Fantastic experience: When I first visited Rock Creek Spine and spoke to Dr. Ryan, I was in an incredible amount of pain that had yet to be resolved, despite seeing multiple spine specialists, chiropractors and physical therapists. Dr. Ryan was my last hope and I'm so glad I found him and the awesome team at Rock Creek Spine. He assured me that he could help me and he did so, in exactly the time frame that he promised. My recovery has not been "easy" but it has been made easier by all of the staff here who treat every patient with respect and a friendly nature. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for chiropractic and physical therapy for a personal injury or chronic pain. Go here, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have ever needed chiropractic care for my back and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Groelz and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and seem to genuinely care about their patients' well being. Fantastic experience: I suffer from ADHD, hypoglycemia and a thyroid condition that leaves me feeling like I want to sleep all day, even with medication. I went to Dr. Ryan because I had some hip and leg pain. X-rays showed that I have scoliosis, a condition many can have without even realizing. Previous chiropractic care only offered mild relief because they only offered adjustments. At Rock Creek I was able to get traction and decompression to relieve pressure on my nerves and actually correct the curvature in my spine. Within days I felt improvement and within weeks my energy was returning and I didn't need to sleep as much. It has been a real gamechanger for me! Chiropractic care at Rock Creek has given me the ability to begin living my life more fully. I hadn't realized how much pain I was in until I started feeling better. Fantastic experience: I'd say that Dr. Ryan and his staff are the A-team of chiropractors - they are extremely professional, caring, and they do wonderful adjustments. I started seeing them due to injuries that I got from a fall, and couldn't turn my head to the left very far. I saw definitive progress very quickly with Rock Creek Chiropractic. Fantastic experience: I have had an excellent experience at Rock Creek Spine and Rehab in these last 6 months. I have been very impressed with all of the doctors and staff. Dr. Ryan Groelz is an extraordinarily knowledgeable and talented clinician. He is thorough and accurate. I have had many years of lumbar back pain from herniated discs and, more recently, in this last 2 years, from neck pain. I have benefited greatly from physical therapy and osteopathic manipulation and massage for my back throughout the years. However, despite being an MD myself and seeing doctors of physical therapy and doctors of osteopathy, neurologists, and getting MRIs and CT scans, none of us was able to determine the source or the solution for my continued neck pain. Dr. Groelz was able to tell me what the problem was after his initial physical exam and his assessment was confirmed with x-ray. His treatment plan has worked and I have been out of pain for 4 months now. His treatment plan for my back as worked as well and I have been pain free for the longest duration since my problems began 10 years ago. Not only have I been out of pain, everyone who works there is extremely kind and they treat all the patients with respect and compassion. The office manager, the staff, the doctors, massage therapist, and acupuncture provider, are all extremely kind, professional, and patient-centered.

Fantastic experience: Rock Creek Spine is the best chiropractor service I have had. Dr. Ryan Groelz and the entire team at Rock Creek are great, friendly people who clearly care about the patients. The team develops treatment plans that work to correct your neck/back problems. My neck pain, headaches, and middle back pain are all gone after a few months of treatment. Fantastic experience: Incredibly grateful to Dr. Ryan and his Staff!! My story starts 6 months ago when I was diagnosed w/ a herniated disc in my lower back w/ sciatica. The pain honestly was excruciating and nothing seemed to take the pain away. I couldn't hardly walk much less workout or enjoy my family. I first went to my Primary and than to an Ortho that prescribed oral steroids, pain meds, and mm relaxers. I tried these for several weeks and more including PT, home exercises, steroid injections, Pilates, Prayer, and on and on... My friend and neighbor who happens to be a retired Firefighter and Paramedic told my about Dr. Ryan and his office as he had similar problems a couple years ago and went to see him as a last resort. Long story short, I got right in with him and after reviewing my MRI he set me up on treatment plan that has truly changed my life. I am back to working out again, golfing twice a week, and I have no back or leg pain. I can't express enough how grateful I am to Dr. Ryan and his staff. They have truly made me feel "human" again and given me my life back. I hope this review helps others take action as we all know the drugs and surgeries don't work.

