Fantastic experience: I am a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Utah, and a consumer of skilled nursing and post acute care for my father. It was an easy decision of what facility to utilize for respite care for my father, who is currently receiving hospice services. Their admissions team went above and beyond the expected “call of duty” to ensure same day Amissions for my father, who took a significant turn for the worst over the weekend. And during his five day, stay at the facility, the administrator visited him on a daily basis, inquiring of his health and well-being. And engaging him in conversations about some of his favorite topics. And the care staff at the facility showed kindness and compassion and provided exceptional comfort care for my father. The nursing staff and the nursing management team kept our family informed of his condition. And kept our minds at ease during an incredibly stressful time. My family and I are eternally grateful for all of the staff at Stonehenge of South Jordan. And we would highly recommend it for anyone at any time for themselves, or for their loved ones.

Fantastic experience: It is scary, having to be admitted to a care facility for the first time, at least it was for me. I had a leg broken in two places, a fractured rib, and my elbow was broken—all on my right side. I was nervous, a little depressed, and exhausted when admitted to Stonehenge of South Jordan. Stonehenge exceeded any expectation I had and quickly became my home for several weeks. The food is great, the kitchen staff is amazing and care about what they are serving and Salli at the front desk is wonderful and a fount of knowledge. Every person who works at Stonehenge acts like they love their job! They are communicative and keep the patients informed on all that is going on with them. I have visited many people at care facilities, and can honestly say I’ve never been to a place like this where the staff truly act like they all like each other and treat the patients with patience and kindness. I’m so grateful I was allowed to stay here. This facility receives a high five star rating from me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jaycee was so kind and professional helping me figure out insurance and finding me a room at the facility. Ashley in the office is over the top sweet, efficient, and accommodating to every patient, I immediately adopted her as one of my children. The CNA’s went beyond their normal duties to help me feel cared for, and comfortable (thank you to Ashley, Kai, Brianna, Ethan, Aiden, and all of the others I’m forgetting all the names!). Thank you to the nurses who cared for me day and night (Mike, Eric, Lauren, Julie and all of the other amazing nurses!). Thank you to Sarah, my Physical Therapist who taught me the joy of working out again, for not giving up on me, for helping me eventually make it up and down that daunting Main staircase several times without a break, and for giving me the steps to get on and off the MRI machine for my upcoming appointment. You are a rock star, Sarah I will be forever grateful to you! Thank you to the amazing occupational therapists for giving me the tools to exist and live in the real world again. (Illi-Eeley-Iley for teaching me how to get dressed and put on my socks and shoes!, Meagan for working my left arm and helping me realize I might be left handed after all, Aggie for helping me learn to shower and all of the toilette needs!!, Shalise for teaching me about lymphedema. And to Kim, for all of the above as well!) To the Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, office staff, kitchen staff, and the maintenance staff—THANK YOU! I hope I never have to return to the facility again, but if I do have the need, Stonehenge is a no brainer. I would most definitely stay with you guys again. You’re BRILLIANT!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the care I received while I was at Stonehenge of South Jordan. The nurses, therapists, CNA’s as well as the administrative staff were all top notch. The therapy sessions helped me immensely in improving my motor coordination and gaining strength back, both upper and lower body. When it came time to be discharged, the staff assisted me with transitioning my care and medications to home care. I highly recommend Stonehenge of South Jordan for your therapy needs.

They have an amazing administrative staff starting with Eric as the administrator,Lauren as the director of nursing and Jaycee in marketing. They are always willing and so helpful. Fantastic experience: Top-notch facility: We would like to thank the Administration & Social Workers; Nurses, CNAs & Nurses Aides; Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapists; Transportation Staff; Kitchen Staff; Entertainment Team; Housekeeping & Maintenance Crew and Volunteers for all their knowledge, care, dedication and hard work towards making this a successful and healing experience. 24/7 nursing care. Fantastic experience: My mother needed rehab for a broken leg. She isn’t always the easiest person to work with and the staff was very accomodating. They were pleasant and helped her the entire time with many questions and concerns. Facility is very nice, clean and looks more like home than a hospital or hospice.

Fantastic experience: We left our mother there for six days, and when we came back, she looked radiant. She was able to sit and talk with the ladies of her own age relaxed. She would dress up and go out to meet the ladies and had breakfast lunch and dinner with them. Anytime she wanted to go for a walk they she could go for a walk. She really did not want to come home.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff treated me like gold. Their 5 star rating was the reason we chose them and we were give several options at the hospital. Nate went above the call of duty for me and I deeply appreciate it so did Chai(spelling?), Eric,Kari,Mike,Ethan,Sara,Illey,(spelling?)Nikky(spelling)Ashley(spelling,love ya Ashley)and all the CNA’s whose names I can’t remember. Fantastic experience: The staff here is incredible and immediately became family. They made this whole experience more comfortable. They provided support, education and genuine care. The facility is very clean and the staff seems happy. If I could I’d move in here.

