Fantastic experience: Agile is amazing! They are so helpful and know exactly how to help manage your pain and help get your strength back! Everyone on the staff is extremely caring and thoughtful! This is the best place to go for physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about the entire Agile Team! I came in for hip pain and saw them both before and after hip labrum surgery. They went above and beyond, even going as far as researching figure skating specific movements to help me get back on the ice and back to life as quickly as possible. I was back to work full time as a nurse 8 weeks post op, on the ice at 10 weeks, and jumping in my skates at week 12 and this team and their dedication was huge in making that all possible. Highly recommend to anyone needing PT or rehab!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my eight weeks with Agile PT and I have to say that I’m very pleased with the progress I made. A big shout out to Destiny for her amazing help with my hip issues and bursitis. When I first started coming, I had trouble going up stairs without pain. That was my major issue but I also needed to become pain free in sitting and being able to walk for exercise. Destiny was very patient in working with me and also made it a pleasant experience with her bright and fun outlook. She really made going to PT a positive experience instead of something to dread. I had a couple of sessions with Braily and she was awesome as well! Amanda was finishing up her internship and would help out some and I know she’ll make a great PT too. All in all, I highly recommend Agile as I’ve come back to them over the years when my doctor had recommended them and Lisa especially. Thank you all for helping me be able to leave today pain free and not dreading going upstairs anymore! You all are great and as a side note, even the building is beautiful and peaceful and is in a beautiful setting! I have already recommended you to my friends that need PT. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Lisa and her team of therapists are curious, attentive, caring, and intentional with their approach. This is a warm and welcoming place, with a team full of skills and therapies. Having numerous joint replacements and related issues, I have found these folks motivating and thoughtful in their work with good results. Very thankful!

Fantastic experience: When I first discovered Agile physical therapy on the Internet in early April, I was having extreme difficulty weight-bearing on my right leg. I went to one of their seminars and met a couple of the therapists and decided to give it a try. Over the next 5 Weeks I had two sessions a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The sessions started promptly on schedule and there was no wasted time. With Landon‘s help, I made tremendous improvement and was even able to play on a golf trip that I had planned for several months in mid May. I was very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Agile with a serious neck problem. My doctor and I thought I would need surgery. Landon at Agile was my therapist, who taught me the exercises that I needed to strengthen my shoulder and neck. With his encouragement and support, the numbness in my hand and arm disappeared, and my neck pain resolved. In addition to my therapist, Landon, the rest of the staff at Agile is very supportive as well. I felt like I had a team of experienced professionals who were rallying around me. With their support and knowledge, I have had a full recovery-I no longer think surgery is necessary. Thank you so much Landon and all of the staff at Agile-you guys are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with physical therapy. After waking up one morning with extreme pain radiating from my shoulder blade to my fingers, I was told by two neurosurgeons I needed surgery to repair the slipped disk in my neck. However I tried physical therapy first. I chose Agile Physical Therapy for convenience. Well convenience has quickly become a blessing! Choosing Agile has been the best decision I’ve ever made when it comes to my health! After just 6 weeks, my numbness, weakness and extreme pain is gone! The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my needs. They were prompt with all of my appointments too! In addition to PT, they offered Lightforce Therapy Laser, Neubie electrical stimulation and at home workouts. These treatments combined with PT has quickly helped my body recover and avoid surgery! I highly recommend Agile to anyone!!!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend Agile Physical Therapy. I can’t say enough positive things about every person I have worked with there. They helped crush all the goals I had set for myself recovering from a complex ankle surgery. When I first started, I was having trouble making it through a shift at work and now I am back to strength training and cycling. My experience far exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Agile Physical Therapy. I had severe back pain and could barely walk and could not bend over at all. I started physical therapy with Agile about 8 weeks ago. The therapists there are amazing with their attention to detail making sure that I do the exercises correctly for optimal results. They also gave me a print out of exercises to do at home to accelerate my healing. I am happy to say that I have met my goals and am now pain free and am able to resume working, exercising and everyday tasks. They also gave me a print out of full body exercises at discharge to do at home to keep me flexible, strong and improve my posture. Thank you Brailey, Lisa and Sarah for helping me get better!

Fantastic experience: My daughter has a knee injury from dancing. Therapist Brayleigh was excellent at pinpointing exactly what the issue was and how it affected her while dancing. She explained it to her in a way that she understands (13 yo) and is now conscious about how to avoid making it worse, and how to help relieve pain when it happens. She absolutely loved her time at Agile, and will continue to use the exercises at home.

Fantastic experience: Agile helped me with my ankle and did a fantastic job getting me back to normal and able to play tennis with no pain. Brailey, lisa and team are great to work with and I highly recommend. My daughter also came to agile for her ankle after a small break and she dances and they specialize this that as well!

Fantastic experience: Lisa’s Rotator Cuff and Shoulder Pain workshop kept popping up on my social page after a few google searches for why I was having pain in my shoulder at 40yrs of age. I was so glad that I went and got a refresher on anatomy and was first to raise my hand to volunteer to come to the front of the class and Lisa made an adjustment right there in less than a minute to help improve my pain and mobility of my left shoulder. From there we did also learn how far PT has come in the last couple decades, and also that Dr referrals aren’t necessarily required to have insurance cover your PT. After several weeks of returning to see Lisa and her team, there was a noticeable difference in my posture with the exercises I was doing at their facility(and when I remembered to do them at home with the print outs I was sent home with weekly). This, I dare say, improved my confidence. I wish Lightforce Therapy laser worked as a quick fix for everything, but not all injuries are alike. Currently still working with a hand specialist for a wrist inflammation issue. Laser therapy did help temporarily reducing the pain but didn’t seem to be the cure for this one. I do still have a couple laser treatments to use over the next few months in the event I roll an ankle or injure myself playing pickleball or doing something that seemed super easy 20years ago. I appreciate all your help(and a few Jolly Ranchers every week) Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Agile Physical Therapy! Lisa and her therapist listen so well and are extremely knowledgable and caring in their treatment plan. I especially appreciate that they incorporate manual physical therapy in their treatment. The Deep Tissue Laser Light Therapy was a pain game changer for me also! Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the exceptional treatments I have received here over the past few years. As a professional ballet dancer, I needed someone who understands my career and the demands I put on my body. Lisa and her whole team are true experts. The laser treatments I have gotten done (three times now) on my ankle and calves have quite literally kept me on my toes, and kept my pain level at or near zero. Fantastic experience: I’m accident prone and Agile has gotten me 5 or 6 breaks, bulging, disks and strained muscles over the pas6 years. The staff is always friendly and fully engaged with patient treatment. Andrea is an awesome Pilates Instructor.

Fantastic experience: Just what I needed! After a botched hip surgery, I walked with great difficulty on a numb leg. Andrea, the best Pilates instructor ever, whipped me into shape avoiding a risky do-over operation. But if that day comes, I will be in rehab with the excellent PTs at Agile.

I have been working with Samantha on my knee and back issues and have had great success. The team at Agile is exceptional in their professionalism and caring for the well-being of their customers.