Positive experience: This shop is decent. People are friendly for the most part. In my case of herniated discs in neck, I didn't see any improvement. There are usually two chiros working... and they do the basics. It's more of an assembly line cuz there are usually others waiting in the same room so they want to be done with you in say 10 minutes or less. The traction devices didn't seem to help me. The shop is good at collecting money, but not good at auditing how that compares to what your insurance has paid and what type of credit you may have on your account. At the end consult, there wasn't really anything more that the owner chiro suggested should or could be pursued to help my condition. They use all the insurance codes very creatively to get the most $ they can out of the system.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Groelz, Dr. Rick and Dr. Austin were all so helpful in treating my back pain and disc injury. It was incredible to go from feeling hopeless and like I would maybe eventually need surgery to being completely restored to my original pain-free state. Thank you so much for being here and for treating me and other patients so well! It was really nice to be able to see what the problem was and to have explanations on how this kind of thing can get resolved with treatment. Forever grateful to you guys.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I have been suffering for almost a year, pinched nerve from middle back/shoulder extending up through my neck/face, and misaligned spine. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rock creek spine and rehab almost 2 years now. About a year ago I started doing a more intensive treatment to deal with a twisting and Bowing of my neck. The total time it took to complete the phase one was about 3-4 months, it is now maintained by visiting every few weeks. I was initially hesitant as I am a cash payer. However after nearly 6 years of seeing a neurologist for migraines, and only treating the symptoms with lots of medications, I needed to find another treatment. I have not had a migraine since I finished the suggested treatment schedule. I will say it was a bit painful and my neck was sore for about two months but it was well worth it. I am so glad to be off all of the pain medications I had been taking for so long.

Fantastic experience: I have spent years trying to find a office that would be able to help me with sever lower back pain that would make my back freeze when I would bend over and a condition with my neck that made it straight up an down with no curve at all which lead to horrible headaches and pain. I have seen more than 6 different chiropractic offices with all different kinds of treatments that seamed like they would help a little bit at first but never seem to resolve the issue. That is until I found Rock Creek. I will have to admit when I first went and I was a little skeptical mainly because nothing else I’ve ever worked now after my first round of treatment I am pain-free my back no longer freezes and I have a perfect curve in my neck and all of the stiffness and pain/headaches are gone! I’m able to exercise and run and move around like I did so many years ago! My quality of life my energy level and my overall happiness has greatly improved thanks to the care I received. They also made sure every step of the way that I was comfortable and things were explained to me. I cannot thank them enough for giving me my quality of life back!

Fantastic experience: I've experienced 2 auto accidents in 2020 that changed my life completely. As I type this, tears begin to well up but they disappear as soon as I think about the treatment I receive at Rock Creek Spine & Rehabilitation. I have extreme anxiety when it comes time to get behind the wheel. Rock Creek is by far the best chiropractic care I have experienced since those accidents. The first year we were in lock down due to Covid-19. So I lost out on the 1st critical year of treatment and due to other issues, I was not able to get treatment consistently over 2021 and 2022. But Dr. Ryan and his staff have restored my faith in chiropractic care and all the other services that they offer. I travel 46 miles just to get Dr. Ryan or Dr. Austin's care. There just aren't treatment centers in Denver that compare to the quality of service that I get from RCS&R. Recovery is finally drying my tears!

