Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable ,courteous Physical Therapists.I worked with Kim Pratt.She is very knowledgeable and highly professional.Her help was instrumental in my recovery.When I started my PT,I was not in good shape.Kim changed that.As a result of her help,my condition improved drastically.She is also funny and that makes the whole experience very enjoyable.I am greatly impressed by all the talents Kim posseses.I very highly recommend Greendale Physical Therapy to anyone! Fantastic experience: I received two months of PT at Greendale Physical Therapy in Worcester after a total knee replacement. Kim P and Kim B along with Ross were excellent. They are innovative and comprehensive in their treatment and I achieved all of my goals in recovery from my surgery. They have a fun and welcoming approach to PT and the support staff including Maria, Stephanie, and the front desk people were very supportive.

Fantastic experience: I has been with Greendale PT over couple years . I am struggling with pinching nerves and multiple chronic pain issues. This is the seconds time I came back to Greendale PT in Worcester to see doctor Jarrett. After evaluated he was able to find and address the root cause of my pain. Most importantly, he relieved my nerves impingement in my shoulder, neck and eliminated my pain. He also selected the best suitable exercise for me to practice at home Doctor Jarrett is an exceptional therapist. He is so professional, extremely knowledgeable, very caring, very helpful, understanding my issues and definitely is a tremendous access to the teams . I also impressed with the facilities. Fantastic experience: I just want everyone to know that I transferred from another p.t. provider and what a difference. I cannot tell you how pleased I am, from my first visit with Kyle and 2 visits with Kim now and Greendale Physical Therapy is great. I am receiving more p.t. here in just two visits than I did in my 5 previous visits. So glad I transferred out of the previous provider. Fantastic experience: I swear they are magic here. Incredible nice staff and therapist that have amazing skills at finding exactly where it hurts. This is my second time back here. Once for my knee which is fully recovered and at the moment for my right are. They are a huge part of my recovery and I couldn't be more grateful for such a helpful place.

Fantastic experience: I have a back injury and started with Jarrett at the Worcester location to be evaluated and begin aquatic therapy. He was so professional and knew my history better than most doctors I’ve seen recently. The therapy is helping and allows me to move in a way I wouldn’t otherwise be able to do outside of pool. 2/26 update I’ve been working with Kim B in the pool as well as some land therapy and I truly appreciate the professionalism but compassion she has shown me. My pain has been hard to deal with and therapy has made it more manageable. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: I worked with Matt and Nicolette for a shoulder and biceps tendon tear. Matt & Kyle both assessed me and got my program started. I mainly worked with Nicolette. She was great and listened to what I needed and how I felt every visit .She also made sure I understood the exercises so that I could do a home routine. I received emails with the exercises and sometime pictures to help refresh my memory. Nicolette looks at the entire body and not just the injured area. Finding where it needs to be balanced. Inventive and many different ways to strengthen my body. I love working on the Pilates reformer! I am much stronger and feel that at the present time , I will not need surgery. I think everyone is great at the Worcester branch. From the front desk to the assistants who put heat and ice. Very welcoming and a great group of extremely knowledgeable people. If you need PT, this is a great place to get help and rehab.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for months due to several different injuries. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism as well as a very caring group of therapists. Rachel, Kim and Jarrett are all excellent and I will miss them!

Fantastic experience: Greendale PT helped me almost entirely eliminate my headaches from neck tension and poor posture. The team focuses on pain relief but also provides you with the tools to strengthen yourself and address the cause of the issue. The people here really care, and you can absolutely tell. Ross not only helped me sort out my postural issues, but also guided me safely through technique and form for strength training to far exceed what I thought I could achieve when I started here. Greendale PT has had a hugely positive impact on my health and well-being. If you’re looking for a physical therapist, Greendale PT should absolutely be your first choice.

Fantastic experience: This is my third experience with Greendale Worcester. The first two times they got me back to complete health. One of these time during the pandemic and my therapy was done virtually. Complete healing! I have a long road this time but I have complete faith in their ability to help me. My favorite is Rachel! My husband is being treated at Greendale now. I was very happy when we learned that Rachel would be doing his therapy. We both have had other therapists there who are also excellent and shows the quality of the staff. We both highly recommend Greendale Physical Therapy! From the time we enter we feel welcome and supported. Give a try and you’ll be pleased!

