Fantastic experience: Extremely clean, neat and welcoming associates at front desk and the back. Love the environment The two or three peeps having a problem donating there urine are thinking about it entirely too much. The Military trains you to pee on demand. They get it from you or scare it all out of you just trying to get it! I was in and out in minutes. I think it might have been the way the back nurse demanded me to take off my coat & hat

Fantastic experience: Preregistration allowed for a very quick check in process and speedy in and out visit. I felt like the intake nurse was thorough and very personable, as well as the physician. I would recommend CareNow Urgent Care. Better than an office visit with my own Doctor.

Fantastic experience: I was seen very quickly - both the doctor and the receptionist were incredibly kind. The doctor in particular took me seriously, listened attentively, and made me feel well taken care of. Honestly a great place to be seen if your primary care physician can’t get you in.

Fantastic experience: Went in after falling from a ladder at work. Got treated for an open cut on my shin on one leg and a swollen big toe on the other leg. Had to register online and on paper, but other than that the visit was great. Got me sewn up and the x-ray revealed a broken bone in my toe. The staff was really nice. They were all wishing me a hapy birthday. Not a bad b-day visit, lol. ;-)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Steve was awesome! I was experiencing symptoms for days that I needed answers to, and I was not able to get into my main physician. I told him all of my symptoms and he took all into consideration. What I thought was a simple stomach bug was actually a kidney infection! I was alarmed when he even suggested that a kidney infection was a possibility but I am glad he did not rule it out. 10/10 would recommend if you need urgent answers.

Fantastic experience: Check in online process was super convenient, they sent me a text message when they were ready to see me. Friendly staff, quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Will definitely be using them again in the future when I have need.

Fantastic experience: Lilia and Steve were amazing. This was our second stop as the first walk-in clinic we had gone to was closed even though their hours said they were open. So grateful for them willing to take us even though we got there near closing time!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has needed to be seen by doctors several times for strep throat in the past few months. It's unusual for urgent care staff to remember you but Dr. White and his team remember my daughter each time she comes in. They are attentive, kind, and my daughter feels as comfortable coming here as she does to her pediatricians office. I won't go anywhere else when I need urgent care.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Steve white was amazing. He was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.. The clinic visit took less than 30 minutes which I really appreciated cause when your sick you know you don’t want to be stuck somewhere forever.

Fantastic experience: It was great so far. I was helped immediately as I came in and the staff were really nice to me and assisted me when I was filling the forms and didn’t understand one question.

Fantastic experience: 4.5 stars They got me in and out, and stitched up within 30 minutes. They entire staff was great. However they did not have Winnie the Pooh, or My little pony bandaids. Thankfully they were able to find a care bear one. Not offering a lollipop after and the lack of fun bandaid options knocked off half a star.

Fantastic experience: About a 30-45 minute wait, faster than any other walk in clinic I’ve been to. Staff was nice, calm and professional.I was visiting from out of state and it was easy and insurance was accepted, which I was worried it wouldn’t go through. I’d go back again if needed.

Fantastic experience: I came in for a DOT physical. The lady at the desk was happy to help me with signing in. (I'm not too good with computers.) DR. was great!!! In and out in no time. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: Super PA Steve White was awesome. My wife had a rough fall and he was able to get an X-ray and answers to our questions quickly. All in all, the entire staff was very helpful and we got our issue resolved affordably without compromising quality of care. We definitely recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I've been to CareNow and both times I've seen Dr. Steven White. He is a great Dr to see. He listens to concerns and makes sure to help you with what you need and not what you don't. When I go into CareNow and know he is there I know I will get good medical attention. The office staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful also. If I need instacare it will definitely be with Dr. White and CareNow.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Steven White was the physician that helped me today. He listened to my situation, did several tests to eliminate what possibilities could be eliminated, and gave me a prescription and some helpful advice. I would definitely go there again.

Fantastic experience: Each person was kind, and I felt as if they answered all questions, and as I was there they told me things, versus other times I've had medical visits no one really says much, its all just paperwork, but I didn't feel like paperwork. The wait was also kind of quick for a walk in urgent care. Plus everyone seemed like they were working. No one was just sitting around talking to someone else. It was very quick and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: These guys were great. I was one of the first in the doors at 8am and I was leaving within an hour. They do their forms online so you complete everything and the nurses were all so professional. Doctor was quick and efficient and easy to talk to! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Steve white is amazing! With 4 active boys we’ve been to urgent care a few times… but never had an experience like we did with Dr. White. My son was there with a sliver up the toe nail, he was in a lot of pain and Dr. White made him feel comfortable right away, he talked to my son like he knew him. He had my son go from tears to laughter. Thank you Dr white! We were so happy with you and our overall experience.

Fantastic experience: Steve White and his staff were absolutely amazing! I have never been somewhere where I felt more cared for. Steve listened to all of my questions and answered them so my husband and I understood. He made sure I felt comfortable and protected as he had to check a more sensitive area on me. I will come back here every time.

Fantastic experience: So I had a bad fall on New Years Eve and had to come in for XRays and stuff. Dr. Steven White and the nurse Toni were both so great. Steven was so nice and helpful to to me. He is very knowledgeable. He had real concern for my well being and didn’t treat me like just another number. He had to physically assist me in the X-ray room because of my injuries. I feel like the Doctor went above and beyond with me and I would definitely recommend him. The nurse Toni was awesome and helpful. I think she normally works at a different location or something but she was great. They both took great care of me. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I've been to CareNow a few times when I haven't been able to get to my family doctor, and every time I'm always impressed with the service offered here. Dr. Steve White is a stud, and always takes the time to listen and help figure out a solution for whatever is going on. If I could come here for regular family medicine, I probably would switch over. Absolutely great service here.