Fantastic experience: My aunt was with this group for 5 weeks due to a need for antibiotic infusion. They quickly became family to her and to me. She was treated with dignity, respect, and patience for the duration of her stay. She is not always the easiest patient, but they were attentive to her needs and helped her recover after her hospital stay. She was very thankful for such an amazing place to support her on her journey to her goal. Our family is indebted to the staff at Stonehenge that supported us through such a long stay. Stonehenge was not the closest to our house by any means, but there is no doubt that it is the best in the area.

Fantastic experience: This is the 3rd stay I have had here. I am not happy when I have surgeries, but my time at Stonehenge has been helpful, restorative and the right start to send me home. They boost my confidence and my ability to function on my own. There are so many people that I would love to thank, but not sure if I can do them justice. Definitely, I want to thank all of the staff, specially all of the nurses who work so hard and are attentive to my needs. Mike and Carrie are amazing! I was hurting so badly after this surgery and may have been a bit overbearing. They all helped me manage my situation and did their best to keep me comfortable. The night Med nurses are awesome too, and always responded to me in a timely manner. Kayla is perhaps one of the kindest nurses ever...I am grateful! Ashley is wonderful! She's been there to help every stay, and never fails to bring a smile and reassures you that all is well!! Another wonderful staff CNA was Kai ! He is so terrific and did everything to help me with my needs, from remaking my bed many times to bringing me my meals, water and helped me keep up my morale.Thanks Kai!! Thank you PT & OT folks ❤️. I know that I am in great, caring hands when working with Kim and others! Also, I would be remiss if I didn’t thank the Nutritional and Kitchen staff. I could keep coming over for food everyday! Thank goodness for all of you and I am so very glad to know that you’re there. I recommend your beautiful facility to anyone and anywhere ❤️

Fantastic experience: I found Stonehenge after my mom was in an auto accident and needed assistance with a pelvic injury. I was so nervous with her leaving IMC, but they made the transition easy and her improvement was immediate. All staff (Dr, nursing, therapy & dietary) were wonderful, encouraging and kind.

Fantastic experience: This was just what I needed to transition from the ICU to being ready to go home. The staff were all incredibly nice and willing to help. The food was delicious, and they were very willing to adapt the menu to my dietary needs, and the other residents were super friendly. I'm so grateful this is where I was able to rest, learn, and prepare for my next phase of recovery.

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Stonehenge at South Jordan. Trying to decide on a rehab facility was so hard until we remembered the great care our parents received at Stonehenge. This is a wonderful facility and all who work here were so accommodating to our needs. Every staff member we worked with was kind, friendly and caring. If we started naming all the wonderful people who helped us we would forget someone so please know each one of you are greatly appreciated for the care you gave. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude.

Positive experience: The nursing staff, aides, dietary, housekeeping, therapists, admin were awesome. Wish we could take some with us as we now go home on hospice. Seldom had to wait more than just a few minutes for excellant, compassionate care. Transportation to and from Huntsman Cancer was great and always on time. Would have given Stonehenge 5 stars if equipment would have been as good as the people. Call button cords (3 of them) worked only sometimes. But, we did finally get one that worked. Wheelchair seemed to have been cobbled together from multiple chairs. The facility administrator was prompt to personally fix it once we called it to his attention. If we are ever in need of short-term rehab in the future, we will definitely come to our friends at Stonehenge.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Stonehenge was wonderful, they are very dedicated and caring. In every department of this rehab was exceptional! Administration, receptionist and front desk, the nursing staff, CNA”s, rehab PT, the Cook and kitchen, (the food was so good) to House keeping, and the van transport to Doctor appointments. Seriously, I loved everyone I talked and that my mom worked with while she was there for rehab. They made a difficult situation better in every way, they were always positive, supportive, patient, caring, and happy! Thank you to everyone at Stonehenge❤️

Fantastic experience: I am the caregiver of a recent resident. We were at the South Jordan facility. I cannot say enough good about this place. The nursing staff were caring and attentive. They went above and beyond to help him out. The CNAs, OMG they are so sweet and loving to the residents. Food always looked, smelled, and tasted good. Kitchen staff was so nice they made coffee constantly and even brought it to the room for us. The room was so nice, quiet, clean, and private. Aggie with OT, Kim with PT were patient, kind, informative, and so gentle with the residents. I observed them with a LOT of the residents and they were the same with them all. They taught me how to do things better or easier and never hesitated to allow me to participate with his recovery. The support staff was so well informed about everything and would answer our questions as soon as they were asked and if they didn't know the answer they found it out and got right back to us. I would recommend this place whether for short or longer term.

Fantastic experience: It’s an excellent facility. I have been here multiple times and have loved every visit. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. If I need to go to a rehab facility again, I will always go to Stonehenge in South Jordan.