Fantastic experience: I've been to a lot of physical therapy clinics over the years for sports-related injuries and I like Greendale Worcester the best. They give you enough time -- 45 minutes to an hour -- to get significant work done, and the atmosphere is friendly, inviting and fun. The place is fully staffed and the therapists and their assistants are always chipping in to help each other out. Another plus is they focus on deep tissue work in addition to exercises, so you get professional grade arm muscle massage on injured body parts. They also have a huge variety of exercise and therapy equipment. My only criticism, which is not really a criticism, is that it's hard to get appointments because the location is so popular, easy to get to and has plenty of convenient parking.

Fantastic experience: I saw Pablo at this location, and he was enormously helpful to me. He aided in the recovery of my knee, and he was kind from the start. He treated me with compassion, patience, and care. I was limping when I came in, and by the end, was back to running!

Fantastic experience: Both professional and friendly, the Greendale PT (especially Kim and Matt) staff helped me recover from right hip replacement surgery. Because of their on hands treatment and email videos, I have fully recovered and I'm playing some of my best golf now at 64 years of age. Fantastic experience: This is my second experience with Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester. I was in 2 seperate accidents about 6 months apart. The staff are amazing. I generally see Kim B. And Pablo. They all are friendly and very helpful in my recovery. They initiate an individual treatment plan based on my exact needs. Such as cupping and manual techniques. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that needs PT services.

Fantastic experience: I went for my shoulder, I had pain and compromised range of motion. I'm pain free, as long as I do my part, and do my assigned exercises, and my range of motion is back thanks to Kim and Ross!! They are a fabulous team!

Fantastic experience: Therapists and staff were friendly and helpful. Progressive stretches and strength building exercises alleviated my planter fasciitis. Would definitely return and work with either Kim again if needed.

Fantastic experience: I am a current patient and I love the staff. I have had an opportunity to work with both Kims, Megan, Maria, Matt, Jarrett, Tommy (student)and everyone has been fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. They treat you with respect. The hours are great. They work with you and want to get you better. You get the super treatment every time.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists, assistants, and front staff are the best of the best. The front staff was always so helpful in setting up a schedule of appointments for the month. The assistants were so helpful with setting up the space, and assisting with treatments. I would highly recommend GPT in need of PT. From the outset, my care was excellent. I was struggling with nerve pain that was impacting my life significantly. I was assessed by Kim- she was confident in her assessment, created a treatment plan, and immediately offered solutions to help me deal with the pain. (I had gone to a chiropractor and had zero pain relief). Kim was incredibly helpful and explained the process of my treatment and exercises. She guided me through the early part of treatment (and at the end), and was very atune to how my body was reacting to traction, strengthening, and exercise. I also met with Ross, and he was excellent with traction, explaining in great detail the issues that needed to be addressed, and supporting my recovery with exercise. Finally, I met with Nicki, specifically for strength training through core work and Pilates- she is an expert in Pilates, and her care, again was excellent. She helped create a Pilates core strengthening program that is clear and totally do-able. I was particularly impressed with how each PT worked cooperatively with each other- it's a great environment, and I always felt heard. During the course of treatment, I travelled a very long distance, and they helped me with tips to keep my progress going. I was pain free the entire time in my travels (spending at least four days travelling 14+ hours)! I am so grateful for their care and support through a very physically painful time in my life.

Fantastic experience: I have been using the Greendale Worcester location for over 4 years now. A couple of different occasions and have never thought of going somewhere else. From Marianne at the front desk helping with billing and reservations to any of the therapists in the clinic, all have been curtious and professional. Parking lot is spacious and convenient.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving physical therapy at Worcester Greendale Physical Therapy for the past 4 months, following surgery to repair my rotator cuff and bicep. My Therapists are very knowledgeable in their expertise and their “bedside manner “ has made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I have returned to work ( light duty for now), and am confident I will be fully recovered soon. My only regret it that I will miss my sessions with these amazing therapists.

