Fantastic experience: I recently visited Centre Lake Imaging on November 16th for an appointment, and I must say that it was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish! Firstly, let me commend Grace at the front desk - she was warm, welcoming, and made sure that everything ran smoothly from a logistical standpoint. But the real star of the show was my sonographer, Adrienne (apologies if I misspelled your name!). She was absolutely amazing! As someone who has experienced multiple failed pregnancies in the past, I came into the appointment with understandably high levels of anxiety. However, Adrienne immediately put me at ease with her kind demeanor, empathetic listening, and gentle manner. Throughout the entire process, she took the time to explain each step, answer any questions I had, and provided reassurance whenever I needed it. It truly felt like she cared about me as a person, not just another patient. The level of personalized attention and care that Adrienne showed me was unparalleled, and I cannot thank her enough for making such a potentially stressful experience so comfortable and bearable. In fact, I would go so far as to say that she's an "all-star" in her field! Kudos to Centre Lake Imaging for hiring such exceptional staff members like Adrienne. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to their patients are second to none. Fantastic experience: When it come down to customer service I had one of the best experiences although my paper work was not correct from my doctor's for the specific part of my body both Lupe and Grace took their time and called the clinic and tried to fix my problem. Fantastic experience: This place is the best! I always drive a few extra miles just for the amazing customer service you get here at West Covina Centrelake. Dealing with health issues can be scary but you feel taken care of here. Especially with Grace, she is so sweet and attentive. I definitely recommend coming to this location

I came in an hour really then my schedule, and they got me in early and they were super nice and kind during whole process. I’m so grateful for her help . Carissa , the radiologist was very professional and polite she made an uncomfortable exam seem easy .

A huge thank you for showing courtesy and respect to patients. These employees go above and beyond their duties when it comes to customer service, even when dealing with extremely rude patients. Always maintaining their calmness and showing their hard work, dedication, and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the bette places to get x rays and procedures done. The front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. Went in and Grace went above and beyond expectations to be sure they called me back for my procedure as soon as possible. She even went to lengths to help me with another issue. The technician who did my procedure was very kind and respectful.

Fantastic experience: Whenever we need to do an exam, we always come here. Here is convenient and short wait. I had a really early appointment today. I thought I would have to wait for a longer time to get checked in. But Lupe started early to help us. She did everything so quickly and check everyone in. I am grateful for her help and her time.

Fantastic experience: Visit to get my mammogram was wonderful. I didn't have to wait but more than 30 minutes. the test was done very easily and I thank you. The reception Lupe was very nice and professional and the tester was very accommodating and nice and made the test not-so-bad after all!

Fantastic experience: I came in for a X-Ray after work not knowing that they stop taking their last walk-in appointment at a certain time and I have missed that time. I told Grace and Ana A that I have surgery in 1 day and desperately needed to have this done so I can be cleared. They were so polite and didn’t hesitate to figure it out for me. They were able to accommodate me and get me added to the list and I truly appreciate their kind act of service and urgency to take care of me. Amazing customer service!

Grace at the front desk and Inga, the ultrasound tech, were kind and made me feel comfortable during the duration of my appointment. The facility is clean and the staff is welcoming, patient, and answered all the questions I had. If you are seeking services here, I definitely recommend this place. It’s always best to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome during the week. Weekends are by appointment only.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a positive experience at West Covina Centrelake. The associates are very kind, helpful, and extremely understanding. I've had some issues upon arriving but not the fault of Centrelake. But I am so happy Centrelake took the time to help me with these issues. I recommend West Covina Centrelake. Fantastic experience: I've been to this location on several occasions to bring my Dad for his diagnostics images and my experience here has always been a great one. All of the staff is very professional and friendly. Place is very clean and well kept. Front staff is extremely nice and helpful. I always get a friendly reminder prior to appts which is great! Lupe on several occasions has helped me and has definitely made a big difference in my experience being a pleasant one even when we've experienced paperwork difficulties.