After setting a schedule plan doing chiropractor adjustment, decompression of the spine line and laser treatment I feel line new. Fantastic experience: I have used rock creek in the past and they corrected my back issue recently I ended up in the hospital and ended up with nerve pain and numbness in my hand from a surgery. I called Dr. Groelz, he set me up with a treatment plan to correct it, the numbness is almost totally gone and I am doing so much better. I recommend seeing the Dr's at Rock creek before taking pills to mask it, the Dr's are awesome and very professional. The whole staff is so nice and helpful they have all made my life better.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I have been going for weekly adjustments for 2 years now and drive an hour just to go. (I'm hyper-flexible, so I move and pop easily, always getting myself pinched somewhere odd.) I tend to see Dr. Josh most often, and he has been helping me adjust my body overall. Recently, however, he has been working on my plantar fasciitis! I had obliterated my right ankle in a bouldering accident in 2015, and because of him I have had the most movement and least pain since. I even feel the blood flow throughout my leg again! I don't have any migraines from pinched nerves or tight muscles since I've been going here, and I can actually tell when something is wrong in my body now instead of being in so much pain I just "deal with it". I was terrified of chiropractors before I came here, but I absolutely trust this place. I understand it sounds really cheesy, but you really should check this place out for overall health. :] (2 years ago:) This place, this staff, the treatments: it has all been life changing! I visited this place about a month and a half ago after watching my roommate's health improve steadily. He was in less pain, seemingly happier, and talked about his headaches steadily going away. I decided to try it myself, since I was always in pain and had frequent headaches. They x-rayed me and found that my lowest disk had "degenerative disk disease" and that my neck was supposed to have a curve, and it didn't. Between the top of the spine and the bottom, the bones in my upper back were pulled to the left. I was out-of-order, but Dr. Ryan Groelz was friendly and encouraging regarding my return to better health. It has been about a month out of two, but the adjustments I've experienced from Dr. James Roles (and "bedside manner"!) and physical therapy I've received from the cool (and gentle) machines they use has literally changed my life. The staff are competent and engaging; it feels like visiting friends. The office is open, free-flowing, and clean. Everyone is professional! I was shrinking from constant tension, but I am closer to my original height and have better posture. My self-confidence and self-care has increased. I have become far more optimistic, because I live with less pain now. I feel immeasurably better for the first time in over a decade and a half. My headaches have effectively disappeared, I have a habit of staying hydrated now, take better care of my body, and I leave the office feeling welcomed, tender, and relaxed. If you haven't considered talking with a Chiropractor to review your health, stop wasting your time and see what can be done. You are worth checking on your spinal health, and it may give you a whole new lease on Life. This Office is the "Real Deal". I fully believe it's worth every moment and every penny.

Fantastic experience: After hurting my neck and back in a car accident, I went to Dr. Ryan for help. And now, three months later, I feel amazing! These guys know what they’re doing. They got to work right away, handheld all the communication with my attorney and helped me feel very assured that everything is going to be okay. Fantastic experience: When I first met Dr. Groelz I was in a bit of a panic. I was in pain, could barely move my neck or left arm, and had had some bad experiences with other healthcare providers. My MRI showed a very large herniation in my cervical spine and I was told that I would almost certainly need surgery. I was feeling pretty hopeless. Almost immediately after meeting Dr. Groelz, I felt a sense of relief and hope. He was extremely patient and understanding, and calmly showed me how he could help. I felt like he really cared about my recovery and believed he could help me heal without surgery. I liked what I heard, and started the recommended treatment the next day. Over the many weeks of treatment that followed I started making progress. I definitely had good days and bad days, but I was always impressed with the treatment I received at Rock Creek. No matter how busy the office was I never felt that my care was compromised or rushed. The whole staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. And they remembered my name from day one. I checked in with Dr. Groelz along the way, and although my recovery was not as quick as we would have liked, I continued to make progress. At my pre-surgical consult, my surgeon felt that I had improved so much that he canceled my surgery! My journey is not over, but I feel like now I have the resources to help me continue to improve. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Rock Creek Spine & Rehabilitation Center for about a year now and I would recommend seeing them if you are having back issues. They have definitely helped me improve my lower back and spine. I'm mostly just maintaining now although I do still have some pain; however, it's manageable. When I started seeing them I was having trouble walking because I was in a lot of pain, and now I am to be somewhat active again like taking hikes and playing lighter sports. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's a very clean and comfortable environment. I've only been to a few chiropractors but based on that limited experience I'd say their pricing is reasonable. Ultimately no one is the same and so you must tailor your own unique healthcare experience; however, Rock Creek Spine is a good place to start that journey!

