Fantastic experience: I have never before had PT , but this was an excellent experience. You immediately offered a series of exercises and work with me not only in doing it but to understand the value of each exercise. Each of the therapist was professional and dedicated to my success. I am fully recovered and continue to use what I learned in these sessions. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of your services.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Evan since May. He has changed my life! When I first came to therapy my back was so bad I could hardly move.I was taking pain medicine. Fantastic experience: I love Healthy Seniors for PT (Ross) & exercise classes/sessions with their phenomenal trainer, Karen. All of the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. There is a “part of the family” feeling I get when walking in. I have made tremendous progress with a very personalized plan that I am fully involved in. The classes are amazing and I always leave on a high note! Karen teaches by demonstrating every exercise and giving modifications to accommodate any ability level or ailment. I receive encouragement and a great sense of well being from attending Healthy Seniors! I highly recommend them for healing and developing strength & stamina! Healthy Seniors was a choice I made when my back,knees, and balance were deteriorating. I’m so glad I chose to trust them with my most precious commodity- me. I observed Christina, Ryan and Evan. Each of them looked just as conscientious and caring. I got my husband to see Karen, their personal trainer, and he is so glad that he took that step. Fantastic experience: Healthy Seniors changed my life. Let me reword that. Healthy Seniors is changing my life. Present tense. It’s happening now! I went in with a laundry list of problems and they didn’t bat an eye. I thought I was going to have to live with these never-ending pains and weaknesses but no. I was wrong. I am getting stronger and more confident to move in my body. Ryan eliminated my dizziness on the first visit and went from there to evaluate and coach me to use my body muscles in ways I’d forgotten how to do! That was a miracle in and of itself. Megan coached me on form and pointed out when I was getting tired how I’d move my body differently. Christina is my brisk, “let’s get it done” Angel. They all listen extraordinarily well and address every concern- even the ones you mention casually, like a silly little headache. I love them all. And Juliana at the front desk is the captain who makes sure the ship is always ready for its passengers. Keep on doing what you do, guys. We need you! Oh and guess what! No more Tylenol. No more Ibuprofen. I’m learning techniques and strategies to mend myself by moving differently and paying attention to the little things. Yes. You guys have changed my life. ❤️

Fantastic experience: This is the best therapy experience I have had and there have been many! The staff is trained for Seniors and the 50' 60's music is part of the upbeat atmosphere! I broke my shoulder in November. Ross continues to work with me to get movement back in my arm. My progress is slower now, but he has not given up on me! You will be pleased with Healthy Seniors Physical Therapy & Wellness.

Fantastic experience: I rarely ever write a review, good or bad, but I want other old folks to know about this. I've been going to Healthy Seniors for over two months. Ross alleviated my constant sciatic pain in short order by doing these exercises. I haven't had it since. He has also made progress with my knee pain, which is now infrequent. While these are both great improvements, I guess what I like most about my time spent with Ross is the encouragement and instruction he always provides geared toward making me a stronger and more flexible 70 year old. He just has a keen interest in driving me to be a healthier person and I really appreciate that the most.

Fantastic experience: The best place for physical therapy. Ross, the owner, is just plain awesome. Tim is suffering from headaches caused by mild arthritis of the neck. Ross has helped alleviate some of the pain for my husband in just a few sessions. This is a one on one session so he can give undivided attention to each individual patient. So happy our family doctor referred Tim to Ross after looking at the ValPak coupon. The best place he has gone to yet and actually enjoys going. Thank you to Ross and family for being kind, compassionate and also friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have had a total hip replacement. I've been to other PT clinics but felt there was a lack of knowledge and understanding of my very senior body. I so appreciate the techniques used at Healthy Seniors which absolutely push me into making a full recovery but not into creating unnecessary pain! This is due to their apparent training and experience working with my age group. I'm very grateful!

