Negative experience: I went to Drayer PT Cahaba River Road. The therapist was pressing on my back “to release muscle spasms”. As I did I felt a terribly sharp pain. I literally came up off the table. I said “you broke my rib”. He said no, that is just a muscle. I refused any more treatment and left. I went for X-rays two days later due to the continued pain. I indeed had a broken rib! The center never reached out to me at all. I have not and will not go back. Can’t recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Drayer Physical Therapy does a wonderful job with its patients. I had a six week visit to Drayer and my lower back feels much better ; also my legs are stronger. Thanks Drayer for your professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I had a positive experience with Drayer PT in Trussville while recovering from a right calf strain. The knowledgeable and helpful therapists made the sessions challenging yet manageable. I regained confidence and returned to running in a few weeks. The friendly staff and supportive environment were uplifting. Thank you to Kali, Haley, Zayrihah, and Josey. I highly recommend Drayer at Trussville, AL for Physical Therapy.

Positive experience: Told me that insurance was going to cover my treatment, but as soon as i finished my last session they said that insurance wasn't going to be covering it all and hit me with a 650$ bill, but they said they were doing me a favor because i actually owed $1200 i told them before treatment began that i would not be able to pay for anything so i wanted to make absolutely sure insurance was covering it, there was some miscommunication between the therapists and the insurance department that caused this to happen and this situation has been a detriment to my mental health, as i do not have any extra money to pay them. Edit: The team that handles the actual therapy did reach out to me to try and reconcile this greivance. The therapists dont really handle that side of things so its not their fault that it happened, but i still feel like i should have been informed. I told them that i had home health visits before getting treatment but thats the reason i went over on treatment. Its definitely just a misunderstanding and miscommunication thing, but in the future if i was to go there again this should be handled better. That being said, the therapists here are amazing people, i loved coming here to get therapy. I just dont know if thats going to be in the cards again since i dont have the money to pay for the bill.

Fantastic experience: Drayer in Trussville is an awesome facility to receive physical therapy services. The environment is warm, inviting, and all of the PTs are polite, friendly, and welcoming. Haley and Zariyah are awesome to work with. The therapy program selected for my particular need thus far has assisted with providing me comfort through my recovery. I would highly recommend this location to others for service.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience rehabbing after knee surgery. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Drayer, and this location especially.

Fantastic experience: I began my PT with little expectations of getting much better. Ethan not only got me back on track with my back but did so in a way that was fun and made sure I was comfortable with everything!! I went from walking through the door unable to stand up straight to feeling better than I have in the last couple of years!! I highly recommend Drayer and can't thank Ethan enough for all he did for me, he is the BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: The guys and girls at Drayer Physical Therapy are amazing. They know every bone ligament tendon muscle in your body and how to get it working correctly. I am thankful for the care I receive there and I highly recommend them for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Always friendly and clean. Staff is awesome. We have all heard the stories of PT being painful and at times it is, but the outcome is worth it. Because of the pushing, the pulling, the weird bending and sometimes strange stuff that one has to do to get back to normal use of whatever limb or body part, i say go all in. Do what they say to do at home and you will back in good health quicker than expected. Shout out to Nicole, M&M and Ethan. Excellent job. Heck even Anna makes this place worth the 30 to 45 minute drive. Good people doing a good job.

Negative experience: Lie about dates, don't accommodate... not everyone can do normal hours. I'd they say don't put me on the schedule, idk but then do add.... then fee to cancel.... no.

Fantastic experience: Whitney was my PT and she did a fantastic job. She immediately honed in on the main issue causing my problem. She made a thoughtful treatment plan that we followed and which led to excellent results. Thanks to Whitney I am experiencing huge improvements in my ROM, strength, and stability. My ability to perform my job and to pursue my hobbies is greatly improved. Five stars for Whitney.

