Fantastic experience: I highly recommend TherapySouth Greystone for many reasons. I have a complex meniscus tear and osteoarthritis in my knee. Bo Dawson and TherapySouth Greystone exceeded my expectations, both for treatment and overall experience. Bo Dawson is extremely knowledgable, professional, skilled and friendly. This made me very comfortable; he truly listened and evaluated how I was doing at each visit. He designed a program, and I followed it both there and at home, where by the time I was discharged, I was able to jog and do high-impact activities again without pain, or swelling, or the other issues I had prior to treatment. Leigh at the front desk is always genial, helpful and organized. The atmosphere at TherapySouth Greystone is professional, friendly and comfortable, and the facility is well-designed and very clean. After being exposed to the other therapists and staff there, I would not hesitate to recommend any of them to those in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Therapy South are focused on patient rehabilitation and recovery. Dylan took the time to review my case completely and develop a recovery plan. Their hands on approach helped me recover while also developing the long term fitness plan for total recovery. Special shout out to Dylan and Bo for their skill at dry needling!

Fantastic experience: Dylan is amazing, he goes above and beyond. He helps explain what is going on and is very hands on with therapy. The room is spacious and the music is great, although not too loud. I strongly recommend this location for physical therapy. They see me as a person and not just another patient.

Negative experience: The lady in the billing department that i spoke to today was an absolute joke. She had the rudest customer service. You don't tell upset customers that are just calling to get an understanding of their bill that "you need to learn and have a better understanding of how your insurance works".

Fantastic experience: I was a speech therapist for years so am familiar with OT, but had never needed it until I broke my arm. What a pleasure to work with Connor and Lauren to rehab my arm, wrist and hand! Now I understand the reason for their exercises, tools and strategies! Fantastic experience: From the first day to the last, the experience at Therapy South was extraordinary. Of course the therapists have the medical knowledge to treat patients but it is that one on one knowledge that is so important. It is clearly important to the therapist to know their patients. This means knowing exactly what treatment is needed on each day of each person's treatment but also keeping up with grandchildren and other personal aspects of their patients' lives. This is an outstanding physical therapy clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have used the Greystone location of Therapy South on two occasions - once for dislocated fingers and once for lower back pain. Both experiences were positive, with effective treatment and encouragement from the therapist staff. I don’t anticipate needing therapy in the future, but if I do, this is where I will go.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually respond to review requests but Therapy South at Greystone is exceptional. I had total knee replacement on December 7,2023 and today, February 28, 2024 was discharged from PT. I cannot thank everyone at Therapy South enough especially my primary therapist Bo and Cathy. Professional in every sense, they literally got me up and walking without pain. Stars cannot rate them high enough. I would not use any other PT group. I will see them again next year for my other knee.

Fantastic experience: All the therapist there are great but Bo personally is my favorite. He worked with me before my surgery which was a blessing and is now helping with my recovery. I would never go anywhere else. From Lee at front desk who’s the best to PT in the back. I would give this location 10 stars and a plus.

Fantastic experience: I had PT at the Greystone location for 3 months after my total knee surgery. I was recently discharged and am doing great. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, listened to me, yet would pushed me enough to get great results. They are also very friendly to their patients and are genuinely interested in their recovery. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Fantastic experience: Currently a patient with osteoarthritis/bursitis issues in one hand and in both hips hoping to improve mobility, stamina, pain management etc. via physical therapy. Leigh is an MVP in that front office. There's not a scheduling or insurance issue she can't master. Connor Flanagan gets major props in these reviews for a reason. As one of the few occupational hand therapists in the area he stays booked and he's worth it. Love the array of everyday items/toys/props he incorporates into hand therapy to strengthen and improve my abilities. We also tried trigger point dry needling with great success. Bo Dawson is my bilateral hip bursitis therapist and a great collaborator to work with finding where the real problem lies and to the extent that your condition might be somewhat irreversible still he has options to manage it effectively. We also have used the dry needling therapy with success and symptom alleviation. The other therapists and support staff have been very encouraging and caring to all who come there.

Fantastic experience: I went to therapy south for my radial nerve palsy after fracturing my humerus. The hand therapy by Connor Flanagan was instrumental in my recovery. Connor was very professional, personable, and informative to any questions I had. Can’t say enough good things about Connor and the therapy south team!

