Fantastic experience: My daughter Francine Grasso has received very efficient and friendly care. Fran said, Lulu is great all the patients ask for her. Loreni is very helpful, she helps with everything and if she can't she will find someone that can. Kevin always goes above and beyond. Always making sure food is warm or goes to kitchen to get what's needed.

Fantastic experience: I came to this facility close to three months ago.. starting I had my ups and downs however I'm grateful for the attention provided by my cnas and charge nurses. I would really like to thank Zuyin in resident relations who has always been attentive to my needs and consider her a good friend. I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends. Fantastic experience: My mom Martha Martinez lives here now. Her transition healing after her fall at home was rough. The nurses, caregivers, doctor's have been wonderful. My mom is happy and well cared for. She is cared for by the people at station 2 . They respect and listen to the residents. When if ever we raise a concern they investigate it and fix it right away. My family is very satisfied with this facility. I recommend this home. The outside of the building is not much to look at, but the inside is clean caring, professional, with lots of heart. They even have a activity department and they are awesome. I could talk about this forever but it's all good.

Positive experience: GiL Lopez April 2023 patient, I came with the need for expensive and powerful IV antibiotics through a IV Pic line. Truly a World class staff, very passionate was case mgr Sylvia, Ann, V and Monica Jimenez. Amazing kindness from wound care Brenda, Jaquline and kind and down to earth nurse Manny and Jack. I was treated like royalty and the food was superb. I did have a negative experience from CNA Maria morning shift, who comes from Mexico, she refused to speak English, shame on her ignorance not to embrace our wonderful country's language. I can’t forget the amazing cna Martha who always made sure my needs were met and I was comfortable. They deal with such stressful situations but maintain kindness and professionalism. I’m glad they received me when 10 other nurse care facilities refused my stay because my Antibiotics were very expensive and Anaheim Healthecare Center on 501 Beach blvd., Anaheim Ca, took the challenging cost and service for my care. I recommend them to all needing nursing care.

Fantastic experience: Found myself having to go back to facility due to another fall. I am glad to be able to come back to Anaheim Healthcare where I've been before and had a good experience. I would like to give a big "Thank you" Maria Lopez my CNA who has been very helpful to me. She shows that she's very caring and compassionate towards me and other patients. Fantastic experience: This place really helped me out. When I came here I couldn't walk, talk, eat, etc from a stroke and now I can do all of that. I appreciate everything that my CNA Maria Lopez did for me. Thank you to my CNA Kevin. Emily my LVM as well as my head nurses and social service. Thank you for the support staff and the meals aren't bad.

Fantastic experience: Anaheim Healthcare Center is very cleaned. My dad is Vinh Le, he had been there about 6 months. My family is so appreciative of the staff at station 4, medicines nurses: specially Emily, Aldar, wound care nurses: specially Brenda, Harrison, CNAs: specially Loreni, Lulu, Nidiar, Kevin, PTs, OTs, Speech T, and administrative team for helping, kindness, caring and amazing to my dad. Fantastic experience: I had an accident three months ago due to some paramedics who accidently dropped me and caused severe damage to my right leg and hip. I was then sent to two different hospitals before arriving to Anaheim Healthcare Center. My first experience here was great! Everyone was helpful and very welcoming. I would like to thank both of my favorite CNA's Luisa & Humberto. They were always helpful and never changed their way of being with me. I will truly miss them. Thank you to the very helpful, encouraging and loving resident relations, Zuyin Barrera. She helped me with a number of different request that I am absolutely grateful for. I have gained a new friend, thank you Z. I would definitely recommend this facility to any of my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: This facility gave us above and beyond expectations. All the staff in the business office and social services went out of their way to help us. Fantastic experience: Nunca pensamos cómo puede cambiarnos la vida en 30 segundos! Y cuando nos pasa, nos sentimos como una hoja que se desliza con mucha rapidez por el río, hasta que nos damos cuenta que hemos sufrido un accidente y nos encontramos sin podernos mover, ni pensar! Pero gracias a Dios, contamos con un sistema de salud que nos encamina para recuperarnos, y yo realmente estoy muy agradecida que me trajeran al Anaheim Healthcare Center, en donde he recibido el calor humano y la excelente atención profesional, de un equipo formado por MediCal Doctors, Register Nurses, LVN, CNA, Phisical Terapists, Social Workers and Case Management como Silvia Graef, a quien le agradezco su dedicación y orientación conmigo, al igual que Zuyin Barrera, una muy amable Resident Relations, quienes con el personal de mantenimiento y limpieza velan por nuestro bienestar las 24 horas del dìa, los 7 días de la semana. Me siento muy agradecida por todo lo recibido aquì, y ya encaminada hacia mi recuperación, estaré en condiciones de volver a mi casa para concluir mis terapias. Fantastic experience: I have been extremely happy with my brother’s care at this facility. More specifically, the outstanding and professional care that has been provided by Z. Without her daily assistance in providing a phone to my brother, I would not be able to talk with him and offer my support. Z has also been instrumental in ascertaining that my brother received the packages I have sent to him. Finally, her words of encouragement and kind and caring manner, have helped my brother in his recovery. Thank you, Z!

