Fantastic experience: Always a great experience. I've been seeing them for years. Most recent was for a work injury. The first time was for general mid back pain that was radiating around to the front of my chest. If you're skeptical about Chiropractic healthcare, this is a great place to go as Dr. Chad is not a heavy procedure pusher by any means and is about as easy going as you'll find.

Fantastic experience: Preferred Medical and Rehab is a truly patient oriented practice. They provide a unique approach by offering traditional medical options as well as more holistic options for patients. I believe this approach gave me the best path to wellness. I used several of their services while I was visiting family in the area. I had a severe and nearly debilitating flare up of my SI joints. Dr. Chad, a chiropractor, did a few stretching treatments and took X-rays. Because of my severe spinal degeneration he was cautious before doing more adjustments. The next morning we met and discussed the results of the imaging. He said that the severity of my spinal degeneration he would not do any adjustments. I was in awe of his decision. Many doctors would proceed with treatment. Dr. Chad’s honesty and integrity was refreshing. I had a massage with Hailey. I’ve had many, many massages in my life. Hailey nailed the issue immediately. She honed in on my SI joints and worked on them to bring tremendous relief. She is a gifted masseuse. It was the best hour of massage I’ve ever had. She has strong hands and is able to use heavy pressure when needed to get to the stubborn problems and bring relief. She is also gentle when massaging to relax the entire body. Jennifer, the PA in the office was equally talented and patient focused. She fit me into her completely booked schedule after she had a cancellation. She did a thorough exam and asked many important and relevant questions about my health history and the current problem. Jennifer is kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my responses to her questions. Before prescribing any medication she thoroughly reviewed my current medications and researched to make sure there would be no conflicts or contradictions with the meds she wanted to prescribe. The front office staff, physical therapy technicians and assistants are all caring, well trained and patient focused people. I honestly felt that everyone in this practice was there for me. They all worked as a team to offer a well rounded and comprehensive treatment plan to achieve optimal outcomes for their patients. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for over 2 years. I’ve gone through physical therapy for a hiking injury and I’m feeling great. I still go for adjustments and massage therapy to keep everything running smoothly. Fantastic experience: I lived with constant neck and back pain for two years before I had finally had enough and reached out to Preferred Medical. Whatever you've heard about chiropractors that is stopping you from visiting one-forget it, give Preferred Medical a call, and improve your quality of life. I regret not going sooner and wasting precious years in pain. I had not realized how much that pain had slowly transformed my life. After twice weekly sessions for 4 months I was finally pain-free. I kept it up by going every 2-4 weeks. More recently, I've had a chronic cough that has literally caused me to pop ribs out of alignment along with causing intercostal neuritis. I am so thankful that I had a chiropractor to go to immediately because all of the rest, muscle relaxers, and NSAIDs in the world could not have provided the same relief that I got from an adjustment with Dr. Chad. I am 100% convinced that everyone needs a family chiropractor to go along with their primary care doctor. This office is fantastic and I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Treatment here is easy. They have great hours (open after work), can always squeeze me in, and always treat me to the best of their ability. I got my first treatment here after I was rear-ended twice in two months. I didn't want an x-ray but they worked with me to make sure it was affordable and found things that no one else had ever mentioned before! My treatment was tailored to my specific needs and I attended regular adjustments and PT. I continue to use my PT exercises to this day. I only have to go back every once in a while for an adjustment. Highly recommend Dr. Chad and his team.

Fantastic experience: If you are tired of dealing with neck and back pain, leg weakness, just overall limited mobility that makes you feel like you are 20 plus years older than you are- seriously- come see Dr. Chad. 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND!! First- he accepts insurance- huge plus in my corner! B. Your first appt is an overall assessment of what you are suffering from, including x-rays, then he goes over his objective findings- he will explain anything if you need it and treats you respectfully- really- I cannot emphasize how kind these folks are! Finally- you set a plan and begin the work. It is work that happens not only in the clinic but continued at home. Dr. Chad is kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and intuitive. Jennifer R., is the in house Physicians Asst and she is ALSO kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable and intuitive! I have had all the treatments they offer and have seen huge improvements in my overall health and well being. You cannot be afraid to do the work though- it is not just on them to see results- I have intently listened to their advice- stretching any chance I get day or night, continue to drink water, apply heat, take Advil/Tylenol daily and have been walking more. You have to be consistent in your treatment. Come in with a positive attitude, be patient and be willing to work- you will see results! I am so grateful to have encountered such a special place. Fantastic experience: I went to 3 other chiropractor clinics in Anchorage over the years, numerous visits to each, and was never fully happy with them. Several years ago I discovered Dr. Chad and I have no intention of going anywhere else as long as he is here! He and his support staff are exceptionally kind and caring. Whenever I have chiropractic issues I go back to Dr. Chad!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Preferred Medical about a year ago and have had great experiences every single visit! They are flexible with my care requests (manual adjustments don’t work for me and Dr. Chad took my concerns and personal preferences seriously and didn’t try to talk me into something I wasn’t comfortable with). They offer a variety of treatment/therapy options and change their recommendations based on what’s happening with my body each week. The front office staff is friendly and helpful, and don’t make me feel like my questions are putting them out (though I’m sure they sometimes do). I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I love this office!! Everyone is very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and fun :) Dr. Chad is amazing! He listens to his patients and works with you in bettering your health. He is not a "crack and go" chiropractor, but a true professional that works with you to relieve pain and help you to have a pain free life. I moved from Idaho 5 years ago and started working with Dr. Chad for some back and neck pain - moving and stress will do that. He got me feeling better after one adjustment and after a short time I was better than new. Courtney is my favorite massage therapist. She is amazing, very therapeutic, a wonderful listener and great communicator. I have been having pains in my hip and Dr. Chad recommended some massage treatment..... it worked! Courtney worked out the pain in a couple of sessions and has now moved to areas in my back, I didn't even realize how tight my muscles were! Stress had caused a new normal but with the perfect amount of pressure and massage I am feeling better than I have in a very long time. Preferred Medical and Rehab is THE place to go to relieve pain and enjoy a greater quality of every day life.

Fantastic experience: Amazing establishment & the customer service was top notch. I used a free voucher for one X-ray, one adjustment, & a free 60 minute massage that I received from my employer. Without my visits at ASC, I would’ve never discovered the issue I am having with one of my spinal discs. Dr. Chad was very informative about what he could do to fix me. Lets just say I plan to come back for the full treatment.
