Fantastic experience: I started with Connections PT. in April with Alex. Alex is a very good PT. She has helped me a lot with walking better my balance has gotten better. Iam now working with Jeff and he is a really good PT. My balance and walking has gotten even better with Jeff as well. The staff at 120 Stafford St. location are very good and very nice PT.

Fantastic experience: The Worcester clinic is a great location. My Doctor is knowledgeable and friendly, and provided a reasonable treatment plan for me. I like the flexibility to schedule my appointments, and being able to text the office is a great feature if I am running behind.

They get to know their client and adapt to work with that person's needs. I have an underlying chronic illness I am not seeing them for. I am seeing them for an acute injury bur they are working with my limitations due to my chronic problem. Sarah is just amazing as my PT.. I love working with her. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and anticipates your needs. She really listens to your concerns. Their new location is fantastic! I would strongly recommend them. Oscar who helps with scheduling is great! Everyone is superior in all they do. Thanks Connections for making my life a whole lot better and for working with me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Connections Physical theraphy for about 2 years now. Dr. Amy Roberts has been my main therapist and she has been outstanding. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, accomplished and accommodating. She knows her stuff!! Once Covid happened we were able to do PT online which was extremely helpful and safe. In November of 2021, I had a knee replacement. I met up with all the other therapists, Jeff, Nicole, Alex and Eileen, Erica, and staff members Oscar and Liz at other appointments and they were equally wonderful. I'm very grateful for all their care and concern for me and I would highly reccomend Connections PT at Webster Square without reservation ! I have continued my PT theraphy at Connections PT and the review has not changed one iota! Even though my staff has changed the service, care and results remain exceptional and outstanding! Bravo to all Jeff, Oscar and Liz who I work with for the most part now! My mobility after my Total knee replacement is beyond my expectations! I cannot say enough about this place! Fantastic experience: I was referred by my neurologist at UMASS to Connections for PT and OT because previous therapists had prescribed generic strengthening as if I had an orthopedic problem. Jeff and Erica immediately focused on MY condition — I was floored by how, time and again, they would present me with a task that didn’t sound difficult, but highlighted my particular challenges. They chose therapeutic approaches for my particular strengths and weaknesses, and they explained what they were doing and why. I enjoy my therapy, I find it helpful, and I’ve happily recommended Connections to friends looking for a practice with a neuro focus. (The facility is clean and well-kept, and support staff are also pleasant and helpful.)

Fantastic experience: I am rating the clinicians and students that work at connections as I haven't had the same positive experience with their business / billing side. Erica who specializes in Occupational Therapy provides the perfect amount of empathy and push to improve. She helped me regain a lot of strength in small - yet important - places (fingers, grip strength, etc). She also helped me with cognitive struggles and helped me live more productively. I saw Alex when she worked with connections before moving out of state. She was the reason I began and stayed at connections - she became a dear friend and if there is a day she does return to connections I will return regardless of insurance or business issues. I have Multiple Sclerosis which adds context to why I visited connections so frequently - it is a neurological condition that requires not only rehabilitation but maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Alicia was amazing in helping me recover after my shoulder dislocation. I was back to lifting weights and snowboarding within a month after my first visit! Would highly recommend her and Connections PT.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Connections PT for about 2 weeks. I am very pleased with my therapist Alicia who is providing me with therapy and follow-up exercises to do at home. She is always on time, which is important to me! Areas are disinfected after a prior patient. I would highly recommend Connections!

Fantastic experience: Jeff and Alexandra are the greatest physical therapists around to help me with my Parkinson’s Disease symptoms and now my Plantar Fasciitis issue! Both Jeff and Alexandra are very compassionate and knowledgeable about my needs and services. Connections Physical Therapy is like my second home as I've been attending my Parkinson's BiG n LOUD program for well over a year now! Great facility and awesome staff to be working out of and with during my journey of my medical conditions Parkinson's Disease, Dystonia and Meniere's Disease! I highly recommend Connections Physical Therapy and I refer them to all my Parkinson's WARRIORS!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy our neurologist recommended Connections in Worcester. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease and has benefited greatly from his therapy. Recently he began a new program, LSVT BIG which is geared to help with his movements. We saw results in the first week as did his Neurologist. Amy, his therapist is terrific, extremely motivating with lots of feedback. All the staff at Connections have been wonderful. I am so glad we have found a program that is working. 5 ***** for sure!!!

Fantastic experience: Alex is an excellent physical therapist. She has helped me gain back my strength, balance and stamina lost due to years of living with Multiple Sclerosis. She is a kind, friendly woman who is there to help you test your limits but not surpass those limits; and there are limits when dealing with MS. Alex understands those limits. I don't know if I would be able to do some things I can do today if it weren't for Alex and her physical therapy knowledge, guidance and instruction! I highly recommend Alex and her team at the Worcester MA office!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Alex and the other staff . I first saw Alex at the Grafton office after a bad calcaneus fracture. 2 years later I am back in her care at the Worcester office . Thank you for helping me to regain my balance and mobility.
