St. John's United Outpatient Therapy Services

Fantastic experience: My experience with Home Health nurse, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy was very good. All were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would be most comfortable recommending this service to anyone who qualifies to receive it.

Fantastic experience: For 4 months, twice a week, I accompanied my neighbor, who was nearly 80, to her PT and OT out-patient appointments at St. John's United. We made the decision to travel 150 miles round trip to receive these services because we believed in the quality of care she would receive at St. John's. As it turned out, her care far exceeded our expectations. Carol, Anne and Heather provided the skill, human interest, and "heart" that helped bring full mobility back for my neighbor. She is back at home living independently again, including driving on her own! We cannot imagine a more skilled or healing staff and environment than what we experienced at St. John's. The warmth and genuine human presence that accompanied the highly skilled therapy witnessed to the wholistic approach they strive for. We are deeply and sincerely grateful for the staff and the healing success they brought. In our minds and hearts, St. John's staff and facility are the best in all of Billings. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about the outpatient physical therapy services I received at the Shilo Family Clinic in mid-November thru Dec. 2021. I was referred there by my primary physician to improve balance & strength in my legs after 2 knee replacements & sitting through over a year of pandemic inactivity. Physical Therapist Heather & LPTA Carol put me at ease from the 1st session & shared practical at home activities I could practice between sessions. They also addressed a pinched nerve in my upper back that was painful & had caused me to lose sensation & strength rapidly . They are extremely professional, knowledgeable & personable & I truly looked forward to my sessions each week. I made rapid progress & was discharged from their services in mid January feeling better than I have in 15 years! I highly recommend St. John's Outpatient Therapy & will forever be grateful for the help I received from Heather & Carol.

Fantastic experience: Sarah Parker was amazing. I had back problems and consequently, walking problems. After a long and detailed question, answer, physical exam - session, she set out a therapy program specifically for me. I started the program and we had a later follow up session. Back is better, walking is much better. Could not be happier with my experience

Fantastic experience: The therapy sessions have been very beneficial for my recovery. The two therapists I have worked with are professional, helpful, and know what I need to work on. They are also helpful in responding to my questions.
