Fantastic experience: My son GP attended the Yonkers location , he have chronic back pain/scolioses. The staff aways treated him well and always very accommodating with the appointments and nice to him.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place. I was here for my De Quervain's tenosynovitis. It used to hurt me a lot during driving and to work, but after my PT sessions with therapycare, it really helped me so much. Dr.Reddy took excellent care, and she is the best.

Fantastic experience: My wife got a severe ankle sprain and foot bone fracture. We tried Therapy care and it is amazing. Being impressed, I also decided to get therapy for my chronic back and neck pain. Impression : - following the doctor’s order: yes, they do perfectly followed Dr’s order for my wife - Assessments : In my case, Gita the therapist did a through assessment and prepared a care plan. Dr Karth- we never met. - Re assessment: Gita is doing weekly follow up with both of us. - Team : Front desk and scheduling- is great. We got flexible schedule to manage our time. Mic- is exceptionally efficient in managing the turn and implementing the care plan. He explains each modality well and helps us to benefit its max. Anyi- the massage expert has magical hands. She knows what she is doing. Super excellent in massaging. Shiv- the trainee, will become a great therapist in the future. - Cleanliness: excellent Results: My wife resumed work after a break two months. Even after seven sessions, she felt remarkable change. Fantastic experience: Hey guys this is my first experience performing Physical Therapy! My experience is awesome In my first week I started to feel improvement in my knee! These people are compassionate and hard working they care about your recovery I find myself wanting to go every day ❤️❤️❤️ In my opinion this a great place to do your physical therapy and they take most insurance and also private pay(cash and credit) they are very close to Mount Vernon and Yonkers! The bus stops near the office and they may be able to help with non-emergency medical rides!

Fantastic experience: I have arthritis in both knees and was in a lot of pain when I first began therapy here about 6 weeks ago and I can confidently say I feel so much better and the pain has gone down so much. I am able to do everyday tasks with so much ease now whereas before I couldn't even leave my bed. The staff is also very friendly and extremely helpful with whatever I need.

Fantastic experience: I can't describe how successful my recovery (knee pain for two years & arthroscopic surgery) has been! The care and therapy by both Nidi and Michael, has allowed me to regain strength, balance and mobility. I am extremely grateful to ALL their staff, they are profesional, cheerful and always friendly. The gym is easily accessible with lots parking & sparkling clean facilities.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shah became my physical therapist 2 weeks after I had ankle surgery for a trimalleolar fracture. The first time I saw her I was terrified of someone touching my foot let alone of moving it or looking at the incisions. Dr. Shah has excellent bedside manner, she was caring, patient, incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Most of all she listened to me and was super gentle. 4 weeks later I am able to start stepping on my foot. She gave me confidence and her therapy has allowed me to regain movement and relief for such terrible injury. She is excellent!!!!

Fantastic experience: Yonker's Therapy Care has been the best decision I could have made to receive my rehab after my surgery for a torn meniscus. The entire staff from Nidhi-Shah, Mike and Nick are very knowledgeable and caring. I love the fact that none of the workouts are the same or boring. They focus on stability, balancing, strengthening and stretching. If it would be possible, I would absolutely continue the workouts with them even after I'm fully recovered with my rehab. Great work!

Fantastic experience: I came here last year when I developed patellar maltracking in my left knee and am glad I chose this office! The staff here are just incredible - from Dr. Kart's tailored exercises for my individual body type / injury, to Dr. Shah's infinite patience answering my questions. Michael is also very good at what he does, and will notice when an exercise needs further adjusting or when to change things up a little. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had achilles tendon surgery back in May 2021. I’ve been going to Therapy Care for about 10 week now with Dr. Nidhi Shah and her staff. The entire staff is knowledgeable, caring, and patient. Today’s session was extra special. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr. Nidhi Shah and the TherapyCare staff for their treatment plan during my recovery. I needed therapy to restore strength and range of motion after shoulder surgery. After about 8 to 12 weeks, I’m close to normal functionality. My range of motion is great and my strength is gradually coming back. My orthopedist is happy with my progress. That’s a credit to Mike and Nick, under Dr. Shah’s direction, to push my limits in order to get better. Brenna at the desk is pleasant and helpful. If you need rehabilitative care and want positive results, Dr. Nidhi Shah and her staff are the ones to see.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't even sleep at night due to the pain in my shoulder. After the first visit I experienced my first painless nights sleep since my shoulder started giving me problems. It only got better from there. The exercises and stretching that I was instructed to do eventually allowed me to get back a range of motion in my shoulder along with a diminishing of pain to the point where I even forget there's a problem. I have just completed my third visit and my shoulder has improved exponentially over these visits. I highly recommend TherapyCare Physical Therapy. They've helped me get back my shoulder and Dr Shah is a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic experience: I got referred here from my other physical therapy place that I had 2 years ago that no longer accepts my insurance. Dr. Shah helped me out over the phone and got me in quick. Very helpful and courteous. I had 2 neck surgeries with my recent one being a C5-C6 disc replacement and it has been a great experience so far. Nick and Mike have been doing my stretches and workout routine and are awesome. As a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist, I highly recommend Therapy Care. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from sports injury in my ankle joint, Dr Shah and Andrea made my rehabilitation fun, they will push me alot but it gave results more than I expected and faster than I expected, Everytime I went there will ask my progress and feedback so they will come up with the protocol that suits me. they both will explain me why I will be doing what kind of exercises with the extensive knowledge of anatomy in basic. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nidhi has been so helpful since I’ve started physical therapy. I have scoliosis and have been dealing with back and shoulder pain for years. I finally looked into physical therapy as my PCP suggested and I am so glad I came here. The staff is extremely kind and courteous and they even call if you haven’t come in a while. Fantastic experience: On 6/29/ 2020 I underwent a right total knee replacement surgery and shortly after started physical therapy at the Physical Therapy local in Yonkers. The pain was unbearable at times and walking was virtually impossible. I also developed sciatica pain on the lower back and left side. The sciatica was treated over the course of approximately eight weeks and I’m virtually pain free. I’m still treating the knee and I’m walking with very minimal pain. The therapeutic team (Dr. Shah, Michael, & the Hispanic therapist...)are excellent professionals and the facility/ ambience is top notch. I definitely recommend it. Juan S.

