Front desk staff is excellent! Scheduling is flexible. Shay provided a thorough eval and thoroughly explained what was going on, why I had pain and weakness and how to address it. I had suggested a Physical Therapy consult to the specialist when I didn't want injections to treat the symptom but to work on the cause of the discomfort and weakness. I would have requested a referral specifically to Mountain Land Physical Therapy but that was their "go to" for referrals. I'm happy to give Mountain Land a well-deserved 5 stars.

Negative experience: The folks at Mountain Land Physical Therapy are kind and mean well, but I would not recommend this office to serious athletes. Personally, my therapy was repetitive from week to week and generally ineffective. The exercises they provide you with are printed in black and white ink with barely legible descriptions. A simple written request took the doctor over a week to acknowledge and fulfill. Ultimately, some simple improvements are overdue.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with both Michael and John. They are both very good at listening and working with individuals, both hands on and in recommending exercises that help. My most recent visit started with neck problems and a lot of pain. Michael was able to work with me to the point that the pain was very manageable and she taught me techniques that have continued to help when I do something that aggravates my problem. I highly recommend both of them.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Mountain Land for sports related injuries. One injury has more chronic symptoms, and it involves several muscles in the upper back/shoulder blade area. ML was referred to me, and after my doctor approved the referral, I have been very happy with the treatments, the staff, and the ambiance of the office. My therapist is Michael Kelsey, and she is fantastic. She listens, has experience, and is very knowledgeable and insightful about different approaches. The entire staff, is friendly and cares about their clients. I highly recommend Mountain Land Broadway Billings, Michael & the whole team!

Fantastic experience: Thru the last year, as I have recovered from an ankle injury and broken bone in my right foot, I have had the opportunity to work with John and Michael on many occasions. Both are excellent physical therapists with years of experience which reveals itself as they tackle less often seen injuries. I would highly recommend either one of them. The office staff is friendly and handle the administrative work with quickness and efficiency.

Fantastic experience: I had chronic back pain for 3 years after 2 compression fractures. After completing about 6 weeks of dry needling treatment with Cole, I can say my pain has decreased 90%. I had tried many different treatments and have to credit dry needling as the successful treatment. Every person on staff is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Thank you Cole and staff for helping me feel better and giving me tools to continue a pain free future!
