Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! The whole staff has been so kind and professional. If you are going to physical therapy, then something in you is hurting. The therapist here not only give you the tools to get back on track, but they also stay mindful of your pain and your limits. I hope you never need physical therapy, but if you do, I highly recommend Therapy South!

I love love love that the instructors are PTs. Judie has just been amazing. I look forward to coming to every single class. Fantastic experience: Therapy South in Crestline has always been my go-to whenever we need physical therapy. My whole family has been treated there over the years. We've had everything from a torn Achilles, torn labrum (shoulder), pulled hamstrings and herniated discs. Most recently, Zach and Sally have treated my daughter and I. They have both been wonderful!! The environment is so friendly, yet professional. I cannot recommend them enough!

She was thorough, attentive, and pushed me enough to propel my progress. Heck, I’d tear it all over again just to hang out with Sally and the crew. Not really, but I’d consider it because they’re THAT great at what they do and are fantastic company during rehab! Thanks Sally and Therapy South Crestline!

Fantastic experience: Zach and his team were great! They got me in quickly and their schedule was very accommodating. I went in with a neck strain and a few weeks later good as new! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t ask for a better experience for both me (hip/back) and nine-year-old son (ankle). The therapists were able to get to the root of my problem that others had not been able to identify. They are attentive, patient, and experts at their jobs. Everyone is friendly and welcoming - you definitely will receive a lot of individual attention and feel heard. I appreciated their willingness and ability to accommodate our crazy schedules.

I have suffered from migraines my whole life and coming to therapy consistently has greatly reduced the frequency and severity! Therapy South has also worked with me through a hip fracture and I am very thankful for their time, attention, and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: As Zach as my initial PT I have had an appointment with almost every physical therapist at therapy south crestline including Stephen, Emily, and Andrew. All of them are great and really care about how you’re feeling! I have been here for a while and I feel my neck is much better than what it used to be. The PT techs are all amazing as well. Emily and Nancy at the front are also awesome and so kind. I love how they work as a team as well. Grateful for all of them!

I've had the opportunity to work with most everyone and have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone who works there! Fantastic experience: Susan and Sally helped me figure out and treat low back pain I was experiencing. I was able to figure out it was my SI joint and now have stretches and exercises I can do at home to help get it back aligned, when it gets “off”. I have since transitioned to training in the Therapy South Pilates studio and love how it both stretches and strengthens. Wonderful instructors.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Therapy South in Crestline village! I was pregnant with my 2nd baby and had just gone to the ER bc i couldnt walk and was sure something was wrong. Turns out I had a very weak pelvic floor due to previous C-section. This was very painful and at my first appointment with the amazing Susan Davies, I could barley walk to her room. By the end of the FIRST appt my pain was significantly better. She gave great guidance on how to keep working on it at home in between appts and was wonderful when it came to scheduling, as i would need to continue seeing her through my pregnancy. I honestly dont know what i would have done without her help! The whole office is wonderful too! the ladies at the front are diligent when it comes to communicating with insurance and helping you navigate all of that! Also, post pregnancy (another c-sec) I attended Susans pilates classes (some with my new little one) and it REALLY helped me get back on my feet so much faster than after my first!

Fantastic experience: Truly has been life transforming! Literally could hardly walk when I started there. Susan and her entire team of certified Pilates Reformer coaches are fantastic! They pay attention to you individually and are aware of all the unique strengths and weaknesses of YOUR body. Encouraging and welcoming environment. You will love it!

Fantastic experience: Susan and Sally have both taken care of me for the last year in pelvic floor therapy. They are both incredible providers and have made major improvements in my daily life. I started working with them at the beginning of and throughout my second pregnancy. I believe our work together truly made my delivery and postpartum recovery so much better than with my first baby. Don’t know what I would do without them!

