Negative experience: I booked a medical appointment on September 10th and waited until September 25th. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been cancelled — with no prior notice and no reason. The only option they gave me was to wait another 10 days for a new appointment. I don’t feel any better health-wise, and this delay has made things worse. Patients deserve timely care and better communication, not surprise cancellations at the last minute!

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Highly recommend Matt. I initially came to see Matt because the left side of my neck, left shoulder and arm had what felt like a pinched nerve (it was not a heart attack). It caused 24/7 pain which limited the motion in my neck, shoulder, and arm but also echoed the pain all throughout my body. The pain was so bad it hurt to breath or even hold a fork with my left hand. The doctor prescribed muscle relaxers which helped but didn't fix the issue. With only two 1 hr sessions, Matt COMPLETELY RELIEVED THE PAIN. He is an absolute godsend! The first 1hr session with Matt cut my pain by 90%. I could move, breath, sleep, and function again. The second 1 hr session completely eliminated my pain and left me better than when the pain started. I also want to highlight that he truly cares about his clients and helping them. He took the time to dive into the issue and figure out not only how he could help within the session but little changes that could help me everyday to prevent the pain from getting that bad again. She's taught me excellent stretches and helped me recover. She sees & cares for you as a person which feels rare these days in medical treatment.

Fantastic experience: I went in first for a sports massage to target the tightness on my neck and shoulders and was helped by Rosy, who went above and beyond. In particular, I really appreciated the way that she integrated breath-work and mindfulness into the massage, which was aided by a wonderful hand-pan soundtrack as well. She had a wonderful nurturing energy and I left the massage feeling not only much better in my shoulder regions but also greatly calmer in my overall nervous system. Afterwards, I met with Dr. Frederick, who patiently listened to my symptoms, and gave an excellent chiropractic adjustment and targeted muscle therapy following the massage. In just one visit, I left with much more ease and far less pain in my neck and shoulders. Overall I had a very positive experience at Onsight Chiropractic & Massage and look forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Dr Cheng was fabulous!! Really listened to all of my concerns and treated my issues with my neck and upper back. While treatment is a process, I was noticeably better on the same day as my appt — after the muscle work and adjustments, but significantly better a day after my appt. Mobility is much improved and pain almost gone.

Fantastic experience: My session with Matt was productive, insightful, and engaging. He spent the first several minutes talking about what I wanted to specifically pinpoint my problems which was an ailing shoulder and arm that constrained my ability to work at my desk for periods at a time. He talked about what could be happening with my muscles, joints, neck, and shoulder area. He identified a plan and went to work. He communicated to me about the procedures, the pain level he was applying, and I was able to give him the feedback that he needed. At the end of the session I was very satisfied with his work. The next day, there was some soreness, but soon wore off with some stretching. I was able to work at my desk -- writing and working the mouse, taking occasional breaks -- very comfortably. I am very pleased with Matt's expertise, and work. I look forward to coming back for additional sessions and other work related issues as well as to discuss lifestyle adjustments to maintain my health.

Fantastic experience: My initial session at Onsight was very positive. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Dr Villalobos coupled with a caring attitude. I like that the staff has a variety of special trainings that are made available to patients. With some other chiropractic practices, there was an attempt to quickly channel me into a long set of treatments that the particular chiropractor was accustomed to doing. Onsight wasn't like that at all. Listened to me, and thoughtfully looked into my individual case.

Positive experience: My first experience with Dr. Leike was very positive. She asked good questions of my condition, past experiences with my symptoms, and any other pertinent details. I felt good after my session and the day after felt very good, though a little sore. But some pain in other areas didn't reappear. So far so good. I'm looking forward to my next session.

Positive experience: My regular chiropractor moved and is only at the office once in a while. Dr. Jas was friendly and took care of my neck issues. Was happy with her service. Took away 1 star because the front desk person is NOT friendly. She greeted me with her eyes glued to the computer. When I had a question about getting my receipt after payment she was short and rude. I’ve been coming here for years and this is the first time they hired someone with no personal skills.

At first I saw the owner/founder, Johanna Lelke, but as she as brought in new staff chiropractors I've tried three different ones and each one has been great. At my last visit for an injured knee I saw Dr. Jaskiran Bath. She was excellent. She was friendly, fast, competent and quickly diagnosed my injury, did some adjustments and tissue work, and was happy to work with my Kaiser recommendations for x-ray and physical therapy, so that I'm covering all bases. My knee was 50% better the next day and I'm on the mend. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent chiropractor before moving to the Bay Area that I was really sad to leave, and it took me a few tries before I found Onsight, which is just as good as my old favorite. I see Dr. Jaskiran Bath and she is wonderful. She listens and works hard to understand my unique body, and she gives adjustments and physical therapy that varies depending on my needs each visit. My favorite thing about this place is they know not just athletes’ subtle needs but also every day people’s; I came to them after having my first baby and I needed help figuring out how to help my back adjust to picking up a toddler a million times a day — they got me through that and now I’m super excited to have them during my next pregnancy.

I went to see her to understand and get treatment for chronic pain and limited range of motion in my left arm and shoulder that I had been experiencing for approximately 4 weeks. Dr. Bath was very personable, patient, and professional and helped me understand why I was experiencing so much pain and what treating it would look like. After treating me she gave me some PT exercises that I could do between visits which are helping tremendously. If you are looking for a highly capable chiropractor I highly recommend Dr. Bath.
