In order to achieve those goals, we ask that you be ready to dedicate at least 30 to 45 minutes a day, several times a week in actively implementing your physical therapist plan of care and assigned home exercise programs.

Together we can help you achieve these goals in a short amount of time. We encourage you to keep an open channel of communication with your therapist and therapist assistant throughout your entire time with us so we may be able to understand your needs better.