Fantastic experience: Connor Flanagan was my hand therapist for a newly diagnosed arthritis. Wow! Connor knows how to treat hands! His treatment, exercises and advice got me nearly pain free in just 4 sessions. He was professional, prompt and so knowledgeable. The atmosphere at Therapy South is personal, upbeat while maintaining that professionalism at all times. The office lady was excellent in updating me on my Medicare and insurance situation. Fantastic experience: Need a good hand therapist on 280? I graduated from hand therapy with Connor today. Connor is a great OT & knew exactly how to resolve trigger finger. Fantastic experience: After having a distal radius fracture and repair surgery, I needed to see a hand/wrist therapy specialist and was recommended to see Connor at TherapySouth Greystone from my specialized surgeon. Firstly, the entire team works with you to ensure the top level of care. Connor is a certified hand therapist that worked with my recovery and he was excellent - extremely kind (and entertaining), knowledgable and creative in ways to work on recovery at home. With the exercises Connor worked on in clinic and sent me home with, I've been able to speed my recovery time and get back to my daily routines. I highly recommend both this facility and Connor for any physical therapy you may need...and I'd recommend no recreational roller blading!

Fantastic experience: Not one to typically write reviews, I felt compelled to write a review of my experience with Connor Flanagan, hand therapist. Following surgery on my CMC joint, with a long recovery ahead, I had been to another therapy group in town and received what I would call “cookie cutter” therapy which, after many weeks, was just not producing results in hand function. I felt defeated and was unsure if I would ever return to “normal”. At that point, Connor was recommended to me by an orthopedist. After one visit with Connor, I had a significant reduction in pain, and could actually feel the progress in function! At each visit, Connor was always so encouraging and reassuring, giving me back my confidence and desire to work harder. He is the ultimate therapist — professional, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and caring. I really think my experience proves a great therapist can make all the difference!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Conner Flanagan, OTR/L, CHT. I was referred to him by several people, including my orthopedic physician. My goal was to be able to prevent surgery and regain functional use of my dominant hand for daily activities. Conner has far exceeded my expectations as he is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and attentive to my concerns addressing it with a variety of therapeutic interventions in our informative 1:1 sessions. After completing weeks of therapy, I have regain functional pain free use of my hand and am able to perform daily activities such as but not limited to: opening a door, driving, preparing meals. No surgery was required :) The entire staff at Therapy South Greystone was professional and helpful. Thank you all for providing me with such a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: In January I had a fall at home while working out and sustained a a very bad left wrist fracture. My treating orthopedic doctor referred me to Therapy South Greystone for OT, where I was fortunate to be treated by Connor Flanagan. Connor is amazing! Always, and I mean always, met me with a smile and a plan for the day for my therapy. It was strenuous, but Connor was always positive and encouraging. I made amazing progress in regaining strength and flexibility in my wrist and hand, largely due to Connor’s skill and positive attitude.

The staff that worked with me (Cathy, Beth and Bo) was so excellent with my mobility and pain levels. They got my balance levels up and my flexibility of my knee without any pain. Fantastic experience: I have had an ongoing relationship with Therapy South since an initial appointment for a minor shoulder problem 4 years ago . After treatment I found I could use the facility for exercise for a monhly fee. I knew I would be able to work out in an atmosphere that allowed me to feel comfortable asking about any twinges or problems that might occur when a 72 year old failed to exercise properly. I was able to observe the professionalism and personal investment in all client's Recovery. I knew it was only a matter of time before I needed a knee replacement and having seen dozens of client"s recovery, I asked to use Therapy South for therapy following surgery. I am currently experiencing the same personal care I observed over 4 years. I would recommend this organization to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed hand therapy with Conner. He worked diligently to help me get full function back in my hand after a mild stroke. The exercises he provided were useful and some could be performed at home, which was useful in improving more quickly. He was able to explain to me what was happening with different sensations I was having. Every session was useful and helpful. He worked with me the entire session to get the most out of my time. I highly recommend Therapy South Greystone and Conner for hand therapy!! The receptionist was also pleasant and helpful. Overall a great place for therapy.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the team at TherapySouth Hwy 280, specifically Cathy, for an excellent experience with the rehab of my knee.