Fantastic experience: I came to this therapy care place with severe IT band syndrome. Started the therapy twice a week in August. They have worked wonders on my condition. Before coming here I couldn’t sleep with the pain I had. After their wonderful therapy I can now sleep soundly. My symptoms have disappeared. Fantastic experience: My little brother comes to Therapy Care for therapy two times a week. The physicians here are so friendly and really care about how you feel and how they can assist you. Fantastic experience: I strongly reccommend the excellent therapists at TherapyCare! Provided individual physical therapy exercises and instruction. Strengthened me and got me walking again! Easy place to find, with a parking lot, all on ground floor, easy access without steps. Caring and supportive staff led by the director Kart ! MOVED ! Kart and his TherapyCare staff of excellent, skilled and knowledgeable therapists have moved from their previous place to 1254 Yonkers Avenue, in Yonkers, a NEW, LARGER facility with GYM equipment to better strengthen muscles in a variety of therapies; a larger space with more patient tables, free weights, leg press machine, elliptical trainer, treadmill, and more! Larger and still free parking lot, easy highway access, better air conditioning, nicer sitting/waiting room with a water cooler. After an excellent Columbia Presbyterian orthopaedic surgeon successfully did my fourth hip replacement, Dr. Kart and his therapists are the primary cause for my recovery so far and walking as well as I can today, four years after surgery. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I came here for low back pain and knee problem after my accident. The level of care that they provide is extra ordinary. Therapists are knowledgeable and result oriented. Not only that my back pain is relieved but They also designed a fitness protocol for me which I am following now and I am able to get back to my exercises and stay fit. Thanks a lot Therapycare :)

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dr kart for any physical issues which can be treated by physical therapy. I hurted my shoulder while playing baseball, he diagnosed it well and made a plan for me which worked very well. I got to see results in few days and recovered in few weeks. The staff their is very friendly and caring making sure you feel comfortable and the appointment goes as planned.

The location is convenient and very spacious to do various exercises. Everyone is very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The patients who go here are also very nice, which is a plus. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to physical therapy since 9/5 with excruciating pain to my lower back due to my lower lumbar . The pain was unbearable resulting in my walking and ever day function. Today is 11/12 and I am managing the pain without medication due to the unvelivealbe therapy I am receiving. The staff provides one on one treatment and it has been a wonderful experience. I am getting better everyday as I thought I would not be able to function in my job and home anymore

Fantastic experience: I came in due to a minor tear in my hamstring. I worked with Dr Nidhi Shah and she was great..!! Not only the therapy effective and my leg back in shape but it was a lot of fun as well. I'm curious with lot of questions and Nidhi was able to tell me all about the legs anatomy and what each exercise I was doing. She also prepared for the exercise that I can work at my home in my hectic schedule. The staff is also polite and accommodating. Fantastic experience: The place itself is well equipped, has excellent customer service and is located conveniently. They are phone/email friendly to book appointments and responds pretty quick. The front desk staff are all super friendly and helpful. TherapyCare came highly recommended by my friend who is also a patient. I had a partial torn ACL in my left knee and my goal was to get back to playing the sports I love as soon as possible. I was assigned to Dr Nidhi, she gave me realistic expectations as to how the process would go and we got to work. Every session was a challenge but the journey was fun. Finally now I am able to play cricket and basketball back without pain. I highly recommend this place and the staff here if you are dealing with the pain yourself!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with excruciating sciatica and was in desperate need to get some experienced attention. I googled sciatica specialist in my area, and TherapyCare Physical Therapy was listed at the top of my results. I literally requested consultation on a Sunday at 7:30pm, at 9am I was getting a phone call scheduling my appointment for that same day! I arrived at about 11:37am…filled out some necessary paperwork and by 12pm I was sitting with Kart. Kart is the owner and also head therapist. He let me EXPLAIN my history, asked questions when needed, and actually LISTENED to all my complaints. I really appreciate not feeling rushed and like “just another patient”. The entire staff was so kind and attentive, I felt like I was at the right place. After my assessment, I started my first session!! Top of the line attention; I received electrotherapy, massage, stretching exercises, and was educated during each process. I felt better upon leaving and actually excited to return.

Fantastic experience: I have spondylolisthesis with degenerative disk disorder. I had worked with two physical therapists & was unhappy with their approach & lack of attention. Dr. Kart provided me with a personalized treatment program that addressed my specific condition. He, or one of his excellent staff are always present during the session, & available to answer my questions. Unlike other therapists, he never tried to sell me on more frequent visits, as I practice home therapy religiously (according to his regimen). I noticed improvement in pain levels & mobility with the 1st two weeks & am confident that with his treatment, I will not require spinal surgery. I am so glad that I shopped around, as Dr. Kart is truly an excellent Physical Therapist.
