Negative experience: They will and do mistreat your loved one

Fantastic experience: Great facility

Negative experience: I worked At this dump for several months. I recognize the name of some employees giving 5 star ratings. Stanley Roberts is actually the admissions coordinator. There are 3 other employees giving 5 star ratings. The current administrator Jammion Jordan went around and asked staff to put in 5 stars to increase the facility ratings because they had been so negative. This place stinks and had patients to die there because the nurses were not trained to care for tracheostomy's. Within the last month the paramedics was called by nurses because the only lpn nurse on duty said she didn’t know how to deal with the tube. I witnessed the patient being taking out in distress by the paramedics. The nurse Sydney immediately left the center and never returned. The administrator is very loud rude and overwhelmed in his position. When corporate employees visit the facility he turns into a different person. Yes sir no sir but when they are not there he is verbally abusive to employees and never returns calls to family members. All employees are told by him to never transfer calls to him. OSHA and health inspectors are on site regularly because of the poor maintenance and management. Please send your loved ones somewhere other than this filthy place. They don’t even have clean wash clothes and linen for the patients. Patients call daily to talk to the laundry department because they don’t have clean linen and clean clothes. . This place has a awful Oder and huge turnover in staff because of the administrator and poor condition. The administrator turns into a yes man when the owner named Joe visits. But things go back to normal when corporate leaves. Just a shame people have to live there last days in a place like this. Sad

Fantastic experience: I want to thank the West Hill Health and Rehab staff for their professionalism and for doing a fantastic job caring for my brother. In January 2023, my brother was admitted to West Hill Health and Rehab. In December, he suffered a stroke that affected his left side and cognitive skills. During my almost daily visits, everyone was friendly: I would always be greeted with a smile. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, his room, and the daily nutritious meals. I can genuinely say I am pleased with my choice to place him in this facility. On March 8th, 2023, my brother left a different person than when he entered. His cognitive skills improved in all aspects. He no longer depends on his wheelchair to get around. He left the facility, walking out on his walker. In January, he arrived feeling defeated, and in March, he walked out positively. Thank you, West Hill and Rebab and staff! You are truly unique.

Negative experience: My dad died in this nursing home Sept. 12, 2007 he had a trachea and a feeding tube in his stomach. That was surgical implanted. How do a feeding tube fall out. That was told to me and my mom. He had to be rushed to Princeton Hospital multiple times . To have it redone because the person suppose to been taking care of him at Fairview supposedly was cleaning the tube. The dummy didn't know you flush tubes I'm not a medical person but I'm not stupid .He had bed sores. If you care about your love one don't take them to Fairview Nursing Home .He is dead how can it be a solution ?You can't bring him back. You sugar coat what was done to him. Tell the truth half of your people don't care they just want a pay check

Fantastic experience: West hill health and rehab is not just a nursing home it’s a place that our residents call home. The facility provides a family oriented, loving atmosphere that the staff provide to the residents. The facility cares about what the residents and staff need and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy!

Fantastic experience: Nursing homes get a bad reputation at times but West Hill has proven to care about their patients and work closely with the families to ensure the best quality of care. West Hill always provide the family with updates and address any concerns in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Some people have a negative view of nursing homes.But in my experience, that has not been the case. There a healthcare workers at West Hill who have passion to give tender loving care to the residents/patients. I am impressed West Hill always notifies my family and me of any change in my mother's condition or emergency. Communication was easily made with the staff of any particular problematic situation arisen and was quickly handled. Also, during the COVID-19 pandemic protective care was given to my mother.

Fantastic experience: the food was good my uncle broke his ankle he was there

Positive experience: The Google Map is incorrect. We are open I wish the employee who posted the comment would come and speak with me to resolve issues they may have. The name on the list is unkown to our facility.

Negative experience: Horrible place to work. They work you like West African slaves back in 1620. Ghetto staff.