Fantastic experience: My experience was a life changing moment! Nathan, Witney and Staff are super great at what they do to help each person who walks through the door! Fantastic experience: Great group of people. Very friendly. They showed me exercises that would improve my situation and were very detailed in how to do them. They were very intent on finding the source of my pain (and weakness in some areas) by asking questions and deciding what to do to improve that area. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful to each person individually.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my experience at Drayer. Bill was my therapist, the very best!! He always greets patients with a friendly smile and hello, calling each person by name! He was very professional in assigning exercises to work on strengthening my back and leg muscles to prevent returning sciatica. I actually looked forward to each visit anticipating the warmth of each employee. I am so thankful to have experienced such a wonderful , caring group of people !! Drayer in Trussville is a great place to “HEAL”!!

Fantastic experience: The first time I went to Drayer Physical Therapy was for my knees. My Therapist was Peyton, I tell you she worked miracles on my knees, they have never felt better!!!! I was told by my Doctor that I was going to need therapy for my right arm after my rotator cup surgery. Well least to say I had received such great results on my knees that there was no question that I wanted to do my therapy at Drayer’s and of course I wanted Peyton to be the one that helps me during this time. Let me tell you the pain is very real but Peyton's act of kindness, empathy, and caring while you are going through your different exercises is extra special. I know that my arm is going to be even better than before after my therapy! All of the therapist at Drayers are professionals, kind-hearted, and people persons(if you know what I mean)! Thank you all for the work that you do in making your patients feel like family! If you want to get results & feel comfortable doing each visit; Drayer Physical Therapy in the Pinnacle is the place to go!! Thanks again Peyton for being who you are Firm but Sweet!!!! Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Drayer Physical Therapy for about 6 weeks now for knee surgery that I had on July 2.... The physical therapists and staff are awesome... They are genuinely invested in your recovery... They push me so that my recovery is 100%.... They take their time with your care and just an awesome group to work with.... I am very pleased with the progress of my recovery after the extensive surgery that I had..... I would recommend Drayer Physical Therapy/Trussville to anyone who needs physical therapy.... They are the best!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going and still going to Drayer Physical Therapy had total knee revision and upper tendon quadrant repair . All the therapist there are great they care about you and really help you a lot to get you back to where you can function and help with your pain. All the P.T. Techs are great they help you with the exercise and also set you up on the hot packs and ice machines and everybody there makes therapy more enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anybody. Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! The staff were all incredibly kind and legitimately invested in my recovery. They worked very well together to provide excellent care, and a fun, friendly, encouraging, environment. I’m kind of sad to be done with my routine visits, but they did provide a great app with home exercises and continued support to continue strengthening and prevent reinjury. I highly recommend Drayer, and specifically the Trussville office!

Negative experience: Pt. Tech Sarah Gill was rude and disrespectful to me as the mother of my daughter. The Physical Therapist was very argumentative to me as I was speaking to the receptionist. I . and Sarah gill jumped in risky interrupting the conversation to say oh well we can further your appointments out. I advise her that I have exhausted all my benefits.So, I only have 2 more visits. As, I was at the physical therapy she did not let me know what was going on with daughter treatment. However, made sure to not state anything to me about her condition she continue to treat me with no respect.I do not recommend this place of business to anyone. We will not be returning anymore.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Drayer in Trussville after shoulder surgery. All the therapists, technicians and staff were pleasant and kind. They seemed to work well with each other in order to give the patients the best care possible. No one aspires to be in rehab, however if you are, this team is awesome.

Fantastic experience: I did PT with Natalie Shannon at Drayer Trussville twice. I had knee surgery and about 6 months later had shoulder surgery. All of the staff are super friendly and more than accommodating. They treated me like family. I was worked on by several of the PT's there and they all knew my situation and my surgery so it was a breeze any time because everyone knew everything about every body! Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend Natalie and her team!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Drayer in Trussville. The recovery from my ankle surgery has been excellent due to the knowledge and thoroughness of my therapists. Every therapist there was excellent and always kind and compassionate. I recommend this facility to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful helpful place the people are all really nice there playful and we can have a lot of fun while at the same time we are working hard to recover our mobility and or strength. I have been coming here for a very long time and would never go anywhere else and tell all my family and friends about this place.

They are all professional, friendly and efficient. My son has had multiple surgeries and we used Drayer for his PT as well. I would highly recommend them for any PT needs.
