Fantastic experience: I have required therapy several times in recent years. Therapy South Liberty Park is easier because it is closer to home. The therapy is better because there are fewer patients per therapist present. All the therapists are pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Therapy South Liberty Park.

Fantastic experience: Following my knee replacement surgery I used TherapySouth for my rehabilitation and they did an excellent job. Allen closely monitored my progress and mapped out a plan that had my knee feeling normal in a much faster timeframe than I expected. I injured my artificial knee during exercise and went back to TherapySouth and in just a few visits Amanda and her team worked to eliminate my pain and tight muscles. She is outstanding! I highly recommend them for any of your physical therapy needs as they are knowledgeable, caring and just great to work with!

Fantastic experience: Five Stars Just Isn’t Enough for Amanda! Amanda is the perfect balance of compassionate care and clinical excellence. When I tore my meniscus, my surgeon strongly recommended surgery and thoroughly reviewed my MRI, explaining in detail why a scope was the best option. But I asked if I could try physical therapy first. While the surgeon was skeptical, he agreed to let me give it a shot, and that’s when I started working with Amanda. From the very beginning, Amanda brought an incredible level of professionalism, knowledge, and compassion to every session. Recovery was slow, and there were definitely moments when I felt discouraged and tempted to just go through with the surgery. But Amanda never gave up on me and she never let me give up on myself. Her careful attention to my progress, her ability to push just enough without causing setbacks, and her deep expertise in how the body heals made all the difference. Four months later, I returned to the surgeon, and to his surprise (and mine!), he said I no longer needed surgery. Thanks to Amanda’s dedication and skill, I avoided the operating room and regained my strength naturally. I am beyond grateful and absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Amanda is a true healer, and I can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I recently used TherapySouth-Liberty Park for rehab after my total knee replacement. Exceptional service from the first time I called to schedule an appointment to my last session 4 months later! The facilities were very clean and well-lit. The staff were professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. When my surgical complications threatened to derail my rehab progress, my therapist (Kimberly) adjusted my schedule and exercises. Her positive attitude and sense of humor really helped me work through my challenges. I highly recommend TherapySouth-Liberty Park!

Fantastic experience: Dr Carol did an amazing job. I had/have compartment syndrome in my right leg and was having problems running. My goal at 71 years old was to run 2 marathons in 3 weeks. Aggressive goal to say the least. Dr Carol got me there. I ran both Oct 20 and Nov 9. She worked a miracle. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: This place is so great! I tore my ACL and went through an extensive, four-month long rehab journey and could not be more pleased with my experience. My therapist, Amanda, was incredible and kept my therapy both challenging but clinically appropriate so that I didn’t overdo anything. She was constantly coming up with new exercises that kept my recovery engaging and I credit her ingenuity to helping shorten my recovery period. It’s a communal setting so you get to know all the other therapists as well, who are all wonderful as well. They keep the atmosphere fun and positive in light of our injuries, which made it a fun experience every time I went (which was a lot!). While I hope I don’t get hurt again, if I do I won’t think twice about going to the Liberty Park TherapySouth.

Kimberly was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with stretches, exercises and some dry-needling plus she printed out exercises for me to do at home on my days off. After several weeks I felt great. Kay is wonderful at making everyone feel welcome and keeping up with scheduling. This is a first rate facility I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Therapy on a torn rotator cuff is rough but going into this place a couple of days a week made it pretty much a breeze. The therapists and staff were so fun yet professional. Fantastic experience: After undergoing knee surgery, and wanting to have a pain-free life again, which included gardening, jogging, exercise and lots of physical activity, Therapy South Liberty Park was highly recommended by my colleagues and friends. All I can say is, "Wow! Words alone cannot express how thankful I am that they were recommended!" I started out with Allen as my physical therapist, and really liked how he began to work on my knee, and had me doing various exercises to strengthen my knee, quad area, and the cartilage that was surgically repaired. Needless to say, I really liked having him as my physical therapist, so, I'm biased when I say that, "he's the best." But, when Allen was out, the rest of the staff continued the great physical therapy that I became accustomed to having with Allen. I also looked forward to seeing Kay's welcoming and friendly smile, and the joyful conversations that we shared each time that I arrived for my PT. Thanks to Allen, and the other PT staff that worked with me, I have reached my goals of being pain-free, and I can now do gardening, jogging, climb stairs, do various exercises, bend my knee, as well as other physical activities with no difficulty. Fantastic experience: I love my experience with Therapy South. Kay, who works the front desk has been so welcoming and friendly, she makes getting scheduled a breeze. My Therapist, Allen, is really great. He is super friendly and I instantly felt at ease in his care. He is a good listener and he designed a great home routine for me to help me maintain good health at home. He also introduced me to “dry needling” a form of E-Stim therapy that sounded a little intense but was actually both comfortable and effective! The facility is clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this practice to a friend.

Fantastic experience: Over the past 30+ years I've required lots of physical therapy for my back, shoulders, hips, knees, & neck, and have worked with many physical therapists in Houston, Austin, Dallas and now Birmingham. Carol Mastroianni, the PT who has been working with me at TherapySouth in Liberty Park, is absolutely fantastic! She is patient, caring & knowledgeable, and has been a huge part of my neck and lower back recovery. She has helped me find the "right" exercises to continue to do at home now that I have "graduated" from my physical therapy sessions. TherapySouth in Liberty Park is very well run and they run on schedule. It begins to feel like going to "family" very quickly, as everyone is friendly and cares. All in all, a great experience, and I won't hesitate to go again the next time some part of my body cries out for help!

The people are awesome (shout out to Derek and Carol, but everyone is great) and really positive, which definitely helped me get my shoulder healthy. If I ever need PT again this is the only place I would go.
