Positive experience: My cons: The place needs repair and update, Rooms to over populated, To many patients not enough nurses I'll say. Some workers are super ignorant. You can't never get someone on the phone there where days I couldn't get updated of my mom and if someone pick up they be rude. Social workers never help you with anything they never return calls. 2nd floor is lacking nurses and compassion for people who are in death bed they leave patient that need Xtra care to die like my mother. My Pros: I'll say my mom was well know here a lot of nurses was nice specially Mrs Irene! She really loves her job y'all need more compassion people like her. Hospice: Are horrible! Over all have a tour before you place anyone here to me all nursing home are the same. Is not bout the look of the place is about the worker behind those doors my mother or other elderly should be properly care for that why we trust places like this but at the end we all make mistakes now my mother is free and not suffering God has her under his wings. AMEN!

Fantastic experience: When I landed myself at Parsons Hill it will be a time I will never forget. Some bad things alot of good things as well. Choices that I made good or bad are my accomplishments and flaws. Working on my flaws got me where I em today, a better person and friend. I had alot of anger that special CNA'S and NURSES as well as Social Services, Head Nurse Dept to the wonderful Receptionists at the main entrance to the hard working administration office on my side to help. If I could give them a 6 star I would. Thank you for all your help.

Positive experience: Very understaffed. Nurses were rude. Two nurses ran around there crazy to try to put up the slack from the other bums. I would never recommend

Fantastic experience: I think the ambassador is a very helpful lady. She helps me do my nails, she treats me nice, she streats everyone nice and we appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: This has been my 3rd time being in this place and the service I've gotten has been really good. My needs, (in ev'ry sense of the word), have been met. There's always gonna be bad apples between the good ones just only concentrate on making progress and getting stronger ev'ryday!!!

Fantastic experience: I came here a little over a year ago, I was in a very bad condition and the staff couldn't have been anymore nicer to me. With a lot of hard work here I feel confident enough to leave Parsons Hill to be on my own again. I want to thank all of the staff for being great with me from the CNAs to the Nursing staff and Rehab department. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Positive experience: We enjoyed a wonderful and thoughtful breakfast buffet. The staff went above and beyond to make the morning a very nice time. The dining room was set up beautifully and the food was good.

Fantastic experience: As an employee at Parson Hill I love and enjoy coming to work everyday to see my residents and help them in any way possible. It is unfortunate we have a pandemic going on, but we try to come up with new things to do with our residents to make their stay here a better one!

Fantastic experience: I was a patient at Parsons Hill for a week to rehabilitate my legs. What I loved about Parson Hill was the staff, how professional they are and also how caring they show kindness to all the patients. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good, they provide entertainment such as arts and craft, bingo, moives and they bring in a person to sing music to us. I highly recommend this facility for those in need of health care and rehabilitation. My hats off to you Parsons Hill and keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: The admission staff and social service staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. They get all the information you need to feel comfortable to move forward with having your family be a member of their services.

Fantastic experience: i have been in parson hills for 2/1/2 months,i was always treated with dignity acompassion and respect.true there understaffed,what hospital isnt. this place has a bad rep.,but that comes from the clients,90% are addicts and ther are very winny and demanding,especially when they cant get the drugs they want here.the staff deals with verbal abuse,physical .if you want help/treatment,an oppertunity to get better its here,most just want a roof over ther heads and a bed,food and a place to continueabuse,yet every day the staff shows up and it starts again.the staff here cares about the people here no matter how much abuse they take.these are trully deadacated carring people who come in every day,with one goal in mind,helpplng the clients,God bless them
