StayWell Health Center is committed to providing high quality health care and social services for individuals and families throughout their lives. We care for the whole person by providing and coordinating medical, dental, and mental health with the focus on prevention. StayWell accepts most commercial insurances, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. We also accept self-pay patients who can apply for a sliding fee discount to make care affordable for everyone.

StayWell provides Adult Primary Care, Pediatrics, Dental, Adult Behavioral Health, Women’s Health (OB/GYN), Specialty Care, HIV Care & Infectious Diseases.

StayWell Health Center treats the whole person. Our services go beyond Primary Care to include Dentistry, Behavioral Health, Opioid Addiction Treatment, Specialty Care, HIV Care, and Infectious Diseases. Learn more on our Services page.

Take an HIV test at home or wherever you are in the Greater Waterbury Area! To request a free at-home HIV test, call 203-756-8021 Ext. 3918 or 3406. Please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer your call. You will receive a response as soon as we are able.

StayWell Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

Positive experience: I love going here for the doctors, the reason why I gave it a three is because my therapist does not seem to know what she is doing.... I have been in a maintaining relationship for 6 years and ever since I met this woman she has been destroying me.... this lady is the reason I am giving it three stars.....other than that the doctors are great...

Fantastic experience: Doctor Elie Helou is definitely by far the best primary care doctor I've ever had..he's always available and helps me like I'm family..and the front desk girls and nurses are super friendly and always helpful with any thing I ask ♥️

Fantastic experience: Es increíble la atención del personal, son muy amables atienden con mucho respeto y amabilidad y hablan ambos idiomas. En cuanto a las enfermeras son muy profesionales y muy servicial. Los Doctores están muy bien capaccitados y son muy profesionales. Yo no cambio al Stay Well Center por nada del mundo. Aquí tienes todas las atenciones medicas que se necesita, si tienes algún problema de salud te lo recomiendo, llama ya para que te atienda ya.

Fantastic experience: I love Staywell at times clinic is busy but its not the employees fault you can tell their overworked. I'm rating my last experience at the clinic with Keith Taylor. He handles the paperwork for Prep. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. Rosette at the front desk is a sweetheart.

Positive experience: Personally I like the place & EVERY1 their are VERYYYYY good & friendly. I have a good doctor Dr.Lea I think that's how u spell it. Shes AWSOME!!! But my ONLY problem & issue I have is they NEVERRRRRR EVERRRRRRRR PIK UP THE DAM FONE ITS CRZY!!!! But if they answered my calls everytime I call they would get 5⭐
