Fantastic experience: Matt has been rehabbing my hand after surgery and we are working g hard as a team to get me back to my career. I believe in his education and experience to lead me on the path to healing. And it doesn’t hurt that he is nice, caring and funny.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Caldwell PT. I cannot say enough Positive things about the Care I'm receiving. I'm a retired ER/OR RN and accordingly I have high standards regarding how I am treated. I was receiving care at another clinic, and did not improve. I am so grateful I was referred to Caldwell PT. In a short time, the stubborn, painful plantar fasciitis and multiple sites of tendinitis I suffer with have greatly improved due to the excellent care I'm receiving at Caldwell PT. Additionally, each member of the staff is kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping patients get well and back to a full life. If you need physical therapy, please don't hesitate to seek care at Caldwell PT.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this business. They are clean, and, very professional. Matt is very thorough but also very kind. Not only did he physically help me but he also understood the mental aspect of being in pain. Jess at the front desk is so helpful. Dean and Robert get a shout out. They make sure you are doing everything right, but are also super friendly and easy to ask questions to. Sad to be done with PT only because I love everyone there.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for any type of physical therapy, this is the place! I went there after my knee replacement. I chose this particular facility after four calls to different facilities in my area. The reason I chose this facility is because Jessica was very kind and friendly on the phone. Fantastic experience: Recovery from a total knee replacement is not an easy process. Matt and the team at Caldwell Physical Therapy provided the expertise, patience, and encouragement to help me rehabilitate and gain strength and full functioning of my affected knee/leg. Jessica is an incredible receptionist/office manager. The wonderful team of PT assistants are highly skilled and provide positive feedback and engaging conversations during your sessions. The entire atmosphere of the center is friendly, and one that makes you feel like your care and recovery is important to this team. Torrey is a terrific bonus to a visit, even for a person who prefers cats! I highly recommend Caldwell; Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed therapy here! I have been a patient here several times and have loved being able to pet and visit with their therapy dog, Torrey! Jessica is also such a bright face to see and welcome you when you arrive and is always helpful!

Fantastic experience: I just completed 12 weeks of PT at Caldwell and I could not be more pleased! From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted like family, and made to feel that way each visit. I worked with PT Matt and was so grateful for his attention to detail as he progressed me through strength training and conditioning, as well as terrain and "leap" training in my later sessions, to get me safely and comfortably back into hiking. From Jessica who greets you at the door (and who runs the place :) ), to each of the amazing PT techs, you know you are in good hands. Also, what cannot be overstated is their adherence to COVID safety protocols....masks, distancing whenever possible, antibacterial gel dispensers everywhere, scheduling fewer people in the gym at any given time, constant wiping down of equipment and any items that have been used, with germicides... (...and believe me, as a Nurse, I watch for these things!!) Thank you Team Caldwell for all of your care!

Fantastic experience: I was having painful use of my right shoulder and arm from a rotator cuff injury. Craig and crew put me through extensive exercises and therapy to bring my function back without pain or sleepless nights. I’m a new person! Everyone at Caldwell is a gem, caring friendly and like family. I highly recommend them. It’s not institutional treatment and it works.

Fantastic experience: Was referred by my physician and quite frankly skeptical based on prior expierences elsewhere. From the time I called for first appointment unit treatment was complete my whole outlook on physical therapy changed based on my experience here. Evaluation, treatment and treatment plan was awesome with great results. I worked with Craig, always keeping me updated and challenged (he's funny with a great sense of humor too!!) Fantastic experience: Matt and the staff at Caldwell PT are friendly, knowledgeable, and love what they do. They have treated my son for sports injuries and are on the field for assistance at the local high school football games. When I needed some help healing an achilles injury of my own, I knew where to go. The whole staff remembers who you are and seemed happy to see me every time. They were caring and helpful and have given me many tips and exercises that I can also do at home. They helped me understand my injury and meet my own goals/needs. I am so grateful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going for the past three months and I’ve got three more months to go. The best way I know how to explain it I don’t ask him anymore why do I need to do that? I just do it because the results in the coming days are just outstanding!

Fantastic experience: I am a retired LAPD policeman and with 28 years in South central LA , with multi injuries. This time, after a full knee replacement, they sent me to Caldwell. It was like being in heaven, Craig and Matt are the best to work on you and the other employees are great. Helpful, understanding with a high willingness to help you. From the receptionist, Andrea, (every small company needs an Andrea) she is the first person you see and the last when you leave), and it's more than just her smile. Each and every therapist, Maddy, Tawny, Kelsey, Dean, Don, Megan and Elaine (you get to know each) want to help you get better. Craig and Matt are great. This place is simply the best. I will never go to anyone else and I still have injuries to resolve.

Fantastic experience: Been a steady client since 1999 due to my four spine surgeries. Craig and his staff are great. I’ve been to a few other PT’s for other injuries but left they just treated me like an account number. Craig and his staff treat you like family and when treatment is over it’s hard to leave? You miss them. Thank you Craig for all the years of putting me back together! Staff too love all you.

Fantastic experience: I had 12 sessions for my shoulder at Caldwell Physical Therapy. Craig and his staff are great. His staff, including Maddie, Megan, Kelsey, Tawney, Don, Elaine, and Andrea, are very caring and personable people. They are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere in the facility is upbeat. I felt my treatment was of importance to them, and they always were concerned with my progress. They dealt with me as an individual, not just a patient on a production line. If I ever need P. T. in the future, Caldwell will be my first choice.

Fantastic experience: I have stiffness in my back neck and in the past have been very skeptical about having anyone do any type to massage in the area. I was referred to Caldwell by my Orthopedic doctor and having used Matt in the past after knee and hand surgery, I decided to use Caldwell for possible pain relief. I must say I was very happy with the results. Not only their exercises helped me but also the massages have given me more freedom of movement and less pain and I am and sleepping better. I highly recommend them. Their staff is very friendly and always concerned with the patients comfort.

Fantastic experience: The people at Caldwell Physical Therapy genuinely care about you and your condition. They spend the time to treat you as you require. There is no "Your hour is up" assembly line feeling in treatment. They provide therapy in a relaxed, friendly environment. With many years of experience in North Orange County, they know the doctors in the area, what you are going through, and what your doctor expects from treatment. They are a learning facility and train interns from college physical therapy programs, as well as providing the local school district high school athletic trainers. So they really give back to the community. I've been treated numerous times there since 2002 for surgical recovery, accident injury, and back/knee issues. I would gladly go back with any problem I have in the future. Craig, Matt, and the staff are truly top notch. They have earned my 5 star review.

Fantastic experience: I went to Caldwell after I tore my ACL and they all helped me return to play basketball. I worked with Matt and he was helpful and willing to answer questions even after I completed my therapy. He also occasionally brought in his cute therapy dog which made it more fun to be there!