Fantastic experience: Somehow, I put this review on Yelp... I meant to put it here on Google, so here I am: I stayed here at Stonehenge from September 30, 2020 to October 9, 2020. I fought my doctor to go to rehab, because going home was not a reasonable option for me after a total knee replacement surgery. I picked Stonehenge-South Jordan and I am sooo glad I did!!! The nurses, the CNAs (I can't say enough good things about them, they were ALL outstanding), and the kitchen staff were wonderful (the only criticism I had was while my food was good it came lukewarm, when I mentioned it to them, they were willing to increase the temperature for me)!!! I was kept comfortable and treated very well...if I needed ice for my polar machine they got it to me quickly, and they kept my cup filled with ice water (sometimes even before I ever asked). My Physical Therapist, Nate, and Occupational Therapist, Aggie, kept me on track!!! I adored the morning nurse, Dave, he was right on top of giving me my meds for which I was so grateful!!! I am having my second total knee surgery on November 30, 2020 and I will be returning to rehab that knee. While my knee hurt, I tried to think of it as a mini vacation...the only things missing were a beach, margaritas, and a cabana boy!!!

Fantastic experience: First I would like to say thanks to all the staff here at Stonehenge south jordan for the amazing quality of service and acceptance for my wife and I. All the NURSES and CNAS were very good to us on my wife's recovery from the covid-sickness it was a rough transition into a new place for my wife. she had a lot of the icu delirium still and had severe anxiety from what the covid did to her. She had lost her ability to walk and function with simple day to day abilities. They have a great team of speech,physical,occupational therapy. she had to relearn how to eat food and walk and relearn simple things like brushing her teeth and putting a shirt on they were kind and aggressive at the same time she felt very comfortable with the team and looked forward to the next session. they all have a positive environment to work with patients and get them back to independent living. The food is great and they have a large variety to choose from. my wife is on a special diet and they accommodate for her needs at every meal. i am very thankful for all their hard work and compassion they have shown us in this very hard time. I definitely recommend Stonehenge south jordan for a loved one. they treat you like family

Fantastic experience: So... I have been staying here at Stonehenge of South Jordan since Aug 23rd. I will be leaving Tuesday October 5th and I just wanted to let you all know if anyone ever needs a skilled nursing facility for ANY reason this where you want to be. I have had the absolute best care.. they have far exceeded my experiences in both Alta View and IMC much kinder care at Stonehenge. And it isn't just the awesome CNA's nurses and therapists.. it carries over to administrators and maintenance,housekeeping and dietary staff. Everyone here is compassionate, kind, caring and skilled. I am SO GRATEFUL I choose this place! I knew nothing about any rehabs.. I picked it because I loved the name ‍♀️ Good Pick!! I wish I could stay here until I am walking but these damn insurance companies have another agenda for me . If my momma needed any type of short or long term care this is the only place I would want her to be. I have met some of the best peeps and I know I will have friendships for a LONG time... love you ALL. Thank you all for your help and care (special shoutout to my nocturnal "A TEAM") thanks for everything you have all done for me❤

Fantastic experience: This place has been fantastic with the care that I have received. I was so overwhelmed after hip replacement surgery that I left the hospital and came here. They not only gave me excellent physical therapy, but the staff is so nice and accommodating that it lifted my spirits and boosted my confidence!! That is what I needed to get on the path to heal. My only recommendation is to have a halmark channel on the tv to get "feel good" movies. They have several channels to choose from, but it would just be a nice to see some happiness while recuperating. I would recommend this awesome place to anyone that needs excellent therapy and a nice, efficient staff to get you through the rough time.

Fantastic experience: I stayed at Stonehenge for 3 weeks February into March. I was hurt at work and broke both my legs and pretty much helpless. I am 59 and I love the way they made me feel at home and like a family member!! From the nursing staff, cooks, house keeping and the Physical therapists. They saw to my needs with smiles and courtesy. The physical therapists were firm but empathetic and made me feel important. To everyone at Stonehenge, thank you for an enjoyable and memorable experience!!

Fantastic experience: I had bilateral knee replacement surgery. I went to Stonehenge in south jordan for 14 days after to get therapy. It was a great experience. Great staff, good food. Very clean facility and everyone was so caring and helpful. Considering what I had gone through, this place was remarkable.

Fantastic experience: My mother was taken to Stonehenge after her hospital stay. She has memory challenges and so it was difficult for her to be anywhere but home. The staff was wonderful and did everything possible to make her stay as comfortable as it can be while away from home. Those that helped her keep mobility were fantastic and all kept a sense of humor through her recovery. A big thanks to the staff and especially Emily!

Fantastic experience: Very comfortable surroundings, When you walk in the facility you immediately feel at home. Friendly and attentive staff, the nurses and cna's are definitely on top of it! Oh and the food is amazing! I would completely recommend it!
