Fantastic experience: I have had friends come to Azalea a few times. Recently, there has been a great transformation there, My experience has been the staff are friendly and really want their clients to succeed. The food, therapy , nursing and even the cleaning ladies are all helpful to the people I know and love. So glad that there's a home away from home that we can go to here in Wilmington. Great experience!

Positive experience: Overall, the facility is pretty good. Care is well, except for the night shift where I've noticed a lack of staff causes the night aides to do way more work than one person can handle. Management doesn't seem like they know what's going on around the facility also. However the night time aides are probably the best out of them all! They love and care for every resident and make sure that even though they are short staffed, they give quality care to all the residents!

Fantastic experience: Before my mother was released from the hospital the doctor ordered rehabilitation. We were faced with the difficult task of finding a facility. The Vidant Duplin Social Worker gave us two places to look at in Wilmington. I read the reviews on both places and Azalea Health & Rehab was rated high on the list. The care my mother received was outstanding. My mother was at Azalea Health and Rehab for two weeks and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs help with a parent or grandparent.

Fantastic experience: First the all the therapists went the extra mile they could not ask for better in this department the coordinator went the extra mile. The nurses and cnas went the extra mile also. The daytime nurses epically Ruth and Charity. My favorite nurse though was Kim she worked nights she really cares about her patients and was on top of things

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing. My grandpa stayed here and was very well taken care of by the staff and nurses. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I could not have asked for better care for my father. The staff was caring and attentive during a very difficult time for my father and was particularly helpful to his family. The facility was very clean and provided the best care possible.
