Positive experience: Very surprised at so many negative reviews. If you're seeking detox & need help getting or staying clean/sober, it is worth it! They do tests upon arrival, to learn what exactly is in your system (substances), then medicate you accordingly. You will also be able to attend meetings & learn more about addiction & how to better understand everything that goes along with it. Not only will this facility help treat your mental health, it also concentrates a lot on physical symptoms as well. Why go through withdrawal at home or on the street, where it's way more risky, could even be dangerous? Yes, I'll admit, any detox facility is uncomfortable, but you're not there for comfort. It's not a 5 star hotel, it's an inpatient substance abuse treatment program for addicts of all ages seeking recovery & abstinence from drugs in active addiction, who cannot obtain or maintain sobriety on their own. Don't do this by yourself, when you can get the help that you desperately need & deserve. Experienced professionals are waiting to help you today & work around the clock (24/7) to support you day/night. Call them please, if you or a loved one is battling the disease of addiction. Don't hesitate. You may have to wait for admission if no beds are available, but it's worth it!! Easy to find location in Worcester, off street parking. Programs are available here for all genders/backgrounds/ages, whether this is your first time getting off of drugs, or your 100th. Best of luck. We do recover.

Fantastic experience: CHL Saved my Life .Passages To the TSS To TheBeryls House Completed That Halfway House .Currently in Programing in Still CHL today.In a women Sober living House.I Just had to want it..I Arrived in Worcester August 13 2020.Im still here .12/21/2021...i didn't know I could stay in a program for possibly the amount of time I have been here in Worcester.. I guess I may never leave ...I'm safe.

Positive experience: Only had one good med i am leaving this place poor attitudes very uneducated and inexperienced doctors come along and don't prescribe what is needed act dumbfounded.

Fantastic experience: This place has always been there when I'm kicked out on the street with nowhere to go. Yes the bathrooms are disgusting and there are mice; but it's a bed in a time when I'm just grateful for that if anything. Despite the inadequacies and bad rap that follows chl, I give it five stars as a place with good intention where I've never seen somebody in need actually turned away.

Fantastic experience: The people at the Community healthlink on Chandler st. with Nu kitchen cafe in it, have been very friendly and willing to help us as a family deal with super difficult situations. I'm glad we had the help of our family partner and our kids Psychiatrist.

Fantastic experience: Great detox and all around treatment center

Positive experience: i had a good experience here as a first time detox, but it is true that most of the staff don’t really seem to care about actually helping the clients. i waited about 4 hours while very sick to be admitted upstairs, and it wasn’t until day 3 that i saw a case manager to be assessed. i practically had to beg to use a phone, & got “in trouble” for bringing a cup of juice into my room. don’t get me wrong some of the staff were very nice & once i saw my case manager cindy, she was helpful. i just felt as though the program could be run in a more professional manner.

Fantastic experience: I love my therapist...i get all my support here. Very good for my dual diagnosis.