Fantastic experience: The staff will definitely challenge you and will make sure that you understand how to properly perform the exercises. Everyone seems very caring and the atmosphere is extremely collegial. I have progressed well during my visits and the work has helped bring my attention from the initial problem area to the supporting muscles and tissue groups. Fantastic experience: Great experience! I had a partial Achilles tear and they helped get it fully healed in 6 weeks! I am a firefighter and Rachel tailored my care for my occupation so I could handle it getting back to work! I think its amazing the specialized care with regards to that. I hope I never get injured again, but if I do I will be coming here!

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful physical therapy clinic and I highly recommend it. The first time I went to Greendale PT, Worc. I was struck by the atmosphere. It had a friendly, small-town vibe where everyone was chatting while they got the work done. I felt welcome immediately. And the work they do is excellent. I've seen many different therapists, and they are all very attentive and caring. They have pushed me enough to improve quickly, yet I have always felt supported. The result has been a fast improvement of my back problems. You could not ask for better care.

Fantastic experience: My experiences thus far with Greendale Physical Therapy on Gold Star Blvd. has completely blown away any prior physical therapy that that I’ve been through (there has been a lot). The staff is extremely knowledgeable and make you feel like a part of the program, part of a team v.s. Just another patient. My personal recovery has been so much quicker, and less painful than I ever expected. Fantastic experience: My physical therapist retired and I was very weary about starting with new people. I am so happy I chose Greendale Physical Therapy in Worcester. Every time I walk in , I am greeted by name and with a smile. Ross and Rachel are absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: As an ICU nurse, I know what it means to provide care to many patients. I never imagined one day I would be that patient! After a traumatic fall and having to have surgery on my shoulder, I came to Greendale Physical Therapy and was put in the hands of two phenomenal physical therapists (Ross & Racheal). Not only have I seen incredible results, they treated me with kindness, respect, and motivated me every step of the way. I would certainly recommend them to my friends, family, and coworkers!

Fantastic experience: I received excellent care at Greendale! I went there to rehab a rotator cuff repair after a different PT provider had discharged me still in pain. My physical therapist (Rachel) and the assistants at Greendale gave me excellent treatment, including expert soft tissue work. They educated effectively about what I could do on my own to improve. My pain went away and the affected muscles got back to normal strength and mobility. All the staff were both highly competent and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the team at Worcesters Greendale Physical Therapy! Every time I come in I’m greeted by name with a smile and taking in for my appointment in a timely manner. The physical therapists are great and have great attitudes. As I’m sitting getting my PT I can hear throughout the room all the positive motivating pep talk and it really makes for a great atmosphere!!!! Fantastic experience: Pablo and Kim are excellent! I was having chronic neck pain from an unknown cause for months!!! . I tried numerous home remedies, chiropractic care and massage. My primary care recommended physical therapy and mother had a great experience here - so I booked an appointment. After the first couple appointments I noticed a relief in my pain. I kept at it. About 2 months of treatment , I now have no neck pain. They are great about educating you on work to continue at home between appointments. If you have tried everything and you’re still in pain. Try greendale physical therapy! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Working with Kim Marques for the last several months has been the best physical therapy experience I could imagine! I think this is the third chunk of time that I’ve come here )neck/shoulder/back/two knee replacements) and I would go nowhere else – in fact I recommend this Greendale PT to any and all friends who need it. Also because I see many of the other therapists here I know I could work with any of them if Kim was not available. This has totally changed what I thought physical therapy would be like!

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident and we were rear ended in January 2022 in Worcester MA!! After reaching out to Greendale physical therapy on Gold Star Blvd I was set up!! Fantastic experience: I went to Greendale as part of my recovery from knee surgery and they were so accommodating! I worked with several different folks, including Matt Kim and Nikki on different days- and everyone was so supportive and helpful. My knee is well on its way to working again and it's thanks to these great people. They were also very flexible with scheduling, offering me times outside of my work hours and even often seeing me early if I arrived early. The front desk staff is outstanding!
