Fantastic experience: Brody and Austin and all the other staff at Impackt really helped me get over a debilitating issue in my neck and trapezius muscle. They were extremely knowledgeable and listened carefully each session to how I was feeling and tailored my therapy each time to target the issue in the most efficient way. Each session included massage and laser therapy as well as one session of dry needling. After those treatments they would have me do specific exercises (crossover symmetry and iron neck) to recalibrate my muscles. Thankfully that’s all that was needed in my condition and I’m back to 100%. Thanks Impackt team!

However, ImPackt surpassed my expectations entirely. During every visit, I had the privilege of consulting directly with either Brodie or Austin. They took the time to thoroughly understand my specific concerns, performed treatment, and worked directly with me crafting a tailored treatment plan that directly addressed my needs. Remarkably, I experienced noticeable improvements within a few sessions, enabling me to resume my gym activities without any lingering shoulder discomfort. Fantastic experience: In June 2023, I incurred a shoulder injury while playing softball that prevented me from throwing a softball. I went from being a middle infielder to sitting on the bench, and it was heartbreaking. Trainers at my gym gave me tips, but nothing helped until they recommended ImPackt Physical Therapy. After several months of therapy, I'm feeling so much better. In my most recent games, I was back in the infield making plays with my dawgs. My favorite part of ImPackt is that they connected with me, they found exercises just for me, and they're great people to be around. Can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I really love this place! The entire staff is great and so helpful. I came in with Guillain-Barre Syndrome, it's where your immune system attacks your nervous system and causes nerve damage. I could barely walk or stand and I was in pain all the time. It took some home health to get me kinda walking again. Then I went to Impack Physical therapy after home health to try and progress. There they helped me feel like I was doing something positive for my condition and also learning things that I can do to help myself get better. Austin helped plan out a exercise routine that was fit for me and one I can build on. The massage and the Lazer treatments really helped ease my pain and helped me not feel so stiff, the exercise program helps me feel better about not being able to go to the gym right now. Progress is slow with this condition but I'm confident Austin and the team at Impackt physical therapy will help me reach my goals of walking normal again. Can't say enough good stuff about this place. You should definitely check this place out! You'll be happy you did.

Fantastic experience: A couple months ago, my son sprained his ankle on a Tuesday and had a mountain bike race on the upcoming Saturday. We immediately took him into Impackt for treatment. They worked on his ankle, did a laser treatment and we made a game plan to get him ready to race on Saturday. Brody and his team were so wonderful to fit my son in each day and were very knowledgeable as they approached the treatment for my son. They knew exactly what to work on to strengthen his ankle and decrease the inflammation, along with laser treatments at least once a day. By the time Saturday rolled around my son was able to wear an ankle brace and race in his high school mountain biking race. We were so excited he ended up finishing 10th in Varsity!! We are so grateful for the care and support Impackt provided and know they played a huge roll in getting him on his bike ready to race by Saturday and also to help him finish out his race season!! We highly recommend Impackt to all our family and friends for all types of injuries and physical therapy treatments and can’t say enjoy good about their incredible and skilled team!

Fantastic experience: Impackt Therapy is the best! I am a very active person and I recently injured my lower back and hip, I lost most mobility but after a few treatments I was back to my normal routine. Brodie and his staff have not only educated me but each time I go I have healed faster and seen results. I tell everyone. I was first introduced to them because my girls are gymnasts and from time to time will have nicks and bruises that need some TLC. I’ve been super impressed at the attention to detail and the results to get them back to full strength.

Fantastic experience: I have never done any PT before but I have had a couple of back injuries from lifting. I was doing squats and had something go out. I could barely walk when I went in for my first appointment and by the time I left I was already moving much better. They have helped with the pain but have also gotten me stretching and preventing future injury. Everyone there is helpful and it is a great experience all around. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is my first ever google review so we should celebrate that, and that should say a lot about how positive my experience has been with Impackt and the whole crew there. Brodie and Austin are outstanding and have literally, in my opinion, saved my life… or at least kept me in it. I consider myself a fairly active person, I enjoy working out, being outside and just love all things that require movement. I had a cervical artificial disc replacement, a disc replaced in my neck in the c6-c7. I struggled with nerve pain, arm and hand weakness as well as mobility restraints. Being active I was very nervous and wary. Post op I had a great deal of discomfort, was stiff and my muscles were tore up. I felt doomed. My surgeon referred me to a physical therapist (not impackt) and I walked in, they put me on an old exercise bike and It felt like there was no plan. I knew this place was not for me, it was clear they did NOT care about my specific situation; their approach was not individualized and the other folks in there unfortunately were not active individuals. I knew I had to change. I found Impackt, a friend referred me to Brodie and my life was changed, seriously. From my first conversation with Brodie on the phone I knew I was in the right spot. Physical therapy can be intimidating but not here, the whole staff are genuinely so welcoming. Every interaction has been specific to me, not some broad approach to physical therapy. Including some of the most advanced modalities, they have done muscle manipulation, laser treatments and needling as well as strength training to ensure my neck is supported to assist in recovery and avoid future injury. After just two sessions with Brodie and Austin I felt normal again. A short time later I am back in the gym and just returned from a 20 mile backpacking hunt through the high Uintas. I know this would have not been possible without the help of the Impackt crew. Neck and spine injuries are scary and some times life changing but with the help of experts like Brodie and Austin I am back to being me. I recommend Brodie, Austin and the whole Impackt crew without reservation.

