Rachel Berg, PT is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, mostly working in the out-patient setting. Rachel enjoys working with people of all age groups, with different types of diagnoses. She loves to see patients reach their goals. Whether an athlete getting back to her sport, a grandparent getting to play with the grandchildren or someone just be able to take a walk around the block, Rachel works with her patients to set achievable goals, and helps her patients meet them. She is a big believer in exercise as medicine, and all patients will get the appropriate home exercise program to help them return to their prior level of function as quickly and safely as possible.

Fantastic experience: I've been extremely happy with my experience in Wilmington Health's PT. I've worked with both Anna and Rachel, and I feel that they are both very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions. With their help, I have seen consistent progress with my knee injury, and they have both guided me through this whole process. Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Gave me a through workout and a workout for home with diagrams. They were on schedule. I improved my flexibility and strength. Will go back. Hopefully, not soon.
