Positive experience: There are good cares and sometimes front desk has been not friendly. I have been there health cares long times. There need to make plan better communication doctors or nurses….

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Dr. Carleen, the clinical pharmasist, since mid-March to bring my sugar levels down to a reasonable value. After being on meds since April, my values have gone down significantly and have now been released from her program. She was always positive and supportive every time we spoke. I thank her for the assistance and attention to my values and getting me on the right track.

Her medical assistant Irma Esparza and receptionist Karina Godinez we’re both nice. Irma was so gentle in giving me my shot Keep up the good work !!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lakeside Urgent Care in West Covina and also the Doctor clinics. I have been struggling finding the right doctor for a few years. I am very satisfied with the doctor that I chose as he is very nice and helpful and caring. I have received all the referrals that I needed and have been able to take care of past due health concerns. I wish I would have known about this Clinic before.

Fantastic experience: HelIo, I have been under the care of Dr. Carleen for approximately 8 months. And I want to tell you that she has been very good to me. She was aware of my numbers in health and laboratory matters since they were previuosly quite out of the ordinary for the last 5 years under another care, but today 10/2022, I had a phone appointment with her in relation to the last lab results, and 95% of all the numbers have been normalized. So I want to thank Dr. Carleen for her help, knowledge, guidance, patience and motivation that she gave me. Numbers have been gradually moving and changing in the las 3 to 4 months to the best. May God bless her for all the good she has brought me. I have been motivated and guided to make changes in my diet, exercise habits. And everything together gave gradualy the best results. With pleasure and sincerity I recommend and thank Dr. Carleen. She is a very Professional Doctor. I am really thankfull.

The same with Irma Esparaza nurse/MA for the best usual service and care. For front desk receptionist, Karina G who is so patient and efficient, she tops the the scale in service and compassionate care! She is very helpful and thorough. We give them all the highest rating!!! My family is with this same health care facility for more than 36 years!!! They are very good! I highly recommend Lakeside West Covina to any one. Fantastic experience: Lakeside Urgent Care in West Covina is an outstanding facility! My wife took my mother-in-law for an inner ear infection and upon arrival, they were welcomed by a very kind and compassionate nurse named Maricar. She assessed her condition immediately, performed all the lab work necessary and administered treatment with the help of another kind nurse named, Connie. The Nurse Practitioner is Maryn Lisa Santa Maria - so soft-spoken and very attentive to my mother-in-law's needs! This is not the first time my family came here for treatment and this Urgent Care never failed them! The staff here is very passionate about what they do and THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET UTMOST CARE AND COURTESY!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Wicherski for my newborn's follow up. The office was understanding of our situation and was able to fit us in for an appointment on a short notice. The front desk and nurses were all very nice. Dr. Wicherski takes time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Thanks Dr. Wicherski, Susan, Maria and Patsy! Great team!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chungafung is a great doctor. I don't know why people posted that she's cold. she is not. She is not going to beat around the bush she just tells it as it is. I like that about her. She tells you what you have and tells you what to do and what can be done. If you don't want to listen to her recommendations its on you. she's a caring person. she's just straight forward and gets to the point. I think she's a great doctor. I actually see her instead of my primary doctor.