Fantastic experience: I have known Ross and his wonderful receptionist for several weeks and I am very pleased with the the experience. Frankly, physical therapy is hard work but the effort is much easier in a good surrounding, on quality equipment and with competent professional coaching. Results are the most important part of the program and I am sleeping better, having fewer aches and pains and doing projects I use to avoid. I must recommend Seniors Healthy to all the old farts that need physical therapy. tl

Fantastic experience: With balance issues and many spinal problems I requested a referral for Senior Physical Therapy. I am only 2 weeks in and already experiencing positive results. The staff is amazing and the facility so clean, worries about COVID are nonexistent. Fantastic experience: How do you give a review without writing an entire book? I love this place, everything about it and everyone working there. For me, CHRISTINA is the absolute bomb! I am 67, went in for back pain, and ended up with a thorough education of what I should be doing to help myself. Christina even took it upon herself to research some of my physical issues and inform me of what she had learned. Who else does that? I am feeling so much better, not just my back but my whole outlook on life and aging in general. It's a new old me. I am going to continue through their Silver Fox program, so i can workout where I am comfortable and can ask questions anytime. If you need therapy, go here, you will be so happy you did!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ross and his team are great! I had a torn meniscus and never thought I’d be able to run again without pain. Dr. Ross got me on some stretching and strength exercises and I’ve been able to run pain free ever sense. Thank you so much for your care and patience!

Fantastic experience: As a retired certified occupational therapy assistant, I wanted to offer up a word of praise for the Healthy Seniors staff. It is rare to find a physical therapist who is a certified orthopedic specialist, but Ross holds that certification. It's even more rare to have two therapists in the same group holding special certification, but that is the case at Healthy Seniors because Christina is a certified geriatric physical therapist. These are not just titles because both of these certifications take a lot of additional education and many, many hours of practice. As a former patient, I can tell you they know what they are doing and if I need additional therapy in the future, you will find me back there.

Fantastic experience: I'm very pleased with the results achieved in a short time working with Ross. I have osteoarthritis and had persistent problems with my left hip. After taking the time to thoroughly evaluate my problem, Ross took me through a progressive set of massages, stretches, and exercises to strengthen the core and the muscles supporting the hip. Today was my last session and I'm 90% back to normal.

Fantastic experience: While in North Carolina I decided to follow up the recommendations of my doctor and found Health Senior Physical Therapy. I did three week of therapy and was very happy with the quality of service. I came back to Virginia and I am happy to let you know that before I left I would not use high heals and now I am back to eating my shoes. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: This place is just wonderful! The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful; the rooms are very open, clean, and sanitized. My back feels so much better and I can use my arms and legs without pain after completing my physical therapy program. I was even able to lower my fall risk, from 67.1 to 39.1. Fantastic experience: The best physical therapists ever, in less than three weeks my lower pain was gone, individualized service was truly excellent. I visited three PT before and never got this result, I highly recommend Ross and Cristina!!

Fantastic experience: So far no other PT has been able to assist me with my knee pain. I want to get back to running but nothing really helped. Ross diagnosed the problem immediately and showed me what I could do to get back on the road. Ross will definitely be my PT of choice for any orthopedic issues I have in future. Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my evaluation and treatment at Healthy Seniors Physical Therapy. They performed many therapies including dry needling along my jaw which provided much relief. The therapists were very knowledgeable and gave me good information along the way. I also learned how to help myself and my specific jaw issues. They run a well organized and fantastic clinic. They were flexible with my schedule and made sure to accommodate me. Overall GREAT experience!

Fantastic experience: If you are 50+, you definitely need to get yourself a fall assessment test from this team! Christina and Ross were great throughout the assessment and took the time to walk me through my questions and concerns to ensure I walked away understanding my evaluation and tips to follow to avoid injury. It's a preventative measure that everyone in this age range should take. Additionally, they have a beautiful facility equipped with everything that you should need if indeed you do need any physical therapy. Couldn't give a higher recommendation to this team for your physical therapy and wellness needs!
