Fantastic experience: I experienced some issues with my jaw popping after using a sleep mouthpiece. Following my dentist's suggestion, I visited Josh. Lindsay and the team helped me to learn how to walk again, gain confidence, and do the things I wasn’t sure I would be able to ever do again. Lindsay has a great balance of knowledge, accountability, tools, and creativity to modify the PT based on my needs on any given day. I wouldn’t be where I am today in my recovery if it wasn’t for her. I would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good about my PT, Sam and Mary, her student PT! My leg was tingling to the bottom of my foot for years when I discovered North 40 at Yellowstone Fitness. I love how they used the gym to incorporate exercises with my PT plan. The Red Rope therapy was so helpful on those days where I was in too much pain to do many other exercises. They always want to know what you’re dealing with pain wise so they can provide the correct exercises. Their knowledge of their profession is astounding and their patient care is to the highest level. They have been instrumental in giving me a better quality of life and at 71 that is so important! Fantastic experience: I am an active equestrian - averaging over 2,000 ridden miles per year. My knees were thrashed from arthritis and a lifetime of riding. I had bilateral Total Knee Replacements - 10 days apart in October 2023. I was so fortunate to be referred to Lindsay Weinberg by friends. She is an active Hunter/Jumper - so I knew she would understand that I wanted to be back in the saddle sooner rather than later. While I was able to ride after 4 weeks - there was still some pain. I would break it down for Lindsay, and she would customize exercises to help me overcome that pain. In less than 2 months, I was riding pain-free - for 15+ miles at a time! I am so thankful for her and the North 40 Team. They are all amazing. Undoubtedly, I will refer all my equestrian (and non-equestrian) friends to North 40s Lindsay Weinberg.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Samantha for some post-backpacking issues end of this summer - I highly recommend working with her! I definitely felt that my specific needs as an individual were addressed in a way that works with the demands I have in my day-to-day life. Sam is caring, friendly, and professional. She knows what she's doing and gives you that push you need when you need it. (Let's face it, if we need PT, sometimes we need a push!) Hopefully I don't injure myself again, but if I do I won't hesitate to book with her.

Fantastic experience: North 40 is the place to go! The entire staff is professional, kind and helpful. In March I had a bad horse accident where I fractured my fibula, tibial plateau, tore my ACL and my meniscus. I had to have knee surgery which of course meant PT. After calling what felt like every clinic and having no luck booking an appointment I called North 40 on my last try. They got me in immediately! I absolutely love my Therapist, Lindsey. She is knowledge, kind, personable, and has made my life so much easier. As a bonus she's a fellow equestrian so she really knows what to do to help me get back in the saddle. My leg has noticeable improvement and I wouldn't want a different therapist. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been into N40 for a couple different issues and every time it’s been a wonderful experience. All the PT’s are knowledgeable and actually listen to my issues and want to work with me to get back to my normal functioning. I’ve done dry needling for both issues and they only go as far as you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: North 40 PT is by far one of the best PT experiences you will get. I've been seeing Josh for just about my entire body. It started with a hip imbalance, TFL pain in my hips, ankle mobility, my back went out at some point, we have worked on retraining my shoulder muscles to fire correctly, and he has cured my constant dull ache migraines I have had for several years. The dry needling technique he uses is unlike most places you would go to get needled, and is more effective. Josh's extensive knowledge base of the body as well as him being an athlete himself allows him to understand what you may be experiencing, and how to get you back up and moving as you should be. I am a strength and conditioning coach and I refer all my athletes to Josh when they are having problems.

Fantastic experience: It's probably not good that I've had the privilege of being a repeat client at North 40, but here we are.... a life we'll lived needs a good physical therapy session from time to time! Both Jeff and Josh have helped me with whiplash incidents and Josh took care of a hip injury. Fantastic experience: Josh Henderson is an optimal PT! He is very well rounded with his knowledge of how the human body moves. I have been treated by Josh for a rare overuse injury from running and he also helped me with old problems that a previous PT just couldn't. We also did a running analysis which has helped tremendously with the races I do. I highly recommend him for practically anything you are struggling with.

Fantastic experience: Josh is amazing!! When I first reached out I was on week 7 of a constant tension headache and had just about lost hope of anything helping it. Josh helped me with issues in my jaw due to TMD, as well as my neck, shoulders, and back. I’m now almost 2 months headache free, working on building strength, good posture, and doing things to prevent more flare ups in the future. I could not be happier that I found North 40! The whole staff is incredible!! 11/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: North 40 physical therapy has exceeded my expectations! I suffer from chronic migraines and neck pain and the dry needling Josh has done has helped tremendously with the pain. I’ve had dry needling in the past, but the technique he’s trained in works much better than what anyone else’s has done. Last summer I was diagnosed with vestibular migraine and suffered vertigo attacks. The VRT exercises helped tremendously and I can drive, workout, and work consistently. Josh is very knowledgeable in many different diagnoses. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Went in a with a busted finger and a poor grip due to a lack of mobility. Between laser therapy, ultrasounds, and traditional hand exercises, Josh was able to improve my hand considerably. And, like he said, time would take care of the rest and it did. I appreciated that he didn’t continue to bring me back for extra treatments when he thought he’d done all he could. And he was correct — time did the rest. Highly recommend!