Fantastic experience: I've been here for nearly 7months and I want to thank the rehab dept, cnas and staff in general. Special thanks to Z in resident relations for always helping us out. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Positive experience: Emergency and ICU phenomenal. Wards okay but sometimes you have to ask more than once for something and very slow to answer summons. Overall care very good and doctors take time to explain treatment and procedures needed for care. My overall experience was good. Call it a 3 1/2 star rating.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility for the care of a loved one or short recovery following a hospital stay. The rehab staff are outstanding, and the nurses genuinely care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my loved one here at Anaheim Health care and since I’ve meet “Z” Zuyin it’s been a pleasant experience and always showing compassion to the patients and joy as a receptionist. Always willing to help others. I thank Z for the great customers service when entering the facility. She is a gem!

Fantastic experience: I deeply appreciate the caring service provided to my sister during her three-week stay! Patrick was so very kind during the intake process. Z was the absolute kindest professional -facilitating face-to-face communication so that I could actually see my sister and let her know that she was being supported by family as well as the medical team! Nurse Karen took extra time to learn more about my sister and her needs! The Director of Social Services was accommodating and very understanding when it came to the process of discharging my sister back to her home facility. A huge heart-felt thank you to everyone at Anaheim Healthcare Center!

Fantastic experience: They are very professional and caring. Everything is done so all departments, the nurses and the medical director are constantly kept aware of my progress. Most of all, the teamwork between staff is maintained. And they all care about me as an individual. I bring this up because I have been to other rehabilitation facilities where the opposite is true. Sadly, one place refused to let me go despite my family member's efforts at first. They preferred to drag every penny out of my body in that bed. The money was all that mattered. The management didn't give a rip that they were cheating me and the government. Finding Anaheim Healthcare Center has been a breath of fresh air. What a difference! So I have to express my gratitude any way I can. Now if I need rehabilitation, I have let my doctor know not to send me anywhere else. I'm getting the best treatment possible right here.

Fantastic experience: The Anaheim health care center to me was a blessing,, every Nurse,, LVN, Physician, therapist, activity staff, CNA's the health care administrator treated me like family,, the whole employee staff was excellent,, I came there from Anaheim regional hospital,, a patient with stage 3 liver cirrhosis, I built up staff infection in me blood,, I came there with a arterial cath line I.V. to cure the staff,, the nursing staff around the clock made sure all my treatments were scheduled properly,, my utmost thanks to everyone at Anaheim Health care center for your care,, and professional experience, Wishing you all a blessed new year. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here when my mom needed therapy after her surgery. The staff was attentive and answered any questions I had. My mom was comfortable and did not have any complaints during her stay. The therapy team was enthusiastic and did a good job of motivating my mom. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Everyone treated us as their own family. My mother Maria stayed in this facility for almost 3 months at room #66C. My family was very satisfied with their services untill the end. Fantastic experience: Thank you very much for all you have done for my grandmother. Everyone is station 4 has played a huge part in keeping my grandmother happy and secured till the very end. They showed the highest form of professionalism and sympathy. They treated us like family and we are forever greatfull. Thank you again station 4 for all you have done.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cooper is excellent at what she does. After a severe auto accident, Dr.Cooper and staff shared to me the expertise, and knowledge on recovery, proper nutrition, and daily motion procedures really help with the main management. I will definitely promote Dr.Cooper with my staff and friends.