I discovered Rock Creek Spine and Rehab Center and saw they offered different treatments than what I had tried int the past. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! I was in a car accident and was at an other chiropractor's office and it was just how do we put a band aid on the situation. My hand went numb and I had to get xrays and found Dr Ryan and Rock creek. They worked with me and my body to make it better for the future not just temporary. We corrected my spine at least 80% in 8 weeks! I had no curve like at all in my spine. I am so grateful. Plus the staff is incredible! Also Dr Melissa and her Ideal Protein weight loss program was sooooo amazing. I lost 27 lbs, 2/3 pant sizes and so many inches. I feel so much better in my skin and I feel good all around. Fantastic experience: I recommend rehabilitative care at the Rock Creek Spine Center in Broomfield CO if you injure your back. I have gone through rehabilitative care at the center with great success. After an injury they do a full evaluation of your condition to include x-rays and set you up with a treatment plan to include adjustments, decompression and other types of treatment if needed. They will monitor your condition as you progress through treatment adjusting your care as you progress to wellness. The adjustments are done by trained chiropractors and are very effective. Your condition is re-evaluated before treatment is complete. In this way you can measurably see a point of injury and its rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Ryan Groelz and the entire staff at Rock Creek. I’ve had severe lower back pain on and off for 5+ years and never had any luck with physical therapy or even a back specialist I previously went to. Dr. Ryan found the problem (offset vertebrae and compressed discs) right away and put together a treatment plan. 8 weeks later my x-rays showed a TON of improvement, and the sharp pain I’ve felt for years is gone. I’m very thankful I found Rock Creek and Dr. Ryan, I can’t say enough good things!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I was rear-ended a month ago in Dallas. I wasn't in a lot of pain right away, but 4 days after the accident I went to urgent care for neck and back pain that was increasingly worse and worse. Urgent care referred me directly to Rock Creek Spine and Rehab, and they were able to see me the very same day that I called. I met with Dr. Ryan who took X-rays and performed a series of tests to determine that I had whiplash. I felt silly going to a doctor for neck and back pain, and personally never believed that whiplash is actually "real" until I experienced it first hand and it was affecting my daily routine, work, and sleep. Dr. Ryan prescribed a series of chiropractic visits, e-stim, laser, therapeutic massage, and acupuncture for me. I had never done any of those treatments (well, aside from massage but therapeutic massage is very different), and was equally nervous and skeptical that the treatments would work. A month in, I still have pain, but it has begun to subside, and I find myself looking forward to the relief that Dr. Ryan, Dr. Josh, and Dr. Ricky provide. The office is clean and the staff is incredible. Everyone from Jill the office manager (who has been SO helpful in figuring out the billing and insurance), to the massage therapists, the chiropractors, the front desk, and the ladies who do the e-stim and laser, are compassionate, kind, warm, and helpful. I've recommended them to anyone who is looking for a chiro office (and this is coming from someone who didn't believe in chiropractic treatment in the first place). I still have a ways to go to get back to 100%, but I know I'm in great hands with Rock Creek. Big thank you to everyone who works there for being the BEST.

Fantastic experience: I have played rugby for over 50 years, beginning at age 8 in Australia. About ten years ago I began experiencing lower back pain. I was somewhat skeptical of chiropractics so I visited a number of orthopedic surgeons without much relief. Two years ago, when one of the orthopedic doctors suggested I try chiropractics, I made an appointment with Rock Creek Spine. Dr. Ryan suggested a regimen of spinal decompression sessions and the relief was immediate. After a few weeks I felt so good, I stopped going to my sessions and within a month or so the pain returned. I have been getting decompression treatments and adjustments two or three times a month every since and I am completely free of back pain. The treatments are inexpensive and the doctors, Ryan, Jim, Rick, and Josh are professional and caring. This is best investment I have made in my health and highly recommend Rock Creek to anyone experiencing back pain.

