Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Boud for an acute care visit. He was genuinely concerned about the reason I came in. He listened to me, did a thorough exam, and then advised me on how he would treat it. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would certainly go back to him again.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to many clinics in the valley and have not been impressed. West Jordan Clinic has been such a game changer for our family. Its easy and convenient with the clinic, Urgent Care, physicial therapy, phsychiatry, and lab all in one convenient location. The staff have all been professional, kind, and caring every time we have gone in. I highly recommend Alex Nelson PA-C for your entire family. He is literally the nicest person ever and takes time to listen to what you're saying. I never feel rushed out, and I never feel like I am waiting forever to be seen. I am so happy I have finally found a Primary Care provider for my family.

Fantastic experience: Doctor cobabe is an excellent doctor.who takes time to listen.and has taken very good care of me.and has earned my trust.she has properly diegnoesed when I was in severe pain that I needed my gaul blatter removed ext.as well as other very important proper diagnoseses I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great appointment with Dr. Marshall. But I must say the 4 appointment desk clerks and the doctor that came out when a man was making such a commotion regarding refusing to wear a mask. These employees of yours were the best. Calm, professional trying to defuse the situation that a jerk was being belligerent, causing a scene and seemed to want to escalate it. They need to be commended. 5 Stars to them all.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr.Zimmerman for over 13 years. He’s been amazing and very thorough. If he doesn’t know how to help he recommends the very best specialists. Even though we’ve moved to Ogden we still travel down to see him. Him and the nurses make us feel welcome and like the know us. Ive taken my kids to the kids instacare there several times they have been amazing with them at all ages and under all different circumstances. We’ve also visited the regular Insta care there on several occasions and every doctor there has been great.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zimmerman always listens closely to your issues and does his best to resolve them in a professional way. Dr Zimmerman and his staff are very attentive and caring. We always feel that we are in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to IHC West Jordan Clinic for many years. They consistently satisfy my needs. They are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They have the staff and resources to handle a wide variety of healthcare needs. If I have tests or procedures done, they always call me with results and instructions. If I have a question, I can call or use MyHealth+ to ask and always get a response within a reasonable time frame. I have also taken advantage of their video visit when I was not able to go in. There's several options to that cover my healthcare needs.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant visit with Dr. Varniar. She spent time getting to know me and my medical history. Also nice to see a familiar face in her med tech Joanie.

Fantastic experience: Had barley sat down when I was called in for my appointment...less than 3 minutes after my arrival. That was a first!! The nurse and then my physician both saw me in an extremely timely manner. An all-around great doctor’s visit!

Fantastic experience: It was great. I went in early for my appointment and I got out early. Had a great doctor look at my problem and everything was great. The greeter at the door was very polite and overall it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Had trouble having the flu shot available at the pharmacy and the 2nd shot for the shingles. Been trying to get it since the first of October. Called the clinic and they had them available so I was able to walk right in and get my shots. Thanks, I was stressing on the flu shot. I'm elder and needed to get it specially with the high Covid out break.

Fantastic experience: Great curbside Flu Clinic. Had several people with all different insurance all in the car and got processed fast. The actual vaccinations were done fast and in a very professional manner.

Fantastic experience: Most of the time I don’t have to wait long but when I do it’s still okay because the doctors and nurses take good care of you. We visit a lot for well child checks and the nurses are super nice!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience! I really liked that I was able to complete my new patient paperwork on line, a couple days before my appointment. I noticed the clinic lobby and exam rooms were clean. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The nurse Joanie, and Dr. Vanier, both answered my questions and made me feel comfortable during my exam. Even the phlebotomist was friendly! I didn’t have to wait. I checked in, had my exam and was on my way to work within an hour. It’s nice to have a doctor and clinic that I won’t dread going to.

Fantastic experience: My family had been seeing Dr. Boud for 20 years and we love him. The other docs in the clinic have been awesome as well. When we've had to go in at the last minute they are accommodating and helpful.

My wait was less than 5 minutes. I appreciate all those who helped me complete my physical, this experience was excellent. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with the West Jordan Clinic. They are always helpful and do what they can to get you in to see a Dr quickly. Today my primary physician was out and they got me in to have a tele conference with another Dr. I wasn’t well at all and needed to be seen quickly. I am so glad I changed my primary care to the family practice at West Jordan Clinic 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Staff and physicians assistant were very friendly and were able to get me in and out pretty quickly. The facilities were clean and made me feel like I was getting good care. My only complaint is in organization- they had my maiden name in the system and I told them several times it had changed, and it seemed they had it figured out. However, when I called my pharmacy to get my prescription, they had it under my maiden name, which meant a bit of a delay in getting my medications. All in all though, this is a good clinic and I will return for my general medical needs.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed by the service. A lab technician came to me following my Dr. appointment. The medical assistant called me with results the next day and asked if I would like to speak to the Doctor about any questions or concerns. I've become accustomed to so much run around as a University of Utah patient. Refreshing to have such great service.

I appreciated the ability to do from the comfort of my home rather than going into the clinic. Dr. Marshll has been my primary physician for several years. I was really so very relieved that you had the fluzone for seniors after several pharmacies turned me down and said we have none and we don’t know when we’re getting more. Not only do these doctors feel like family, you will also notice that they care about you and the staff is wonderful. Most of them remember you by name and genuinely want to know how you are. This clinic has gone to the moon and back for me and I honestly cannot thank them enough. If you need a family doctor and are in need of a great facility you can head to this clinic! I also recommend seeing Dr. Marshall, he’s a great physician and really knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough to be a patient of Dr. Boud's for several years. He is very skilled and always goes above and beyond for his patients. I really appreciate how he carefully listens to any concerns I or my children have. When they were younger he discussed bullying, healthy diet, seatbelt usage and issues that might be an age appropriate concern for them. Now that my children are teenagers his is very good about educating them on things such as stress, managing time, depression, healthy diet, sleep, the importance of education, etc. I trust him completely and am very grateful that he is our family doctor. There is no one more hardworking or caring than Dr. Boud!
