Fantastic experience: I had a great experience overall and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Every day I came in, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a positive attitude from the entire staff. They truly made the process enjoyable and motivating. I especially want to recognize Mitch and Kevin, who worked closely with me throughout my therapy. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, and they made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. While I don’t know everyone’s name, I want to say that the entire team was outstanding. The environment was welcoming, respectful, and supportive from start to finish. I highly recommend this physical therapy clinic to anyone looking for quality care and genuine people who truly care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Mitchell Rouse helped me with right knee arthroplasty rehabilitation and I completed with 120 degree flexion in 8 weeks. Very professional and personable team and I will definitely go back for any future Physical Therapy needs. I give them my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Morgan last year due to the muscular issues I was having in my neck and shoulders. My muscles stay very tight and there is a lot of inflammation along with constant pain. These symptoms are related to sleep apnea and I also believe I have an underlying auto immune disease. My treatment with Morgan mostly consists of microneedling. The microneedling instantly releases the tension in my muscles. Unfortunately, it is not a complete fix for my muscular issues. With my medical issues, there is no complete fix. However, the needling does help dramatically for about one week. Morgan is very knowledgeable in her field, she is very friendly, and she cares about her patients. If you are having any type of muscular issues, go see Morgan! You will leave feeling refreshed and much more relaxed!

Fantastic experience: Morgan Kreger is the best PT! I’ve had running injuries for years that I thought I was going to suffer from forever. Before seeing Morgan, I saw 3 different PTs but had little to no improvement. Morgan is intentional and makes rehab fun!! I’m now back to running and enjoying life pain-free!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all of the staff at the Lakeshore PKWY location for their efforts in my rehabilitation. I’ve rarely seen a place that was so welcoming, friendly, and truly engaging in not just my therapy and recovery but all of their patients. The smiling faces and positive energy that flows in this is office is unmistakable and is a crucial piece to why this office gets so much praise. I am 5 weeks removed from shoulder surgery and while at my Dr. visit for that milestone he was highly impressed by my range of motion. He even stated he didn’t need to see me again to follow the same regiment it was working extremely well! STAFF: Morgan is a frontline leader who possesses the required knowledge to get you back on track from any injury I especially appreciated her candor, encouragement, and enthusiasm. I also worked with Brennan who filled in while Morgan was out and we did not miss a beat great guy who is learning and gathering skills to help his future clients and he is an amazing person. Finally the Twins two great young ladies with bright dispositions that will make them successful in any career of their choosing, I wish them luck. Thanks for the smiles everyone!

Fantastic experience: I had my knees totally replaced in September of 2022 and in January of 2023. I have been coming to see Morgan Kreger at Benchmark Therapy since right after surgery. I have made tremendous progress with my therapy and my recovery! I have been able to get full mobility with both of my knees in a very reasonable time. My doctor continues to be impressed by my progress! Morgan has worked hard with me to get me the maximum mobility with these new knees! I owe her so much! I’m not sure I can ever put into words how grateful I am that she was my physical therapist! I will forever be thankful and recommend her to anyone needing therapy! She’s the best and I just love her for how much she has helped me!!!

Fantastic experience: This location is always clean and bright! The staff are kind and answered any and all questions I had during my visits. My physical therapist, Morgan, always made sure to spend dedicated time explaining her treatments before and during my appointments. My pain is completely gone, but I sure do miss my visits with the staff :)

She welcomed me to the clinic with open arms and made me feel right at home from the first time I walked i through door. She gave me the best recommendations for what to do at home and how frequent to come in. Additionally, I had a reinjury during my rehab plan and she adjusted to fit my needs and timeline. If I could give over 5 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: BenchMark is truly a one of a kind physical therapy place. They not only care about the health and wellness of their patients but also tailor directly to the individuals needs. The time I spent at other physical therapy places doesn’t even compare to my time at Bench Mark. They are super understanding and work super hard to help their patients achieve their physical goals. I have been to countless other physical therapy places in Birmingham and none of them have shown the amount of dedication or commitment that bench mark has. I highly and I mean highly recommend bench mark for anyone needing PT. I have dislocated my shoulder multiple times in my life, each time trying a new pt program, but the second I stepped foot in bench mark the dislocations stopped. They are up to date on all of the newest and most effective ways to heal the human body while majority of pt places are just quite frankly living in the past. Their hard work and care for their patients is what sets them apart and if I ever have any injuries again they will be the first people I contact. Bench Mark has truthfully changed my physical health.