Fantastic experience: Best physical therapy ever! Highly recommend! I am post op recovering from a 2 joint foot fusion and arthritis clean up in my right foot. Austin and Brodie are amazing physical therapists along with the rest of their staff. Very personable and professional! I have been to numerous other physical therapists and never received such quality one on one time with the therapist as I have at Impackt Physical Therapy. I really look forward to going to therapy as I always leave walking better than when I first get there. They have helped my recovery so much! Highly recommend! This place is great!!!

Fantastic experience: Best physical therapists I have ever been too! They have cutting edge knowledge and technology, and keep up to date on the latests innovations.They actually care about me as a patient, listen intently and have an incredible bedside manner (all the therapists do).They really know what they are doing and have been able to answer any of my questions that I throw at them. They have been focused on my complete healing of my body not just the injury site and so they have been doing everything to help me heal. I had knee and shoulder surgery and was first sent to TOSH physical therapy who was supposed to be the best and it was not conducive to healing. They were an assembly line subpar facility who only did some stretches with me 1 time a week . My pain was increasing the more mobile I got and I was in more pain. Sooooo I decided to try a NEW physical therapist and that is when I found IMPACKT Physical Therapy and I am so grateful I did!!! In the first session they actual analyzed my knee, the meniscus tare, and realized how much inflammation and problems I was having and so they immediately did all of the following in the first visit: - Knee muscle massage working out inflammation and scar tissue. - Muscle scraping - Deep tissue red light laser treatment for quicker healing and cell rejuvenation - Rock tape on knee for added supoort - Whole body exercises and mobilization - Leg compression sleeve My pain decreased almost immediately and my pain has been significantly less even after just one treatment, and it felt amazing to work through the scar tissue, muscle soreness, and fluid. Wow, sooo impressed with Impackt Therapy. And to turn around my healing they wanted to see me 3 times a week. WOW what a difference! So grateful I found real physical therapists at Impackt therapy and for all they have been doing to help restore my mobility, eliminate my pain and restore me to full health! Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: I originally found ImPackt PT because of their glowing Google Reviews so I thought it best I write my own as well to help people find this wonderful place. Choosing ImPackt Physical Therapy was really the best decision I ever made. I have now had 2 knee surgeries and am still in recovery from the second. Throughout this time I’ve been to other physical therapists in the area and out of state but they just do not compare to ImPackt whatsoever. I had to move away for the first part of my recovery but was so eager to get back to my treatment with Austin. Not only is the quality of treatment, services and equipment they offer is miles better but the hospitality that Austin and Brody have is top tier as well. They really listen and care to fully personalize your treatment not just follow the basic protocol given by surgeons. Beyond that, they truly care about your mental health as they know how detrimental injuries can be to not only your body but mind as well. They both have given me invaluable insight to my recovery and I’m fully on track to have healthy knees soon again. Around half your time during a session is spent 1-on-1 with Austin or Brody doing hands on manual manipulation and I have not found this with any other therapist. Usually I am eager to leave other PT offices and feel like I’ve wasted time and money doing things I could’ve just don’t at home but this is NOT the case at ImPackt. I eagerly await my appointments and feel so great every time I leave. I will always go to ImPackt for all my PT needs and am so grateful I found such amazing care so close to home.

Fantastic experience: ImPackt Physical Therapy have been the best PT office I have been to! I’ve been going there for the past few months and have been seeing major improvements. I’m a professional pickleball player always looking for ways to improve my game. Before I started coming to physical therapy I was suffering with shoulder pain that had been around for years. After a few weeks of therapy with Brody, Austin, and their awesome team of assistants, my shoulder pain was virtually gone. Same goes for my knee pain! I have seen major improvements in my game, and overall muscle health. I highly recommended them!!

