Fantastic experience: My provider, Benton Garrett and the front desk were both really very kind to me when I called before the appt start time to say I was stuck in traffic, but on the way! They were able to accommodate me and I was able to complete the scheduled appointment. I am truly grateful for their kindness and flexibility!

Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. I like how I get printouts of all the exercises which gives me a good visual. The staff is also very personable.

Fantastic experience: Pivot is hands down the best around. The staff is friendly and professional. They make sure to answer all questions and give information along the way. They make you feel comfortable and always explain what they are doing before its done. Taylor and Courtney are beyond amazing! In need of physical therapy, take the time to check out Pivot you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I dealt with painful, debilitating plantar fasciitis for months before PT. Jeremy provided treatment & custom exercises that resolved it. He also gave me easy to understand exercises to do at home for my foot as well as a shoulder issue I was having. What a gift! They treat you like family here. Very positive, friendly environment. They also listen to you and have a lot of knowledge about what you need to improve your issues. Most folks I know are happy to finish PT- I was happy to resolve my medical issues but sad I wouldn't be coming regularly anymore. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Eight years ago I suffered a herniated disk in my lower back. I have had associated pain for that long and even pain pills did not eliminate the discomfort. I thought I would have to live with the pain forever. Jeremy worked on me for four , forty-five minute sessions by pushing here and pulling there and using the massage gun. In what seemed like a miracle to me, Jeremy completely eliminated the pain. I originally went in to get some relief from a tight knot of muscles that ran under my shoulder blade and up the side of my neck. I tried unsuccessfully to manipulate these muscles myself for months in an attempt to relax these muscles. He was able to ease these tight muscle in the same four sessions previously mentioned. I have a newfound respect and appreciation for physical therapy after this surprisingly successful experience. Thank you Jeremy!

Fantastic experience: I am new to physical therapy and have only been three times but so far, so good. I was nervous at first but my PT John Knox has been very kind and patient and I am already noticing some progress with my back issues. The office staff is also very polite and helpful. I don’t have the greatest confidence when it comes to body image but I don’t even feel like that’s an issue there. I feel like they’re actually trying to help me learn things to help me help myself and I’m optimistic that my pain and discomfort will continue to improve. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: John and the group at Pivot on 17th Street took me from being barely able to lift my right leg to being amazingly active on a 10 day adventure in Peru. Without Pivot PT there is no way i could have taken 257 steps up an observation tower to view the jungle amid macaws and parrots, or sandboarded down immense dunes, or climbed up a mountain to see Machu Picchu from 2000 feet above it. These guys know how to make you achieve the best you that you can be! I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: John is great and he is nice to talk to too! He is helping me with my elbow pain and gives suggestions when I ask about other areas of pain! The other employees are great too! You can’t beat a coffee shop next door!

I went there with issues in my arms and shoulders and was extremely pleased with the attention to detail for my specific needs. Jeremy, Caroline and their staff are all excellent. Fantastic experience: Caroline was very helpful and always greeted every patient with a smile (you can tell a smile with eyes, even while wearing masks) Very easy to communicate with even at 7am. Jeremy- I can't thank enough. as a 2x ACL meniscus tear and surgery patient, I was dreading the recovery process this second time. Jeremy took the time to listen to my history and ensured to get me back to a somewhat normalcy level in activity. 4 months of recovery but a much better recovery this time then the first time 15 years ago. I can't forget about John, he would jump in and assist and offer advice and was also great to work with. All around a great place to go for Physical therapy. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Pivot Physical Therapy~John worked with me for 8 weeks for sciatica pain. Doing my homework of the exercises & stretches I am now finished with my pain under control and 100%better than when I started. The staff is great and I appreciate all that you did for me. Fantastic experience: This was my first contact with a Physical Therapist and a recent diagnosis of Fasciitis of the Plantar Fascia in my right foot led me to Pivot PT. As an over-50, physically inactive male it was with some trepidation I started the rehab course. Well, it was a pleasant surprise and a pleasant experience starting with the greeting and assistance I received from Caroline on Day 1 filling out all the paperwork, mostly Medicare related. I had about 10 sessions over 5 weeks. John was my Therapist and he's a real pro, spent a lot of time during the first session ascertaining all my 'vital' physical and medical conditions and also taking motion measurements that resulted in his selecting the right exercises for my therapy. He showed me photos and models of that anatomy and described the muscles that affect my walking. After introducing me to a number of exercises I did he sent me home the first day with a printout illustrating the 7 exercises he recommended I do on a daily basis. Pivot PT has a web site I can login to and view all my prescribed exercises with descriptions and videos, they also have a Log feature where I can track my activities. John didn't push me beyond my capabilities and each session was slightly different as he focused on guiding my progress to a successful conclusion. On my last [Eval] session he introduced a few more simple 'above the knee' exercises that would benefit me also. Conclusion: I GRADUATED TODAY -

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful to the kind and knowledgable staff at Pivot. Jeremy addressed my ankle injury and developed a plan to get me back on the road to recovery. Logan, was so helpful in scheduling my appointments. The sessions allow the PT to focus on one patient at a time. That kind of individual attention is rare these days but much appreciated. Within a matter of a few weeks, I could see improvement. I had let this injury dictate my life far too long and now I have exercises to do at home to continue and strengthen my ankle. I also have the comfort of knowing that if I do have a setback, I can walk in or schedule another appointment if needed. Thanks Team!

Fantastic experience: I can't speak for all Pivot offices but this one is really special. Mike is very smart and explains the workouts well. I've been to other places for physical therapy and the offices are always so busy. I've never had more then one other patient in there with me. This allows Mike to really focus on you.