Fantastic experience: Given my lifestyle and work, I was injured with really bad back pain in my lower lumbar area, along with my spine being not where it's supposed to (about an inch to the right). After my first consult and x-rays, they had developed a treatment plan that, at first I was skeptical about since I've never had this situation before. However, the way Dr Ryan treated me and explained the decompression treatment it made me more comfortable. 8 weeks later I am back to work and my normal gym lifestyle which made me incredibly happy. The treatment relieved sooo much pain that I was in and straightened my spine which looks so much better. The staff is incredibly nice and very friendly, and they always were able to work around my schedule which I greatly appreciated. Fantastic experience: I was involved in a car accident early this summer and this place really helped give me some guidance in what was going on with my body and helped get me back to where I was before. I was skeptical about being adjusted at first but they made me feel comfortable. I can't say enough nice things about them! As a single business owner that does a lot of physical work for my job, I very much needed a more holistic approach to helping get my body back to where it should be! I have never been a supporter of drug therapies at all, and nor could I with the work that I do. The entire staff truly cares and wants to see their patients improve. Fantastic experience: From being an athlete and experiencing the day to day turmoils that affected my spine, I started feeling sharp lower back pain throughout the last 1-2 years which continued to worsen to the point I was unable to perform certain movements without the intense sharp pain. I have also experienced sciatica and upper back/neck tension, soreness, and blunt pain. Coming from a medical background, I knew orthopaedic surgery was not in the books for me. I needed soft tissue, muscular and spinal correction and thats when I found Rock Creek Spine and Rehab. Radiographs were performed and an individualised treatment plan was made. I immediately started feeling the changes and seeing a difference with not only the back pain and soreness but also my mental health! The doctors and staff at Rock Creek are also amazing, friendly, and are always listening to my concerns. I still continue treatments for maintenance therapy and am so thankful for the positive differences that the Rock Creek staff has made in my life!

Fantastic experience: I developed debilitating pain radiating from my buttocks all the way down to my foot about two years ago. As an x-ray/CT/MRI tech, I recognized that the source of the pain was likely an impinged nerve root, and sought chiropractic treatment to mechanically alleviate the pressure rather than making an appointment with a neurosurgeon. I tried a different practice first, but didn't achieve the results I wanted. When I heard that Rock Creek had a physical therapy arm that offered traction, I figured that was the way to go. I wasn't disappointed. While the traction wasn't pleasant by any stretch of the imagination, in conjunction with laser treatments and chiropractic adjustments, it helped completely resolve the pain. I continue to see Drs. Jim and Rick for regular tuneups, but haven't had a single relapse. Chances are I would have ultimately faced a laminectomy were it not for Rock Creek Spine and Rehab. These guys are the best. (And they have an amazing support staff, including the unflappable Ashley and Juana at the front desk.)