Fantastic experience: I had a knee replacement on March 30th. My surgeon told me about Impackt Physical Therapy. I started physical therapy the following week. Brodie has been working on my knee to loosen it and getting me mobil. His crew, Austin and all of them are fantastic. if you want to heal proper then you need to join ImPackt Physical Therapy. Fantastic experience: I am a dancer who was struggling with shin splints for 4 months before I started going to ImPackt and I came in not knowing what was wrong or why they would not go away and after my first visit Austin he knew what was wrong why it was happening and how to fix it! Through 3 months going once and twice a week I was able to completely get rid of my shin splints and going from not being able to run or dance hardly at all I am dancing better than before and I feel great! All of the staff is so so friendly and kind and made an effort to know my name and talk with me and every single visit! I felt very welcomed and comfortable here and I would definitely recommend it for ANYONE in need of physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: Knee replacement surgery was slow and achy. Impackt provided several meaningful aids to loosen up that swollen knee to gain more mobility and even make it stronger. There seems to be an expertise that helped fashion additional relief away from their equipment. Loved the improvements.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at ImPackt. My son was treated for a football injury, and their attention to helping him recover was on point. He felt like the modalities including deep tissue laser helped a lot. We found it easy to schedule follow-up appointments that worked for his school schedule. He was back to playing 100% in just a few weeks.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about ImPackt PT. Dr. Brodie, Dr. Austin, and the team of techs and assistants at ImPackt legendary--they really make you feel welcome when you arrive! I found Dr. Brodie several weeks ago after suffering an odd knee injury... I'm an elite level XTERRA trail running competitor, and I was 6 weeks out from World Championships when the injury occurred. I knew I needed to work with a DPT while I continued to prepare to race. I stopped running until race day and worked closely with Dr. Brodie and Dr. Austin twice/weekly for 6 weeks. With manual therapy, a few exercises, warm laser therapy, and taping, the pain and inflammation subsided and the healing process took-off. Dr. Brodie also showed me a kinesio-taping strategy to help reduce pain while I continued to workout and condition in the gym. The Docs here think about movement from all angles--Brodie and Austin both have been great to consult with regarding weight lifting and movements in the gym as I trained around my injury. And both docs are knowledgeable with what's new and innovate in the PT and bodywork spaces. I'm grateful for Dr. Brodie making space in his busy schedule to work with me. It is because of his care and his desire to help his patients return to sport; I ended up competing and finishing well at World Champions. I competed with minimal pain throughout the duration of the half marathon. And that result speaks for itself--which is why I will continue to work together with the team at Impackt. UTAH ATHLETES of any caliber, if you're looking for an exceptional PT clinic--this is the best one that I've found in the SLC valley or surrounding areas (and I've been to a few). I also live in Ogden and make the drive because I know the level of care I'm receiving is worth it.

After implementing the exercises, I can really tell a difference. I am now able to do the things like I was before I injured my back. Fantastic experience: Incredible team at ImPackt PT!! I am a ballet dancer with a chronic groin/hamstring injury that has been bothering me for nearly a decade. I just didn’t think PT could make much difference, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. My muscles felt better on the day after my first appointment than they had felt in years. I had truly given up on being able to dance to my fullest, but by the end of 2 weeks with ImPackt, I felt like I had been given a whole new body. They’re not going to hold back, they will go as hard as you are able to handle haha. But that’s how they achieve what I would have thought impossible, and in mere weeks! I danced this last weekend in a concert and was totally unhindered. I will always be grateful to Brodie and his awesome, talented, friendly team!!

Fantastic experience: This was the best PT experience!! I played college soccer and have been training at Total Athlete Training for years now. I had a minor lower back injury, which made me step away from the weights for a while and I was referred to Impackt Therapy. I was immediately impressed, they took care of my needs right away! In a short amount of time, I was back to deadlifting, squatting, jumping, and running with little-to-no pain! The therapists/techs there care a lot about your recovery and about their relationship to the patients. I will definitely refer fellow injured athletes to this facility!

