Russ did an excellent job directing my rehab following rotator cuff repair. My ROM and strength feel better than it has in years. I am back playing tennis without restriction.

I have been to several physical therapy clinics. If I need to return I will not go anywhere else. I can function with minimal pain and I have found my home program to be a great benefit. I am thrilled with my improvements. I have resumed walking the loop several days a week without hip pain. This is something I truly enjoy and prior to intervention, I had my doubts. Many thanks.

Jane was excellent. I had a long recovery following surgery on my hand after it was cut while at work. I found her to be knowledgeable, reassuring, patient and thorough throughout my course of therapy. She customized a splint for me and provided several other gadgets that initially improved the ease of daily activities but ultimately helped me return to work. I am forever grateful.

Mike genuinely cared about my improvement. He was flexible and did not rush me. He always answered my questions to my satisfaction and provided teaching to enable me to do home therapy.

I walked in feeling dizzy, miserable and nauseated from an episode of vertigo. Amy was able to provide treatment on the first visit that remedied my symptoms. I truly appreciate her expertise. She even called a few days later to check up on me. This is not something I had experienced from other health care providers. Thanks Amy!

I had been told my only option was back surgery but thankfully I found Physical Therapy Services. They taught me how my posture was resulting in pain down my leg. I could tell a difference after only a few visits. I highly recommend them!

I am pleased with the care given to me at Physical Therapy Services of Wilmington. The staff is excellent as well as courteous and friendly. I never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my appointment. It feels great to be able to walk without that pain in my foot!

I have seen Alan for several ailments over the years. He has treated me for shoulder and back pain as well as rehab following my knee replacement. I had no idea what rehab entailed following knee replacement. He pushed me just the right amount but also respected my pain and concerns. Thankfully, I am back gardening and playing with my grandkids. I appreciate his knowledge and his willingness to take the time necessary to explain the source of my pain and lay out a vision how PT will help.

Fantastic experience: Hello all, My time with pysical therapy services of Wilmington has genuinely changed my life for the better. I am a motorcycle accident survivor and did not think I would ever be normal again, After little to no progress with physical therapy for over ten years. After seeing Andy and crew they have given me the tools that I needed to fix myself within months. I don’t know where I would be at my life without these guys, truly masters at their craft. And the best physical therapist team that I have ever been treated with by leagues in bounds above the closest competition. You will not find any better people anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Andy and Mark at PT Services of Wilmington at Autumn Hall have been absolutely amazing. I am a runner and was just about to enter a marathon training cycle when I went in for some hip pain. Andy evaluated and really paid attention to everything I was saying. I really appreciated his approach to figuring out a path forward. I had 2 marathons in 2 weeks on the books, and they supported me the whole way. I’ve been going to PT appointments with Andy and Mark consistently for about 3 months and they’ve gotten me to the start and finish line heathy for both races. I’ve learned a lot each appointment about the body, I always feel heard, they’re open to any and all questions, and they’ve given me the tools to support my running and stay injury free. Highly recommend and couldn’t ask for a better PT team in Wilmington!

Fantastic experience: As a high performance athlete and visiting many physical therapists over the years, I can't recommend Andy enough. I came in with severe adductor/stomach pain and instead of going the easy route of listening to the orthopedic surgeon to get a costly MRI & potential surgery, he worked for weeks to diagnose, test & find rehab treatment that would work and get me back to playing soccer. Greatly appreciative of his hard work and commitment to finding a solution. He is the name at the top of my recommendation list.

Fantastic experience: Andy has been amazing. I was hesitant to start with him at first because my previous PT was so good, but first meeting was enough to convince me I am in the right hands. Scheduling is easy, his team is super nice and I continue to see improvements!

Fantastic experience: Andy is the best PT that I have ever worked with! I have gone to him off/on for the past 8 or so years whenever my low back goes out. I have chronic pain, pills don't solve my issues and he always gets me back on track in no time and teaches me how to do at-home PT. Seeing him now following a car accident and receiving the same superior service! I actually followed him from the Porter's Neck location to this new location. We work well together and he understands the mechanics of our bodies. Beautiful new space and the office Managers are always professional and helpful. No long waiting lists to be seen. Highly recommend!