Fantastic experience: SAVED FROM NECK SURGERY!!! The doctors here are amazing. I am in my 60's and started having severe neck and shoulder pain. Other doctors said surgery to fuse vertebrae in my neck was necessary but Rock Creek Spine saved me from surgery! It has been a year now and I am still pain free. I am so glad I came here and did not have surgery. I live about 100 miles away but the drives were well worth it! Thank you so much for all the healing you provide! Fantastic experience: I limped into Rock Creek Spine nearly 5 years ago while taking my daughter in for some neck problems. While meeting with Dr. Ryan I realized that I was in more need of treatment than my daughter. I decided to have Dr. Ryan diagnose me as well. My daughters neck problem has long since been resolved but I’m on a continuous treatment plan. Over my first six weeks of treatment I’d seen all the team of chiropractic doctors at Rock Creek Spine. Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! The staff is helpful and friendly and quick to respond to appointment changes and billing questions. Dr. Rick has really helped with my neck and shoulder pain. My initial treatment plan was explained so well and I knew exactly what my issues were and what interventions would be used to correct them. Two years later I still go every other week for maintenance and plan to continue. All around awesome group of docs and amazing staff.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from migraines for about a decade. I've tried all kinds of prescription drugs, home treatments, changing my diet and more to no avail. A friend suggested I see a chiropractor. As my last ditch effort to try and fix this problem I ended up at Rock Creek and I am so thankful I did!! Dr. Ryan and his team were excellent in explaining the problem, what the result needed to be, and how to get there. I started a treatment of chiropractic adjustments as well as PT exercises. Fantastic experience: I started getting numbness and loss of strength in my left hand, and so I took a co-workers advice and went to Rock Creek to see if they could help me out. Dr. Ryan and his entire team of chiropractors and physical therapists were extremely nice and helpful, and Dr. Ryan thoroughly explained my issue (related to my neck) and how they were going to go about correcting the problem. I embarked on a several month journey with them to get my neck and back straightened out, and the office visits combined with the neck traction device that I purchased for home use has nearly cleared up the problem entirely. I still go in for maintenance visits, and I enjoy seeing Rick, Jim, and Josh whenever I need an adjustment. They are nothing but courteous and professional every time I visit them. Fantastic experience: As a member of the medical community, I appreciate the professional manner in which I was evaluated and treated. My medical history is complex, including 40 years as a practicing clinical RN and all that it entails for stress on spinal health, a skiing injury and rear-end motor vehicle accident resulting in a whiplash injury. I have had years of chiropractic therapy, previously, for those issues mentioned earlier with other practitioners in another state. After we moved to Colorado, I started searching for a Chiropractic practice that was focused on trigger point therapy and low velocity adjustments. I researched different practices by educational qualifications. Unfortunately, my first choice turned out to be a practitioner that blindly adjusted my spine and neck in a high velocity manner, even though I expressly requested against that technique. I started searching for another practice after that experience. After a few months I started having issues with burning and shooting pain and numbness down the lateral left thigh. I went on line and came across the Rock Creek Spine & Rehabilitation Center and was impressed with the numerous excellent reviews. I made an appointment and was evaluated by Dr. Ryan. He did an extensive history and physical, including X-rays. After he evaluated all of the information he sat down with me and recommended a course of treatment, including lumbar traction, cervical reformation and low velocity adjustments. After 4 weeks of an 8 week treatment plan, I no longer have the burning or shooting pain down my lateral thigh and very little numbness remaining. Since I have an HMO insurance plan and didn't have coverage for chiropractic care , I was given different financial options for payment including a cash or credit discount for full payment or a payment plan. I felt it was important to try the spinal rehabilitation avenue first, before having a surgical intervention. I'm very glad I did! Fantastic experience: After experiencing very debilitating back problems, I came to Rock Creek Spine and very quickly got relief. After other methods before coming there did not work, Dr. Ryan and the staff at RCS were the only ones that were able to fix my issue. The doctors are all very helpful in explaining what they are doing and making you feel extremely comfortable. RCS also has a great group of assistants that monitor your care in therapy outside of the adjustment. The entire staff creates a very welcoming and family like atmosphere from the moment you walk in until you leave. I have appreciated the level of professionalism and knowledge from everyone that works here which stems from a deep place of care for their patients! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I played sports my whole life. I have had back problems for as long as I can remember. I talked to Dr. Ryan and thought that it was going to be just like every other chiropractor I have ever seen. He assured me that they are not like that, they wanted to fix my problem. I went in for about three months and to my surprise, my problem was fixed. I now only go in about once every other month for maintenance. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Rock Creek for about 4 years now and it has greatly improved my quality of life. Prior to coming here, I suffered from a slipped rib and was in pain every day. The pain began to interfere with doing simple, everyday tasks and although I had always had a fear of spinal manipulation, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rock Creek Spine & Rehabilitation Center for several years now because they provide wonderful care. I started there because I had 3 bulging discs, and through a program of chiropractic adjustment and spinal decompression I now live a normal, active, pain free life.