Fantastic experience: I have rehabbed 3 injuries at ImPackt. A partially torn rotator cuff, a strained back, and most recently my ankle. I was training for a marathon and experienced a lot of pain during one of my training runs about 3 weeks prior. Brodie, Austin, and the rest of the team were fantastic. I not only finished my marathon but experienced no ankle pain during the race. If you’re looking for a team that not only helps you heal but cares about you this is the perfect spot. Fantastic experience: Impackt is amazing! I went in with a herniated disc, arthritis, and major neck pain. They gave me the exercises to work through it, were incredibly knowledgeable, but most importantly, the entire team was caring and felt like family. Fantastic experience: This was 6th opinion to fix a fallen arch and on going foot problem- posterior tibial tendonitis. The exercise Brodie gave me not only fixed the strain, it was mutually agreed upon that this the pt exercise I needed all along. 20 years of experience truly showed in the prescription of the exercise given. Fantastic experience: I did PT at ImPackt for about 8 months after tearing my ACL & MCL playing volleyball. They helped me every step of the way from pre-hab before surgery through all the stages of recovery and therapy afterwards. I play a lot of sports and what drew me to ImPackt was that I felt they were experienced and focused on recovery to not only to get back to day-to-day life, but to get back to high-level sports and fitness which was my goal, and they did exactly that! They were always attentive to my needs and goals and were invaluable in helping me get my knee back to full strength. Brodie, Austin, and all the aids were also very friendly and personable - I would actually look forward to PT, (even when I knew it would hurt sometimes), because it didn't feel like going to a therapist, it felt like hanging out and chatting with friends. I am so grateful I found ImPackt and would recommend them to anyone needing PT of any kind, but especially athletes needing rehab to get back into competitive shape!

Fantastic experience: Update: second year coming to ImPackt to prepare for football season. Austin was able to loosen up my son’s calves and give him some new stretches specific to his position. We love ImPackt and all they have done to make the football season better!! Brought my son in to help relieve pain from the football season. A couple of months of work on his feet and calves has made a HUGE difference in the way he walks and runs. He is enjoying football more this year because he isn’t dealing with pain. So grateful for Brody!!

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to Brodie, Austin and the whole team at ImPackt! Found them after my shoulder surgery looking for PT. Right away it showed that not only do they want you to get better, but they genuinely care about you. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable on anything and everything they saw during my time there. 4 months post op and I've regained majority of mobility, and have a strong enough shoulder to go back to carpentry work. Can't recommend this facility and staff enough!! Truly a great place with friendly and dedicated professionals.

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder surgery and went to Impact Physical Therapy. Had never been there and didn't know what to expect. I can honestly say it was amazing. Austin was my therapist and his massages on my arm made a big difference. They sent me home with home Therapy too and I still do them. Fantastic experience: This place is AMAZING!! I came in for an ankle injury and they had me back to my normal activities quickly, which is so important to me!! When finishing my treatment, I had a small back issue, they got me in quickly and had me feeling better with that too! The staff is knowledge, kind, and understanding! They are flexible with scheduling and are always happy and fun to talk to! I would recommend 1000% to anyone!!!!

Fantastic experience: Little did we know when we started psychical therapy to deal with my Parkinson’s and my wife dealing with a knee replacement that we would look forward to coming for therapy however we found Impackt physical therapy and could not be more pleased with their performance. My wife is 85 and I am 83 so we are hard but fair graders they cover all disciplines they are professional and personal and clearly have the expertise to provide a wide range of therapy. Austin and Brodie are the best along with their staff!

Fantastic experience: I took a fall and complete severed my Plantaris tendon in my calf. Also had partial tears in the Soleus and Gastrocnemius muscles. My orthopedist said it was the worst calf muscle tear he had seen. He referred me to ImPackt and results have been much faster than expected. At my one-month followup at the orthopedist, he was extremely surprised to see me walk in without a limp. My goal throughout has been to keep my reservation to hike across the Grand Canyon in October. ImPackt has kept me ahead of schedule. I've already started hiking again and expect to be fully ready for the big October trip.

Fantastic experience: I saw Brodie and team for extensor tendinitis. When I had the same injury five years ago, it took about two months to heal without PT. This time, I sought PT and the Impackt team got me back to 100% within two weeks! I am super impressed by their knowledge, skill, and care. They used a combination of targeted massage, scraping, stretches, and red light laser to get me back to running long distances without pain. Austin is an artist with the the scraping tools, all of the office personnel are friendly and helpful, and Holly made sure I understood exactly how my insurance coverage would work. Fantastic experience: I started going to ImPackt a few weeks ahead of my first half marathon to help treat tendonitis that started in my foot/leg. With their help along with my regular training, I was able to run the full half and feel minimal pain during and afterwards, all without the help of any orthotics. I've continued going to them to help treat other knee issues and general mobility/strengthening because I really like their approach and the environment is very welcoming and professional. The hours are also very accommodating for most any schedule. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and feel that they want to give you all the tools you need to succeed in whatever your goals are!