Fantastic experience: After only 2 weeks of going to PT at TherapySouth Crestline, I've noticed a huge change in how I feel. My mobility, soreness, and pressure have all improved significantly. I didn't expect to see changes/results this quickly, but have been thrilled with the results. Sally is AMAZING -- patient, knowledgeable, and relatable. She walks you through the "why" while doing the exercises so you're able to understand the entire picture of your therapy plan and the end goal. The clinic operates like family and it is clear that each member of the staff takes pride in doing their job well. The staff is welcoming, diligent, knowledgeable, skilled, flexible, creative, and fun to be around! They are dedicated to getting their patients back to not only their pre-injury level of health, but beyond. I can specifically highly recommend their therapist Sally George. Sally went above and beyond in my care. She was always innovating new stretches and exercises and used a multitude of skills that aided my recovery. She was highly knowledgeable and her preparation behind the scenes was evident in how smoothly things ran during the appointment. Additionally, it was Sally’s expertise that lead to me getting the imaging needed to confirm my injury and prevent any further damage. I truly believe that I am stronger post physical therapy than I was before. Sally selflessly serves her patients and is highly accommodating to busy schedules. In using her as a physical therapist, you will not only receive excellent care, but a life long friend.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough! Postpartum PT was life changing, and I wish I had started earlier! After two difficult pregnancies back to back, including months of bedrest, Susan had me feeling so much better so quickly. I love that they also offer pilates in the studio to help me stay in shape even after finishing PT. The smaller groups are fantastic because they allow for higher quality instruction and getting to know each other so well! Most importantly, every single person I’ve met there has been so so kind! Susan and Sally are the best!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a clinic to get you back to your everyday routine quickly and efficiently trust the experts at this office. After tearing my meniscus, I was worried about how long my recovery process would take and what potential long term effects could result from surgery. Thankfully I was partnered with Zach and the dedicated staff at the Crestline location that got me back to recovery faster than I could’ve imagined. The staff is knowledgeable and I highly recommend Zach and the team at therapy south.

Last summer I had Hip Surgery for a torn labrum, and Stephen and the whole staff took me under their wing to make sure I had a successful recovery. They are some of the kindest & best PTs that I know & although I am not looking forward to the surgery & recovery, I am looking forward to being back for round #2 for PT on the other labrum this fall.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to physical therapy at a few places and TherapySouth is by far the best. I had 2 surgeries on my right hip-I had a hip scope and five days later had a PAO and couldn’t put weight on my right leg for six weeks. Not only did my physical therapist and the staff get me back on my feet but they also helped keep me in a good place mentally throughout recovery-always encouraging, reassuring, and willing to answer my questions. They even texted me to check on me while I was still in the hospital. I trust them so much that I just moved 2 hours away and I’m driving back to Birmingham to finish my therapy instead of finding a new place closer to home. TherapySouth in Crestline is the best!

Fantastic experience: Dealing with a proximal humerus fracture has been no fun but the staff here are amazing. All of the therapists here are so talented. Zac and Andrew are amazing. The techs are so nice, and even the front office staff have been a blessing. God bless Therapy South Mtn Brook for helping me get my broken and frozen shoulder moving again. It has been a long road to recovery but the staff has worked with me at every visit to help me, and encourage me.

I have been to see Sally there numerous times for issues from frozen shoulder to herniated disks and she and the crew were exception. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Sally gave me the very best in PT to get me back to playing golf and other activities that I enjoy. I put total trust in her and the entire team and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Crestline Therapy South while recovering from my total knee replacement surgery. All of the staff including the office were most pleasant and helpful. Sally and Zach were exceptional therapist. They were very accommodating to schedule appointments that allowed me to continue therapy after I returned to work. I unfortunately developed some scar tissue but with their expertise, kind but intense coaching, and persistence, I was able to reach my goals. I would highly recommend this team!

From first telephone contact to the moment I walked out the door clutching my "graduation tee shirt", excellence was evident in every possible way. Connor's winning personality put me right at ease and it didn't take long for me to realize that he was both a great listener and skilled communicator, which made for great teamwork during my recovery. I consider him a friend now and cannot recommend him highly enough. Connor is a wonderful hand therapist and a pleasure to work with!

Fantastic experience: If you have any problems which can be helped by physical therapy, go to the Crestline office. The employees there are the most thorough and capable therapists available. They worked with me for three months and I was able to avoid having a doctor cut into my shoulder and grind down the bone spurs. Thanks to all of you at Crestline!!
