Fantastic experience: I love Elizabeth Seidl as my physical therapist! She has helped me make great strides in regaining my mobility. She also takes a personal interest in my well being and is very companionate.

Fantastic experience: Matthew was my physical therapist from my last foot surgery, it’s nice to have him again for my current surgery. Very personable, professional and polite. Great to work with and he allows me the opportunity to work on my own pace with plenty of homework. He’s very knowledgeable in his field and I have a lot of confidence in him.

Fantastic experience: Aurora is incredibly professional. I suffered a serious shoulder injury on the job and from day one to present her care plan has been deliberate, comprehensive and effective. The excercises and activities that she has engaged me in for my shoulder recovery has led to my achievement of nearly 100% range of motion and I have confidence that I will achieve full strength and recovery. She is always respectful and provides effective feedback for all of my questions and concerns. I'm very grateful for her work. Emma has also been very helpful with scheduling my appointments. Fantastic experience: I've been in treatment here for a few months now following back surgery. Prior to surgery I met with my PT, Aurora, who set me up with a plan of attack for the first weeks following. Once I was cleared for full PT, she got right to work and has been incredible throughout the process, not only progressing my recovery, but spending time listening and adapting things to work with me rather than taking a one-size fits all approach. I started here because it was close to where I was staying at the time, but I am going to keep coming here for my appointments even once I'm back living in Palmer just because I trust Aurora and the team here so much.

Fantastic experience: I made a point to return to OPA 10 months post total hip replacement due to my positive experience immediately post surgery with OPA and Christopher. Because I've hit a road block in my recovery I wanted additional PT to avoid injury. Christopher has been extremely helpful, guiding me through technique and proper execution of stretches and strengthening movements that have really helped me progress. He has a great attitude, positive personality and strong skills in clear communication. I strongly recommend him as a PT. The staff at OPA South Anchorage were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return for my PT needs.

Fantastic experience: It is very hard trying to find a physical therapist who understands the affects a work out can have on someone with multiple types of arthritis. Most through the years would run me into the ground not understanding, but with Elizabeth she took the necessary steps to ensure I would be able to walk the next day or days after physical therapy. Fantastic experience: I have had both shoulders surgically repaired and rehabbed through OPA. Jeff Moore M.D, Jared Crawford P.A., and Matt Crowe DPT are a great team. Shoulder surgery is not easy but they have a process and if you follow their procedures you will be as good as new. They are miracle workers.

Fantastic experience: I would give De. Eric Olsen and his Medical Assistant FIVE STARS out of five for my pain management. When he left ASI, I had to go to another Pain Management doctor who did not stand up to the quality of care that I received from Dr. Olsen. Dr. Olsen listens to why you are having problems, in the first place, and has tried myriad different pain pills prior to finding the ones that works for me personally. Many opiates do not work for my body. I am so happy that he has agreed to be my pain management doctor. He has helped me in the past with different surgeries and is always open to giving me a shot in lieu of too many different pills. I appreciate a good doctor who has become a good friend.