Fantastic experience: My daughter Sienna plays soccer and she has been coming to Impackt for the past few years. She once had a sprained ankle right before some important high school games and they had her ready to play again in 5 days with the laser treatments. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Fantastic experience: I went to ImPackt with two specific, chronic issues that I have seen other PTs for, to no avail. These were nagging issues developed during my career as a law enforcement officer. I went to their office and specifically explained what I was hoping to accomplish. They listened to my needs, developed a thorough, personalized plan and began working with me. I am 5 weeks in and I could not be more pleased. I haven’t felt this good or pain free in over 18 months, I am back enjoying the activities I suffered through. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcomed; the PTs listen to you needs, work specifically with you and take time to develop a plan that addresses your specific concern. Additionally, they take the time to create a “maintenance” plan, something you can do yourself once they get you straight, so that you can maintain the wellness they assisted you in reaching. It is a comfortable environment, doesn’t feel like a hospital or a PT assembly line like so many other facilities. If your looking for someone to get you back to your best, this is the place.

Fantastic experience: ImPackt Physical Therapy was fantastic and I really appreciated their in depth knowledge and detail instructions on how to help me with my lower back pain and hamstring. Appreciated them taking the time to explain the ‘why’ it was happening as much as the ‘how’ to fix it. I ran track and cross country at BYU many years ago and continue to run and am very active today, so getting lower back pain and hamstring problems now was a first for me. But going to ImPackt and being treated by the very qualified physical therapists and following their instructions got me back to where I wanted to be and feeling much better in a short amount of time. I would and have recommended them to those needing PT. Great staff, friendly and competent.

Fantastic experience: I had knee replacement surgery. I was given the wrong orders when released from the hospital. It put me behind on my recovery. Brodie and Austin, along with the team had me caught up in no time. I loved the one on one treatment I recieved. They cared about me and my progress. I need my other knee replaced soon. Fantastic experience: ImPackt Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy place i have ever been to. The people are so friendly and able to work with you on whatever you need. Whenever I come in they are so welcoming and sweet to me. They are very comfortable to be around and make me laugh and make my day better. I love talking to everyone in there because of how kind they are and how amazing they are to help me with my injury. So grateful for all of the workers that have helped me with my injury. Fantastic experience: Brodie and his team are the best! I had been dealing with hip pain for a few weeks, which enabled me from doing the things I enjoy. I'm a runner and a mom so I need to be able to keep up with my busy and energetic toddler. Even walking and standing was too painful so I decided to try ImPackt. Brodie was able to tell me what the issue was and came up with a plan that helped me get better. He and his team even gave me tips for preventing future injuries and staying healthy. I'm so grateful for everything they've done and will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: From day one I felt comfortable and confident that I was getting excellent therapy to rehabilitate my arm injury. I looked forward to my appointments, because I knew I was allowing myself time for self-care. As a busy, working mom, you can lose yourself, and your health goes on the back burner. The schedule was flexible and easy to work with. And I cannot say enough good about the therapy team. They listened, they taught me so much about holistic treatment and we had really good conversations about life in general. They make you feel like an important member of their business. I now bring my daughter to them for treatment with her being in a very physically demanding sport.

Fantastic experience: Brodie and Taylor were so great to work with. I have had low back pain off and on for a few years now, but it got extreme a few months ago. They were able to get me in quickly, and started helping me feel better after only a few sessions. I got great exercises to do at home to strengthen my core and protect my back. I feel like I can call any time if I have questions or need to come in again. I would definitely recommend Impackt Physical Therapy to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I found Brodie when I needed Rehab from a complete ankle replacement. I officiated football for 32 years with 17 of those years at the College Div I level. I needed to be able to get back to the field as quickly as possible and still have full confidence in the strength and mobility of the ankle. Brodie showed great personal care and professionalism in working with me and created a plan just for my situation and needs. He also introduced me to incorporating the laser therapy with the other program. Because of all of his help I was able to accelerate my recovery so much that the surgeon was amazed at my progress and how quickly I was able to get range of motion, and build stamina faster than he had ever seen. He's a miracle worker and has become a great friend as well.. I can't say enough good things about ImpackT!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST AND ONLY CHOICE!!!!
