we chose the right spot!

Fantastic experience: Due to a surgery and the need for IV antibiotics I was required to go to a Rehabilitation center, and am so glad I chose Warren Woods. The staff is great, super friendly and helpful. From the custodial staff all the way up to the administration. I have no complaints. Would recommend to anyone!

Positive experience: I have worked as an employee for Warren Woods just shy of 1 year now. Truthfully, as a staff/facility we have faced challenges, but what impresses me the most is how we come together as a team to address/correct them. Our residents happiness is truly our priority (even on the tuff days). Speaking with our resident and getting to hear some of their stories, is one of the best parts of my day. I am very thankful for my job!

Fantastic experience: My first experience being at Warren Woods was great! Everyone treated me so good. My rehabilitation went so well that I was able to go home with my family. Unfortunately, my family required extra help with me, but I was happy to know that I could come back to Warren Woods. This is my second stay here and they welcomed me back with smiles and hugs. Fantastic experience: My mom has been here for 3 weeks now and her transition has been great. Everyone is very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one who needs care. Tony, and GeeGee have been awesome. Also the social workers Julie and Janice have been amazing. I'm so glad that my mom is here with great people looking out for her care.

Fantastic experience: I visited Warren Woods today and I want to compliment the friendly staff. Also the dining room was extremely clean with fresh table clothes on each table. The residents were joyful and that is a sign of good care. Great place.

Positive experience: Yes, the environment is oppressive due to the many patients in rough condition, and the food is awful. But most of the staff go above and beyond their duties, even to cutting hair. The physical therapy team is great.But It's definitely a harder place for someone with a clear mind.

Positive experience: My relative was in this facility for 3 years until he passed last January. Yes, it smells like urine. However, he loved the food and went to the dining hall three times a day. He also went to several Tiger's games, the casino, several restaurants, the park, and anywhere else they would go on their monthly outings. He was in a wheelchair and on a very strict diet (and could hardly speak) so this was a blessing for him to be able to still go out and enjoy life. The staff spoke and treated him with dignity even when they didn't realize I was in the room. I also appreciate that I worked with the same staff from the minute he moved in until he passed. Their employee turnover rate was very low. I was there twice a week for 3 years and I never saw ANYTHING that would make me call the state. Actually, their state statistics were pretty good compared to similar facilities in the area. I think people just see this place is on the corner of Hoover and 10 Mile and assume it's a dump. I would fine going there when it's my time.
